I had left a hose running & that caused a flood in the basement. I was just so upset & looked online to find a restoration company. I found ServPro & called & the person who answered (Michael I think) said if you have turned off the hose you have done all you need to do.. We've got it from here he said.
They came over & in 3 hours most of the water was vacuumed up.
They moved all the furniture & put dryers & dehumidifiers in the wet parts. I was a crying mess when they arrived but felt a lot better when they were done.
They came back again every 2 days just to check for dryness. The following day Ryan came & moved everything back in place.
Great company & very kind people.

I had used another ServPro company and was completely disappointed with them. I was hesitant about using another....but what a world of difference between the two. This Owner was The Best...Set up appointment immediately, showed up on time EVERY TIME!! Had my best interest at heart. Properly dried out the home, removed wet carpet, tested for moisture everyday until meter responded it was dry or normal. I installed a Keysafe so he could get in at anytime necessary. He called me daily with updates. They were marvelous! Something that you need when you are in the middle of a disaster. I totally recommend for you to call them. My property was in Glendale and they happen to be very close to me....So if you are in the Glendale area or surrounding areas, you need to give them a call for Super Service.

Servpro of Thunderbird Valley was wonderful in every way. My home suffered smoke damage in a wildfire that was deemed a national disaster in Louisville, CO at the end of last year. It was a terrifying event and our entire community was in a state of shock, even those of us whose homes had survived. What I needed most was to be able to be in my home to recover from the trauma of the experience, but my eyes burned and I was having near constant headaches, so I called Servpro. I will forever count myself fortunate that it happened to be Michael Shrake who was given my case. He completely earned my trust, made sure that I was comfortable with everyone who came into my home, and ensured that everything in my house was treated with respect and care. He was thoughtful and intelligent in the way he managed the process, kept me informed about all plans, and we walked through the work that had been completed each day to be sure I was satisfied. He got a tremendous amount of work done in the shortest possible time without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. I NEVER write reviews, but in this case, it seemed important in order to help others who are in need to find the absolute best professional to assist them in recovering their homes.

Mike and Ryan at SERVPRO were incredible. Called on Sunday about a water leak at my in-laws home. Within 2 hours they were at his home and dealing with the leak. The home is 1 hour drive from their location so I was very impressed with how fast they arrived. Once the leak was corrected they went right into remediation which was handled extremely fast and in a professional manner. Luckily, the damage was less than was expected. They gave my FIL great advice in regards to not filing an insurance claim before they had a chance to inspect the damages. This not only saved money, but saved them havibg to file an insurance claim. Highly recommend their services!

These guys need a shoutout. Had a couple projects that needed cleaned up in the house and had Servpro of Thunderbird Valley come out and did a fantastic job. Not only did they do an amazing job, they were very professional and even sent a follow up thank you card for choosing them. Highly recommended if you need any work done in your home, or God forbid have a disaster and need a great crew to come take care of it. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and these guys nailed every aspect. Great job guys!

When my son found mold in his house, I called Mike at ServPro right away. Mike and Ryan helped talk us off the ledge and eliminated our stress. They walked us through the process and made us aware of things we never thought of. Very professional and knowledgeable! They helped us map out an action plan that took all of the unknowns away that were causing our stress. In an emergency, you need someone you can trust. I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic and prompt service. They went above and beyond remediating the water damage we had by allowing me to hand off the project to them completely so I didn't have to worry about it.

They communicated extremely well and really made you feel that they cared about your issues while handling the communication with other contractors and claims adjusters very well and kept everyone on the same page.
