Wow!!! Amazing service and care! We had water damage from an overflow sink. Servpro came out ASAP and took care of removing all water damage and humidity from our home. Shout out to Rueben, Rick and Crew for doing an amazing job! You left our house as clean as a whistle. I'm glad you were the first we called to get the job done.

Great service from Rick and Ivan @ SERVPRO performing teardown and cleanup after I discovered water damage stemming from a long-term roof leak. They went to work quickly, and made it clear at all times what to expect. Thanks so much!

The leak occurred overnight on a Monday and was discovered on Tuesday around noon. The call to Servpro was answered promptly and we were put into the system. Within 1 1/2 hours, Lorenzo Montoya, the crew chief, and his assistant, Luis Aguilar, arrived. The water was immediately removed and the blowers, heaters and dehumidifiers were put in place. It is one week later and the job is complete - every area is completely dry. Lorenzo and Luis were excellent. Lorenzo called me every day to announce when he would arrive and he summarized the results of his work every day when completed. He also kept me informed as to what the next steps were going to be or could be. An extremely well done and professional job by highly skilled and dedicated men. I highly recommend without reservation this Servpro facility here in Scottsdale, AZ.

Maria was the crew leader & Jackie & Juan rounded out The Team. I was in the restaurant biz for over 50 years, so I know a thing or 2 about customer service. This team was FABULOUS! On time, really good quality work, & very professional on both occasions, after our slight disaster & when they came back after the room was remodeled. I highly recommend you ask for Maria & her Team if you have a small or large disaster! “It’s like it never happened” is just what this Team did. All boxes were labeled & each & every one of the clothes in the closet was dry cleaned. We REALLY enjoyed having these professionals help us out!

One of our upstairs sinks was left on while we were away flooding the space between our floors. Servpro’s team Lorenzo, Rick, Maurice & Luis dried out our ceiling & floors checking in daily while things dried out. They were professional and respectful & left our home spotless even while cutting into drywall, cabinetry & carpet. We felt like we could trust them with our home 100%.

ServPro Crew Chief Maurice Gonzalez is an outstanding Servpro representative which includes his vast knowledge, professionalism and efficiency. I would recommend Servpro to anyone requiring water damage restoration service.

These guys are scammers... if they suggest asbestos/mold testing only allow testing through FiberQuant Arizona, who charges $85 for 5-layer testing and doesn't round up. I've seen their testing costs at $2300 - compared to the same test at $85 elsewhere. Another thing, they started work on one of our properties without permission to enter the property - they'd already started setting up their equipment and their quote was $4400 for the work... we called someone else in and got the work done for $250. They prey on people not knowing what really needs to be done, and it's downright criminal. They also are rude... they were parked in a fire lane where traffic from our entire condo building must pass through in order to get to work or get out of the building, and refused to move to accommodate people who need to get to work. Would never, ever, ever, ever recommend this company.... ever.

Avoid this company. The work performed was ok, but dishonest representation. They wanted to get the most out of the insurance company so they ripped the place more than it was necessary. They also, were not forthcoming on the bill and charges to the home owner. DO NOT SIGN any contracts on the IPAD. Get a copy first. The Rep will say anything to get the contract.

Very efficient crew that was polite and efficient. Not only hard workers but also seemed personally concerned with our
loss.
