Rude, nasty representative - don't know about the company but can't get past the rude person that answered the phone. I had an emergency, new house, less then 4 days, water leaking all over, and asked them to come out, but then I mentioned I needed an estimate on a hot water heater and she asked me what kind, how big was it, and I told her I had too much on my hands right now, with the water leaking all over in a house my husband just purchased, and I said, well they can look at it tomorrow, can't they? and she said, well, have a good day and hung up on me.What a rude company. They will never get my business.

Called Joe this morning for a pretty small job and he went out of his way to take care of the job the same day, even though his schedule was completely booked. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Would definitely use him for my next job.

Utilized this company for a complete re-pipe and they did a fantastic job. Came in under budget and faster then other companies I called for quotes and start dates. Even used them to install new fixtures and looks amazing.

I have a home in Coastal Oaks Nocatee. My garbage disposal went bad. Jonathan was my plumber. He was great. Came on time, fixed quickly, was very nice , and was gone in a flash ! Disposal is working great!

A must save in your contacts for your plumbing needs. My family and I heard water behind the walls dripping and called for his service. He was professional and came to our need in good time. We gave him his space and patiently waited for the conclusion. We had a leaking pipe from upstairs. He was able to repair and the price was reasonable. Thank you for your service. Just moved to Florida and in the process of moving in and unpacking when the kitchen sink clogged 100%!!! I had no idea who to call so I looked on the Glynlea Holiday Hill Facebook page and found Revels Drains and Repairs. Jacob came this morning and in under an hour he had it completely cleared. Service was great! They did an amazing job with a last minute Plumbing issue. They came same day and we're quick to fix it and everything was cleaned up once they were done. Would highly recommend!

Work was done on time and as expected. Service tech was competent and helpful. Installation was crazy expensive but actually came in less than I'd been quoted originally.

Twice in June.Andy replaced thermostat and heating elements in under warranty hot water heater. Job went smooth. He was on-time, left area clean, and honored his quoted price. Couple weeks later Andy installed new kitchen sink and plumbed to fit. Again all went well....I highly suggest you give Andy a call....

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.

Claude was very quick, got to the point. Fixed the problem and handled everything very professionally. Price was very reasonable and his response time was quick. I would highly recommend his services and will use him for any future plumbing needs.

UPDATE - January 2019: Dale came out again today, this time to repair our water heater. He was 20 minutes early, quickly made the necessary repairs, and was once again as kind and professional as the first time he visited. My water is hotter than ever before! If you're in need of plumbing expertise, Plumbers Inc is the ONLY company you should call!July 2018: We had Dale out today to fix our running toilet. He was super-fast and super-friendly! He even entertained my two toddlers, who were enthralled with his work. I currently rent the home I'm in, but I hope to be able to make Plumbers Inc. my go-to plumber when we buy our own home!

I saw my son and nephew for the 1st time in 2 or 3 months due to covid it was very pleasing to see them I love them so much, thank God they are both ok.

All Hours Emergency Plumber is a good company with a knowledgeable and hard working plumber. He was helpful and friendly. Great choice for a repair plumbing company.
