I called Bosch Repair Phoenix approximately 2:45pm today to scheduled a appointment for today. They confirmed an appointment between 5-8pm. As I had an unexpected machine failure, I accepted the appointment and rearranged my evening (canceled a dinner appointment) to be home for the appointment About 3 hours later I get a call telling me they have been unable to reach their Tech (he is not answering his phone), but they will keep trying to contact him, and they will call me back once they do. 8pm has come and gone, I received no call, and no one showed up to fix my machine.
Incredibly poor Customer Care, clearly demonstrating they do not care about their Customers!
