2nd company called today usually I go through what my insurance provider assigned to me but I had no luck had to wait until Monday got this number from simply googling plumbing near me I thank God we did called them at 4:12 spoke with Don Charles by 4:30 had a nice professional tech at my doorstep (No Lie) I was so surprised myself can't read his signature on the invoice but ...so far everything is working well I couldn't take a shower or use my toilet...hopefully it's fixed but if I ever need any other job done I'll definitely call you guys first Thank you... I just had to replace a hot water heater Don Charles Plumbing put in to one of my rental homes a little over a year ago. The hot water heater was NOT new, and rusted out. Beware! They don't call back, their phone's message is basically We are busy, call back later. No call backs. I manage about 100 rental homes, you would think they would take better care, I gave him a lot of work, always paid, they lost me as a customer.

Nate and Bobby were very responsive and worked until the job was done. Courteous , on time and willing to go the extra mile, for a project that was out of the ordinary. I was pleased with the end result, I was worried about getting this done on time, but they got all the parts needed and got it done quickly before visitors arrived.

I highly recommend Miracle Plumbing. Cesar and Tiffanie are great! Cesar dug around under my deck to find a broken pipe. He's a hard worker. I use Miracle for all my plumbing needs.

Had another company come out for a leaking drain pipe in our crawlspace. They wanted $2432 to replace the entire pipe and demanded a $500 deposit before they would schedule. So I got a second opinion from Bob Franks, they said all I need to replace were 2 leaking elbows for $260 and they fixed it on the spot! Good hard working honest people. I highly recommend you use them.
