Qualified enough! I was not getting troubled when the technician arrived for he looked so professional and expert. He came to my rescue and displayed exceptional abilities. It was a superb air and heating repair done by him. He even checked it twice to see if it's working well. I was delighted with the quality of the repair he made. It was an exceptional job. This is less of a review, and more of a character referral. I'm an HVAC tech, I used to work with Aleks years ago before he started South Mountain Air. I don't live in AZ anymore, but when friends and family ask who to call, I still refer them to Aleks, simply because I know he's an honest guy that cares to do the job right. I don't get anything for these referrals, I actually haven't spoken to Aleks in years. But I knew him well enough then that I still trust him to this day.

You may not always get great news when it comes to repairs needed for your A/C, but if the news comes from Aleks, you can trust that it's the truth.

Great service

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.

If you want an honest, down to earth ac guy Brett is your man. I had Goettl come out to do a routine check before summer and they informed me I need over $1400 worth of equipment replaced and cleaned. I called Brett to have a look and he assured me there was nothing wrong with the unit. I will never call another AC company again other than Brett the Arizona A/C Man.

First experience with this organization and simply could not be more pleased. Tech Sam came out and diagnosed and fixed my 20 year old unit. Works like a new unit. Will gladly do business in the future.
