BOR was recommended by our insurance. The initial consultation and water mitigation repair started out to be expected. Camron was responses became sporadic. The work and subsequent completion of the job was left incomplete. Part of my kitchen that needed to be salvaged was left in my backyard ( stove and microwave). The cabinet repair was also left incomplete. I’ve reached out numerous time with no response. B

This restoration service was fantastic. They were always on time, did what they promised all while being very professional and very neat and clean. There was never a mess in our house, and they paid attention to all the details many contractors or trade professionals let slip. I would hire them again in an instant if I ever needed this type of service.

I had a leaking water heater that did damage to my drywall. I called a restoration company and they advised me to submit a claim to my insurance as there was water damage and they needed to remove and repair. When I called my claims adjustor, she said they had a restoration company that they work with (B.O.R.). I had Eric come out and price repairing the drywall wall as the other company had already removed everything that was damaged. Eric and his son Cameron were very honest and you could tell they took pride in their work. There was some very tight timing trying to work with the other restoration company, B.O.R. and the plumber. Eric was always very responsive, showed up when he said he would and did a phenomenal job. He pointed out some things the other restoration company did not do correctly and explained what needed to be done. He corrected their mistake and did not even charge me. In this day in age it is very hard to find companies that are honest, caring, take pride in their work and do what they say they are going to do. When they left, you could not even tell they were here. If the rating went to 10 I would give them an 11. Look no further - hire B.O.S. and you will not be disappointed.

Eric informed us that he could take care of the situation. He helped us find a company to replace the hot water tank. He took care of the restoration and kept us informed every step of the way. Mr. Eric Allen and his son Cameron were at our home immediately upon hearing of the damage. They worked expeditiously and spent the entire day remedying the situation. Not only did they stay until they found the source, they returned the following day (Saturday) at 6:00 AM to empty the effected areas. They moved all items to a storage facility. They worked in 110 degree heat until 5 PM that day, completely removing all wet drywall and insulation. They cleaned and vacuumed. They then installed many commercial dryers, answered any questions I had, in a very knowledgeable manner. They are by far a company that many could learn how to properly run a well oiled machine. I am going to advise people on Social Media, in the event they have an issue, in The Valley. They are a wonderful efficient team.They work tirelessly and are highly focused on superb quality service. I would give them a higher grade, if possible. They returned every day on a 24 hour interval to check their status & make appropriate adjustments, regardless of it being a weekend. They check every job, no matter how many there are. I have not experienced such exceptional customer service in my 57 years.

He flawlessly fixed my drywall after the mold was removed and he reinstalled cabinets that he found for me. Eric even matched the paint in my kitchen when he was done, and when all repairs were completed he cleaned the area. My kitchen looked like NEW, like nothing had ever happened.

Highly recommend. We had a slow leak under our sink that were didn’t know about. Once we discovered it there was a good amount of damage. Eric worked with our remodel contractor to ensure our quartz countertop and farmhouse sink weren’t destroyed in the process of taking things apart to get to the damage. The work they did was professional, clean and neat. I have a lot of confidence our contractor will easily be able to restore our kitchen due to their great work. Of course, they also got rid of and treated for mold and got everything dried out. They covered our hard floors too so they weren’t ruined. All in all for what was a terrible situation, they made us feel like they really cared not only about the job but also about my kitchen and for us personally.
