Excellent Service from the Secretarial Staff to the Technicians

I had a disappointing experience with Efficient Water Heaters. I hired them to replace my existing water heater, which is of the Navien brand, with a newer model 210 A2. I was convinced as they claim to be listed on the Navien website, regardless of a RED flag; when they asked to pay a lower service amount in cash. Finally, we settled on the higher service price and paid using a check.

They promised to replace the parts (As mentioned in the text from them below), but they failed to deliver on that promise.

When I noticed that they installed the new water heater, did not replace the tank as promised, and asked politely to rectify the situation, they became confrontational. I contacted them to discuss the issue and hardly uttered two sentences on the phone when he hung up and became controversial and hostile over text. To make matters worse, they even threatened to put a lien on my property over the text messages.

The behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly advise against using their services.

Our kitchen Garbage Disposal was *leaking*, so we called home warranty on 6/30 and was assigned to Platinum Rooter & Plumbing Inc. After waiting for two days, there was no response from this company for appointments. No one in this company answered the phone. I called the Home Warranty company many times, and on 7/2, I received a notification that the appointment was randomly assigned to 7/23 without consulting my calendar.

I am unable to tolerate a leaking Garbage Disposal in kitchen for 1 month. After multiple attempts, I finally reached out Platinum. The owner said they MUST go there on 7/23 to DETERMINE WHETHER to replace the garbage disposal. I asked whether I need to wait for another month after 7/23 for them to order a new garbage disposal, the owner literally told me it's highly possible.

I told the owner the garbage disposal must be replaced. He asked me, Are you a certificated plumber? I told him it was diagnosed by another plumber. I can send him pictures about the situation and model. The owner very rudely rejected any proposal to solve this problem quicker.

I said I would write a review of what I experienced publicly, he owner said, If you leave a bad review with no reason, I will dispute this service.

I called about a backed up sink issue. I explained my situation and that another company had been out but didn’t fully address the issue. He cut me off and said he couldn’t do anything after I brought up another company had been out. Poor service!

Jeremy arrived prompt and troubleshoot my mom’s HVAC. Turned out to be a bad thermostat and Jeremy replaced with a another thermostat until a permanent part comes in a week. Jeremy wanted to make sure my mom has a working system during that time. Jeremy is very informative in explaining the repairs and also inspect the furnace and condenser to ensure unit operates as designed. Jeremy went the extra mile to provide great service. We are very happy with Pacific Coast and recommend them highly.

Mario Came out to fix my sewer problem, after clearing it he offered to inspect the main line to determine what was the cause of the problem. He then showed me with his camera the condition of the pipe and oh boy was it in terrible condition. I had him replace my whole sewer line to fix the problem permanently. His team and him were really great and profesional, I have found my plumber honest and reliable!
