Dustin (owner) answered my post on Nextdoor app quickly. He called me and we set up an appointment for an estimate this morning. He was at my house on time, mind you most plumbers don’t work on weekends. He gave me a Great estimate. Prior to me finding First Coast Plumbing Inc, my Home Warranty service had sent out another company. They said they would have to tear down some tiles and knock a hole thru my garage wall to replace a pipe. I asked if the price quoted would cover the tile and wall repair. He said I would have to find someone that could replace tiles. Thank God for Dustin. He found the problem (no wall tear down or tiles to replace). I’d strongly recommend First Coast Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. Great work.

EASTERDAY PLUMBING have been in my house multiple times for different occasions and circumstances.. they have always been on time.. respectable.. knowledgeable and explained their work prior...during and after they have finished fixing the issue. I have called other..plumbers, and handyman to fix some problems in my house...but none of them were as professional as EASTERDAY PLUMBING. Do yourself and faver...call EASTERDAY PLUMBING for your plumbing issues.

The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.

I had a complete bathroom remodel and they installed the bathtub and plumbing. Every time we took a bath, the ceiling below the tub got stained from the leak. They came out and said they fixed it. We were hrsitant to use the tub again. Recently we did, and now it is leaking heavily again. When I inquired about the warranty with the company, the office assistant was very unprofessional, made rude remarks and did not take any accountability. I am stuck with taking care of their faulty work and damages.

Removed my original review. It was factual. Beckwith Plumbing did not properly remove and replace the piping that was to be removed and replaced from my home in May to June of 2018. They left old pieces around the property, left the drainage pipes untouched, but left some with tape over bad connections. The seller of my home hired them with my money to purchase the home. I should have pushed for someone else to do the work. They kept a key to my home without my permission, as I had locked all doors a day before they came back to work (even though they argued they were done). When I arrived to meet them in the home, a worker was already working on the kitchen sink. When I asked how he got in, he claimed the door was open. I changed the locks after they almost finished. Since the closing on my home depended on finalizing the work, I agreed to stop the work. My sink leaked when I moved in. I fixed it myself. I had posted pictures, two appear to still show on their review board.
