Called for an emergency water main repair and they were out shortly after I called to fix the problem. The guys were honest and had me up and running in about an hour. Couldn't be happier!

I had an issue with water heater installed by the previous owner. After failed attempts by 3 different plumbers the team from this company was able to fix it. They knew what they are doing and even though it was a very unusual issue they ware able to fix it.

These guys really know what they are doing. They were on time very professional and kept me informed of everything that they were doing. The job that they did for me turned out to be quite a bit more involved than it was first thought to be but we were able to work out the details and they did the job for me at a very affordable price. (Relocate and install a new water heater). They were all very courteous and unlike other contractors I have dealt with kept the work area very clean and took the time to pay attention to even the smallest of details. Gavin even addressed another issue that I was having with my water pressure and was able to take care of it for me while completing the task at they were there to do ( Bonus for me). I would highly recommend TOP OF ThE LINE PLUMBING for any of your plumbing needs. And as always, remember you get what you pay for. I did find some other lower priced contractors but they wanted to use off name brand equipment and were not going to give me the same warranty could not work on my schedule and I doubt I would have been any where near as satisfied with the quality of workmanship I received from Gavin and his guys.

Eddie and the team did an awesome job installing a new water heater. I am a renter and had a tankless heater installed improperly 3 years ago by another company. I needed an all new hot water heater (which they installed quickly the day before Thanksgiving!!) They even went above and beyond and spent time on the phone explaining the countless issues with the old heater installed improperly to my landlord.Awesome company.. nice guys- I’d highly recommend!

Wonderful job! I have an old house that had some questionable repairs done by a previous owner and these guys came out and completely re-piped the house and installed a new water softener system (not the average salt water softener). There were some challenges along the way (like the small space they had access under my house) but they got it done and were punctual, tidy, and very respectful. I would highly recommend!

On a Saturday, I had a leak from an old water softener line in my garage. The plumber, Sam, was fantastic. Very nice and easy to work with. I even learned a few things. Price was fair and reasonable. In and out in an hour.

Jay Wade was my plumber from Betros. He was great. Paid great attention to detail. Reliable. Pleasant. Knowledgeable. Worked cleanly. Did everything he could to make our experience a good one. He installed faucets, toilets, replaced pipes, water heaters. He’s the man for the job!

Had a leak in my backflow assembly. Rob got me scheduled for the next day. Matt and Kenny were on time, polite and fixed my leak promptly. The cost of the repair was VERY reasonable. I certainly would recommend them if you need this type of service.

Called them and came out in 1 hour and unblocked toilet. Charged $99 which is price given on phone when making appointment. Was respectful. Would recommend.

It would be under my husband name of James Maguire, dates of service was 8/22 and 8/25 for the same problem of water backing in the master bathroom in the tub and toilet. Told us the problem was solved, two weeks later same backup. Don't waste your money on this company, we had a calcium stone that was blocking the drain after we call a another company.

I called this company looking for a small business to see if they could come to my cafe and replace a busted pipe under our hand washing sink. I have never used them before. What i got was Rude Rude Rude! He told me he did not have time for this, i cant help you and hung up.
