Lucas, Matt, Aggy and Maria and all the others, too many to mention, were absolutely wonderful. They were professional, kind and patient all while working so hard to pack back in our belongings. Highly recommend!!

Frank the owner Demands payment without providing an invoice. He won't provide a quote and wants to keep all of your not salvageable items even if they have sentimental value. He threatened to call my insurance adjuster and accused me of Double dipping for wanting them back . Some of the items were gifts from my husband and Aunts who passed away and to me are irreplaceable and priceless momentos. I had asked his team not to take certian items they did anyway. The employee promised that I would get them back. But in a conversation with Frank he said I could not keep them.

We were very pleased with the performance and professionally way that Lucus and crew took care of us and our items.

The company is responsive, professional and treats your furniture and fragile items as if they were their own. It was a pleasure to have this security during a very hard time of a forced remodel for a flood. Lucas managed the team and was amazing. Marianna and her crew, came on 09/10 to do some packing and clean up from some water damage that my water heater made they were fast and professional, explained everything and packed everything with efficiency. I would recommend and use them again if I have to.

I had Lucas and crew from Integrity in my community to deliver and restage my model after a slab leak a few weeks ago. They stored my contents, delivered and staged them for me. Wow! I just had Integrity Contents come out and move my whole closet contents out to do some repairs to the floor and they were amazing! Mariana was a pleasure to deal with and Lucas and his crew were extremely efficient and organized, way more than I ever could. Marianna, Dominic and crew helped up out in the not so fun times of a water leak. Took great care of packing up all of our items in a timely manner but also respectively. Even helped move unwanted furniture to be picked up by bulk trash. Very friendly ?

Integrity was the only company that called me back promptly after our house flooded while on vacation. They arrived within 35 minutes and began the water removal.
Jennifer ran the content crew along with Antonia, Lucas and Jason who arrived on time each day and took extra care with our house hold items. They never waivered in asking questions regarding our items. We are very impressed with how well this company works and takes the time to care about our plight! We highly recommend this company.

I was unfortunate enough to be out of town when my two story townhouse flooded. It's extremely stressful to come home to an entirely packed up house but after working with this crew over the past month and a half I am very comfortable with them handling the entire contents of my life.

Lily and her crew did a fantastic job in diligently packing up literally every item in my house. They were very respectful to me and my belongings when I arrived home just as they were finishing up.

Joel has gone above and beyond to accommodate my requests and concerns throughout this entire process. He has been quick to respond to messages, even on the weekends. I can't stress enough how much Joel has done to alleviate my concerns and be understanding of my situation.

I've heard a lot of horror stories regarding packing companies and I can say with full confidence I have had nothing but a great experience with Integrity Contents.

Mariana was very helpful in what was a stressful situation when dealing with water damage in my master bath/bedroom. Lucas and his crew were careful and considerate of my belongings and made sure I understood what they would be doing and where my content would be moved to. I appreciate all their team work and would use their services again.

Lucas, Julie and team were very professional and easy to work with. Although the pack back took longer than estimated, they worked quickly and carefully to make sure everything was back in its place.

We live in a small town in South West Arizona, and because of a serious accident our son was in in Colorado we spent several months in Colorado this past summer. While we were gone, our part of Arizona experienced the third wettest Monsoon season on record. We had a water breach in several places in the house that we had never had before. Integrity Contents Services sent out a crew in about a week to remove all the contents in the house, and clean it and store it a container until the Mole crew comes in and removes the mold and the the rebuild crew will repair the damage to the home. They must have taken a thousand photos as they cleaned and wrapped, and boxed all the contents of our home. They were very careful with the furniture and all the stuff they packed away in boxes. We were very happy with Lucus and his crew. Jeuele, Matt, Yanda, Anthony, Maria, and Antonia. They arrived early and finished the job in one day, which was quite a feat considering they had a two hour drive from Phoenix to our house, and two hours back. I highly recommend Integrity Contents Services to any one who needs this type of service.

We had some water damage to our house and our furniture and assorted items needed to be put into storage. Today was the day they brought everything back. They did a great jog putting everything back in it's place and they were professional....but most importantly friendly.

Lilly Lucas and crew were the hardest working people I have ever met! From the moment they walked into my house they made me feel comfortable and confident with their work ethic. My house had flooded the night before and I was exhausted and sad. Lilly and her crew were professional and efficient. They were also all very kind and genuine. I truly appreciated them during this stressful time in my life.

We had to have furniture removed and stored during water damage cleanup. The people from Integrity were professional, efficient, and very courteous and helpful. Jesus and Lucas, who brought back a partial load today were most helpful. The original packers were also very good.
During the chaos of this kind of home damage, it helps so much to have people who care.

I had just flew in from out of town for the holidays and to help my Dad with getting his house back in order after water damage. I was shocked that I didn't have to do much due to Integrity Concepts! They saved us time and energy and due to that, I was able to focus on my family. I was impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of the team. I liked the fact that they didn't rush and took their time putting my father's belongings in place. My Dad was displaced for over 3 months due to flooding and just been diagnosed with dimensia. While most would've been irritated, angry, or just ignore him, the lady leading the crew listened to him and respected him, even at times when his demeanor was less than acceptable. They put EVERYTHING back EXACTLY the way my Dad had it, even down to a pair of socks! The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars and perhaps the team could improve on is the conditions of the refrigerator. They brought it back from storage with food that's been sitting in it for 3 months without refrigeration. ? But then again, I didn't ask them to clean it so that's also my mistake. Doesn't change the fact that there an incredible team who aims to please and I would hire them again!!!

Integrity is a wonderful company. They arrived within 2hrs after being notified. Lily's crew was awesome!!! They took special care with all of our belongings and were careful around my very frightened cats. All worked very hard and didn't stop till the job was done, which took 3 days for them to pack up 3 bedrooms of our stuff. They were all so kind and polite. I could not have asked for a better group of people to get me thru all of this. Lily constantly communicated with me as to what they were doing were going to do, so l rarely had to ask a question! I truly appreciate her and her crew more than they could possibly know! I'm pretty sure l could not have gotten thru this whole disaster without their kindness and compassion!!!

Jennifer, Lucas, Lily, Antonia, Maritza, Jason & Ivan all did such an amazing job packing up my things during a time when I was in critical health, in & out of hospital dealing with mold in Kitchen, Laundry Room & Garage My kitchen was a terrible mess with dirty dishes on countertops as a result of my not being able to function. Integrity team cleaned all of my items and put them all back in perfect, thoughtful places ((this was above & beyond their normal protocol). I'll be forever grateful to this wonderful company. they were masked, gloved and so mindful of all they did. very careful with my things

When it all started, I was so overwhelmed and anxious, but soon my mind was put at ease after my first conversation. You can tell they genuinely take pride in the work they do and care for their customers. Im blown away by the incredible customer service all around.

What I thought it would take almost two days to pack, they packed it all in record time, around 6 hours. (and it was a lot to pack)

Mariana, Eddie, Maria, Spencer are the most faboulous people at integrity. I have worked with them on 3 occasions and could not find a better team. I am an elderly woman and could never have done what they did for me, they did all the work for me!!! I worked with first team which are missrable there is no one better than integrity. I miss Pete and Mayra but the team i had today were so great!! They came down the chimeny with my boxes and i didnt even leave them any cookies. This is an intensely hot day and inspite of that they worked effectively with pleasant demeanor. I would recommend them especially the man who was in charge to anyone especially those interested l.

brought in lots of people to pack, very overwhelming, people wouldn't listen, taped boxes together then only filled them up to the first box, this let them charge for more boxes, and more storage fees. Told by insurance to return property at end of contract and They still won't return it,. Afraid if I pay them the balance they won't return property but will then ask for more money. It's been about 1 1/2 month. Dealing with owner who acts like he is an employee saying he can't because it's company policy, but he's the owner.
