Their Yellow Pages ad claims that they provide the absolute best service to their clients. They guarentee it! Immediate response and that they're fully staffed 24 hr a day 365 days a year.

I called them. Their answering service answered and said the company would call me shortly. One whole hour later NOTHING! Called back and they can't tell me when or if Mr. UNreliable will call...it's been another 45 minutes and still nothing. I guess they aren't fully staffed 365 days a year like their ad claims!!! I guess they'll need to do an edit to their business name!

We needed to replace our leaking 14 year old tankless water heater, and I contacted Efficient Water Heaters. Joseph had been very responsive over email, quoted a very reasonable price, and today he replaced the heater. It was a very smooth experience. He did a very clean and thorough job.

Our toilet backed up on a Sunday morning. It was a mess. Our previous plumber had a outgoing message they no longer do weekends or after hour service. Found Platinum Rooter & Plumbing and called at 9:30am was told they could probably be out by noon. They arrived at 11:00 am and cleared the clog. We found our new plumber, We are very happy campers in my house.

BEWARE: On Jan 18, 2023, technician, Salvador Valencia (he asked me to mention his name when I give a review) arrived with a trainee, Renee. Told them I needed two wall sockets replaced, a pendant light replaced, and to check out the wall socket in our home office. Asked for their hourly rate and he said $150 but he would talk to his manager and see what they can do. They go out to the truck, came back and was approved to give me a package deal and showed it on his I-Pad. Sign here and sign here. I told them again that I don't want to be overcharged, he assured me that all their prices were in a book and offered to all customers. Renee, replaced the two wall sockets in less than 5 minutes each, $295.50 each. Salvador replaced the pendant light in 20 to 25 minutes for $365.00 and cracked the glass which we had to replace. As for the not working wall socket, after spending 15 or 20 minutes, they charged a diagnostic fee of $389.00. Turned out nothing is wrong with the socket it was the small monitor that was not working. I texted, Ayla, the support staff who was courteous and responsive, and asked for the name of the project manager, Amelia Strugala Rojas, who I emailed on Jan 19, 2023. She emailed back on Jan 24, 2023, to stated electrical manager Juan Conchas tried to contact me. But you know how cell phones are, shows all in coming and missed calls. Not one call. Then on Jan 25, 2023, Ms. Rojas assured me that Mr. Conchas would call me that day. Not one call. So here is my review. I was overcharged and made good faith effort to work with this company to recover some of my hard earned money. I would not recommend them as they charged me $1,345.00 for less than 2 hours of work, however, it does come with 20 year warranty.

Bad Customer service they always say will have the contractor and the guy who handle camera devices call you back and they never call back

After dealing with numerous other companies, Value Rooters Corp was a very reliable business that i was able to depend on after a plumbing emergency occurred at my home. They were able to handle all my issues in an efficient & well respected timely matter while effectively working through out the day to get the job done. They were very good at the installation, polite, cleaned up, efficient. Very responsive to an initial problem setting up the WiFi. I have to say, given all the problems I've had over the years with typical contractor types, FUSE was an extremely positive experience. Heartily recommend this service. Several thumbs up!
