Honestly the worst plumbing company that I've ever dealt with. Mario the dispatcher first sends the wrong technician to my home. Then neglects to reschedule the correct technician after I asked him to do so. I asked for him to have Travis, his Manager call me back after trying to reach him at 12:30pm. Never heard from Travis and yet to see a technician. When I called them at 5:20pm, Sorry Travis is gone for the day. Horrendous customer service. These guys are terrible. Fenwick since you record all of your calls, go back and listen to the exchange. Then re-train your dispatchers and get your act together for your customers.

Joe responded to my request in a timely manner. He demonstrated professionalism and was quite personable. Payment was reasonable as compared to other plumbing companies that I have used. I believe I have finally found a plumbing company that I am able to stick with.

Lazy plumbers

A must save in your contacts for your plumbing needs. My family and I heard water behind the walls dripping and called for his service. He was professional and came to our need in good time. We gave him his space and patiently waited for the conclusion. We had a leaking pipe from upstairs. He was able to repair and the price was reasonable. Thank you for your service. We will gladly call you if anything else comes up.

I had numerous issues with my irrigation system. It was 10 years old and needed a tune up badly. I originally called a prominent local irrigation company to come address the issues. They charged me a good bit and did not really fix much. I called Plumb-Pal and Joe came out immediately and fixed everything in one day. He was honest about what work he did on only what was needed. He could’ve easily “fixed” more issues that weren’t necessary and I wouldn’t have known the difference. I’ll use Plumb-Pal again and recommend you do too.

Had a leak in my living room ceiling. . I’d used Jacob Revels before with satisfaction. Called around 8:30 a.m. and got in touch with him. He came by at 2:30 p.m., saw the ceiling leak, climbed into the attic crawl space, found the leaking joint and repaired it quickly. Charged a reasonable fee. I will call him for any future plumbing issue.

I'm truly happy to have hired JT Public Service & Repair LLC to replace shower valve, tub drain and outside water valves. Price affordable called many company's for repairs their cost bet out other company's. Thanks to them I can take a shower and enjoy my new shower set. Technician was great!!

We unfortunately had a clog in our main sewer line which was backing up the entire house. Andy came out quickly and resolved the problem. We will definitely be using Monument Plumbing in the future.

Excellent & very knowledgable company!! They installed my tankless hot water heater running the lines from one side of my house where the original old tank was all the way to the opposite side of house without any issues or complications!!!Tankless works amazing & I have an endless supply of hot water!!I’d recommend this company to anyone!!!Definitely will be my go-to company for all my future plumbing remodeling needs!!

Extremely poor quality of work, it was laughably poor. I cringe every time i see it. I am still in the process of fixing the awful work myself.They also left three holes in wall behind appliances, I guess they thought I wouldn't see them.

These folks are the best. They do great work at a fair price Really pleasant people, too. Every experience with them has been first rate. It's great to feel confident when you need to call someone for help. I'm confident in this outfit.

My review may start a bit on the negative side and end on the postive side, deserving a 5 star review. We had a terrible clog and staff members (professional and pleasant) of Duval Plumbing came out on 2/21. Within 3 days, we had problems again. Because we have old cast iron pipes, the 1st job was not warranted. We were displeased and disappointed. After contacting Klod a 3rd time, he personally came to our home yesterday (3/7) and worked hard by himself all the while explaining to us the problems we were experiencing as well as possible problems in the future due to the age and type of pipes we have. He ran a camera through the system (under the homes slab) and showed us inperfections and problem areas. He educated us and discussed a number of possibilities to repipe our home without it being as expensive and destructive if we choose to re-plumb. Meeting Klod in person (he was at our home in about an hour after my call) he was such a pleasure and patient with us. He truly cared. My husband and I had planned to rent the equipment and get on the roof and try to move the clog via the vent. Klod was concerned for our safety. He cut his price to keep us from taking this on ourselves. Sales pitch? After meeting him, NO WAY! He cares about people and the reputation of Duval Plumbing! I read the reviews and saw all the 5 stars and now we know why. Thank you, thank you!

We are new in Jacksonville as refugees from Hurricane Michael that destroyed our home on the beach.How lucky we were to find Dale and Plumbers Inc! He always shows up on time or a little early. Dale is professional, does great work, he's fast and fair price. We won't use anyone else!

Great guys do great work

Alex came out and was spot on. He is a true professional. I had a kitchen faucet that I needed help installing. It was a real bear. Alex is like a plumbing whisperer. He got the job done quick and efficiently. He also schooled me on several other plumbing questions I had throughout the house. I really can’t say enough about Alex and his professionalism and his skill. I have dealt with several plumbers in my time and no one has instilled the kind of confidence in me like Alex did.
