After a tumultuous encounter with a plumbing leak and repairs, we met with Chris at Kustom who took care of the damage caused by the leak. After working with him, he was so helpful and informative, we decided to have Kustom also do the back part of our house as well as a bathroom remodel. He kept us informed and updated during the process. When it was time to start, we had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy who was the Project manager. He met with us and covered everything from A to Z. He laid out the timeline of events as to when the pack out folks would come, demo crew, drywall crew, flooring, bath remodel and painting would be done. Blanca the pack out/in manager and her team did a fantastic job boxing and packing and moving all to a storage pod, then moving us back in, even doing a light cleaning of our place! Jimmy and Crew paid so much attention to detail and kept everything organized and on track to be completed in the two week timeline. Jorge and his crew that laid our flooring on point! It's safe to say the work that Kustom did was outstanding! WE look forward to them doing our Kitchen remodel after the first of the year! Kustom is hands-down the most professional company I have ever worked with. My water heater burst and flooded my garage causing damage to my garage and living room. My friend referred me to Kustom and they sent a mitigation crew very quickly and were able to complete the repairs ahead of the scheduled time quoted.

Adam Portillo was the supervisor of mitigation and right off the bat set the tone for how great of a company Kustom is with how quickly and professionally he handled everything.

Jimmy Dawson was the supervisor for the repair crew. He did a phenomenal job and went above and beyond to help my family. I really feel that he cared about our well-being and not just completing a job. I cannot say enough kind words about him. Everyone in the crew were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to have at the house.

I called Kustom following severe flooding to my business. From the jump Kustom showed-up in force and got right to work. They communicated everything up-front, open, and honestly with me. They helped me understand the situation and the steps/timelines I could expect. They worked with me on game-planning the restoration, and gave advice on how to best proceed. Kustoms communicated with me every step of the way and showed a genuine interest in getting me and my office taken care of. Trusted them with both the mitigation and the complete renovation, and I wasn't disappointed. Kevin and his crew entire worked tirelessly to get me back up and running. Genuinely a great group of people, and despite the circumstances that led to it, I am glad I got to work with them. They exceeded my expectations, and got me back in my office in half the time it would've taken most.

My project was assigned to Jimmy and his team, Tomas and Ricardo, and I could not have asked for better partners on this project. We had an adjacent condo’s water heater cause significant damage to our master bathroom and closet, but if you looked at it now, you’d never know it happened. They were professional, did great work, always on-time, thorough with any explanations or answering questions I had, and cleaned up the whole worksite after all was done. I am very grateful to have been able to work with them. Great team! Highly recommend!

They made my old house look beautiful. They all are amazing, hard workers, they all enjoy working for such a great company. Whenever I found something small I wanted extra for them to do, they were always kind and willing to take care of it for me. The company and the people who do the work are wonderful. The cleaning crew are simple the best, very hard workers & they do everything to make life after construction wonderful again. The stress of cleaning after all the dust, was taken care of by this company. They cleaned everything and handled everything with care. I could not have asked for more, they took my house from months of dust and all the mess that happens during the remodel and cleaned so perfect it was amazing. I had a water leak. They arrived within 45 minutes of my call. They tested my place for water and put machines the right places to dry out my place. Dealing with them was a bright spot in a less than ideal situation.

Their Content moving crew was awesome. THey did a park out for us and when they returned, they knew where everything was and put it all away super quickly. We used them to pack everything out when we got our wood floors refinished. They took great care of everything and moved a super heavy safe without scratching any floors. I would definitely use Blanca and her crew again.

We were told they were about six weeks out to get to schedule our house. It is now almost six weeks and we find out last week we are not yet on any schedule. Don't know if or when we will be scheduled. House is a mess and unlivable. When I call they are polite and tell me they will check with someone and call me back.
I have never received a return call. NOT HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!!!

I don't know what I would have done without calling kustom when my toilet flooded. They were able to take care of the problem right away and handled my restoration needs so efficiently. When I had questions they were quick to answer them and made me feel like I was a priority to them! I hope to never have any situation like this happen again but if it does I know exactly where to go!

We had Square One builders do some major remodeling to our home in Surprise, Arizona. . We could not be more happy with Square One. Led by Payton Edwards his crew was always on time and beyond polite. Anything we asked them to do they were happy to accommodate us. Any questions we had about the job, no more the time of day Payton would always answer his phone or get back to us in a timely manner. Can not say enough good things about this company and Payton. I would hire them in a minute to do any construction job I might have in the future. Simply tremendous!
