Mike, Juan and the team did an awesome job removing our asbestos. They came out for a free quote, gave me a fair price and completed the work faster than I could have asked. The whole process was super easy. Highly recommend them!

Beware of this company. Was used through insurance after a pipe leak. Titan was recommended by the insurance inspector who most likely gets a kickback from titan. Titan lied to the insurance company about the cost of the clean up from the leak to how much material was needed. Titan quoted for over 10 times the amount of drywall needed. After trying to schedule the repairs it took over a week to hear back and was told it would be a month out. Unacceptable business practices and will never recommend Titan to anyone.

Titan responded quickly when our building flooded. They had multiple trucks on site within 90 minutes. The process of recovery from a flood is long and at times emotionally draining. Titan walked us through the entire process, step by step. They worked well with our Insurance Company and helped us through that process as well. All of the trades that they brought in were professional and provided high quality work. Terry Shipman was our project manager and he did a great job of keeping all of us informed and monitored every step of the process. We are grateful for Terry and all the folks at Titan and their partners for walking alongside us in this. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Titan, they helped me with the flood I had in my home. I was very worried, and they were able to come in the same day, and put fans up. They worked quickly, and I felt respected And safe even when they had workers in and out of my home. Harry was wonderful and I'm very grateful, I found an honest company to handle my flood.

Titan Restoration of Arizona provided us great service. Once our insurance company contact them they started taking care of our water damage right away. I wish I could remember all the names of the people who responded to our house. They were friendly, VERY clean, and made us feel that they really cared about our home. We do remember Johnny who kept close contact with us followed up on each step. Our dry waller/painter Logan was amazing. He fixed our house better that it was before the water damage. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience with Titan Restoration of Arizona and would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Titan Restoration was recommended by my mother's home owner insurance adjuster. They far exceeded my expectation. They were professional, timely & did an excellent job! I would highly recommend you use them if you need a restoration company!

They were assigned to our home owners claim for a roof leak as we had some water damage in several places in our home office.
They came out and did an estimate for drywall repair and a few other issues related to the water damage. It was going to be about $2k to fix, $1k I would be responsible for due to the deductible. That's fine, makes sense and we all agreed.
When they came to fix it, they were only there a few hours and did not replace any drywall, just stripped off the bad paint and repainted it.
Most places would have charged a few hundred for that. I called them and explained that they didn't do even half of what was quoted. They indicated that there is a minimum charge to have a drywall person come out even if they don't replace it and it was around $400-$500 for that charge (I can't remember exactly, but something outrageous). Fine, but even if you have $500 for the drywall labor, you maybe have 2 small cans of paint for $75 total, paint brushes a couple bucks each, lets go with misc supplies at $100 total to cover bases. I am not seeing $2k worth of work, or even $1k. They never refunded any of it.
They are shysters and I would definitely never use them again. Very disappointed.

My water heater was on its last leg and leaked all over my garage. Titan came out the next morning, cleaned it up, checked everything for damage, and left fans.

Top notch service. Submitted through home owners insurance. The job was completed satisfactorily & in a timely manner . Had hole coming in through ceiling of front door entrance in addition to asbestos. Friendly professional and quality workmanship. We had a house fire which was a very traumatic time for my family, all repairs were coordinated and all paperwork needed were filed to insurance company. I was very pleased with all interaction we had with titan.

We had some leaks in our apartment complex, and one day, they came to take a look at our laundry room and try to repair some of the damage. They pulled out the washer and dryer, and put it back, left without saying a word, and a few hours later I try to wash mi clothes and find the washer is not working. It was the days before, so I’m sure the guy who put back our washer and dryer forgot to connect something. Now I’m left with my clothes and the detergent in the washer, and cannot do my laundry.

We had a wonderful experience with Titan replacing our roof. They had good workmanship and good materials. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking for restoration work.

Titan was great, they advocated in my behalf with the insurance company. They were there with me when the adjuster inspected and insured that all needed repairs were covered, saving us a lot of money. I would recommend them.

Very detailed put up plastic to make sure the rest of the house did not get dirty. Job was completed in the time frame they quoted and they left everything very clean when they were done!

We are an elementary school on a tight budget and needed a small job to make our bathroom floor safe for students this summer. We researched Titan and selected them due to their experience with restoration, BBB standing, and their stated commitment to finish our job before students would be on campus in August. Without our permission or any discussion, they outsourced our job to a 3rd party with no license or restoration experience, and changed the fundamental piece of the job - the joist - leaving the old joist under the new construction. The crew they sent to our campus made female employees uncomfortable and were incredibly unprofessional filling one of only two school dumpsters with their demolition trash that was part of our agreement to be removed/hauled away. Ultimately, we will have to redo this $7,000 job since they did not fix the floor stability issue and also left a ledge under the tile that is not safe for ADA. They also did not start or finish on the agreed upon timeline and we had to operate school without one of our restrooms working on the first day of school. The owner is condescending and not concerned about the poor quality and our experience for our kids here at a school - only the invoice. I definitely would not recommend!

I highly encourage you to NOT use this company. I gave them my deposit on time to recommendation from my insurance company to repair a large fire damaged home. They didn't tarp off ANYTHING. They took 2 months to even apply for my permits after getting my plans from the architect. Which I never ended up getting. After almost 5 months they requested more money to complete the job in the amount of almost 50k more. Had to find out my project supervisor got let go by calling after no answer for awhile from him. So we are now at 6 months with almost nothing done. They completed a little bit of demo of the damage. But I paid alot for it and had to pay 2200 of overhead and they didn't even do anything. I had to ask for them to haul away a ton of demo trash they left in my front yard. Appliances. So much stuff. And I requested a refund due to the delays we have had and lack of work so they did refund me my remaining deposit. But when I requested the overhead back, no answer after two requests. I will be reporting them to whatever higher up that hold contractors accountable im assuming the registrar of contractors. This company is a joke. They didn't even tarp a gaping whole in my ceiling until 5 months later after many rains and snows here. They said it wasn't in their scope. So who knows what water damage might exist now. I gave them plenty of chances to remedy the situation before posting a review. So my suggestion, don't use them. Even if your insurance company recommends it.
