ASAP Restoration came highly recommended so I called them up and Annette said a tech would get back to me on arrival time. Jeff called on the way from an appointment and he and Rick arrived earlier than promised. We had initially contacted another company earlier in the week.

Being the point of contact for a business in an emergency situation can be draining. I wish we had the recommendation sooner. Jeff & Rick (happy birthday Rick) got right to the inspection after talking with my boss and came back with the results and was able to begin the 5-day dry out process immediately upon approval. Can you say I was relieved? They installed the fans and air movers in every area that was impacted. They returned today to take readings. They also gave recommendations to help the process along. I am very pleased and am ending my work week better than it started. Our church is happy with their work and pricing for water mitigation services.

My Wife and I recently purchased a home in the valley and less than a year in the piping failed causing water damage to several rooms of the house. ASAP Restoration was able to handle the repair and restoration involved in both a skilled and highly professional manner. Shane handled the project and I cannot say enough about the truly wonderful customer service he provided. ASAP was great to work with! They were able to come right away and perform mitigation for a leak that arose through our ceiling from a sudden AC condensate overflow that my wife had to deal with while I was out of town. Then they also completed the repair work after another contractor completed the necessary asbestos abatement. I was very impressed with the drywall, molding repair work, and paint matching! Great care was taken, and it was a very high-quality job. Both Deborah and Lynn in the office were great to work with throughout the entire process and were very patient with our lengthy insurance process.

However, the main purpose of my review is to highlight how the team at ASAP went out of their way to make up for a scheduling miscommunication. Knowing that their schedule was likely very booked, we called ASAP 2 weeks prior to the scheduled completion date of our abatement to get on the calendar for the repair work. We were told a date and time that someone would arrive at our house to review the results of the abatement, and that was that. However, on the morning of the date we were scheduled for, no one arrived at our house. After calling ASAP, we come to find out that there was no record of our appointment in their system, and we were told that it would likely be weeks before we could get the repair work done due to their current workload. After further investigation, it turns out that the person we had spoken to that failed to document our appointment and get us through the proper steps in the process was no longer at the company. At this point, ASAP owned their mistake and their amazing team sprung into action. They had to squeeze us in, but Eddie and Danny were at our house to get some preliminary steps done later THAT DAY, and they were able to find someone to complete the work by the end of the week!!

I wish more reviews told stories like this, because to me it is very important. Every company makes mistakes, but it is how they respond to their mistakes that differentiates the good companies from the bad. And I believe that the communication mistake that was made is rare for ASAP, I get the impression the person that made it was on the way out. I highly recommend working with ASAP if you have had water damage to your house, they will take care of you!

Spoke with John at ASAP Restoration about water damage and mold in our house. He quickly wrote up an estimate. His team Herald and Arturo came out and tented all areas where mold was present, and quickly got to work removing areas that needed to be remediated. They worked VERY well and VERY clean. They were very polite. Would recommend them and this company. They did an awesome job!!

ASAP restoration has my confidence. I called and received a very prompt response from their answering service. I needed a quote for something quite complicated and instead of giving me a run around they gave me direction pretty immediately. The owner Josh gave me a call within a very short time of my inquiry and offered very professional and helpful information. He’s very knowledgeable! He even followed up afterwards with information we discussed, which he did not have to go out of his way. It’s so appreciated when companies (especially the owner) take the time to treat prospects like long time clients. Two bedrooms in my home had smelled musty for a few months following a few events that caused me to worry that there may be mold growing on the drywall or in the wall of our home. I was so worried about my two daughters sleeping in those rooms and the potential health effects of them breathing mold spores. I did tons of research on mold, causes, remediation, and mold detection specialists in the Phoenix area.

After way too much worrying, I called Josh at ASAP Restoration. He provided a lot of great info and was very patient and thorough in answering all my questions. He responded immediately and had an expert at my house the same afternoon to perform an air test to check for mold spores in both bedrooms and outside as a control test. Within about 24 hours, Josh emailed the test results and texted me to tell me there was no harmful mold detected. I had a few follow up questions that he responded to right away.

Not only was Josh so considerate to text instead of call during dinner time with the results, because he “didn’t want to interrupt family time”, but he was also 100% honest and transparent regarding cost and diagnosis. He said there was no treatment necessary and he even gave me suggestions to get rid of the musty smell I’ve been noticing.

Josh is the company owner, and he was fabulous. I spoke with two other representatives on the phone prior to Josh. They were just as friendly and efficient! I recommend this company wholeheartedly. I would not hesitate to hire him again in the future.

After a toilet had leaked in our upstairs bathroom, we reached out to the team at ASAP and they quickly got to work to minimize the damage. Throughout the entire process (drying, demo, and restoration) the whole ASAP team was kind, responsive and did fantastic job restoring our bathroom. I had the pleasure of speaking with Josh, in reference to what could have been mold in my bathroom. He asked me to send pictures and was able to give an honest opinion on what was going on in my home. He also provided solutions that would not cost a ton of money. I appreciate the honesty of a company and have referred Josh and ASAP to others.

ASAP was the first business to get back to me and was able to send someone to our house within the hour. Rick arrived very promptly and was able to help us after a leak occurred in our laundry room.

I had a ceiling leak caused by the air conditioning company who installed our unit. The AC company wanted to send out a scammer restoration company who tries to rip off your homeowner’s insurance. Fortunately, I read the reviews on ASAP Restoration and called them. They sent Aaron and Nathaniel over to assess the problem. Aaron is very professional, compassionate, efficient, and knowledgeable, as well as being a great communicator. They set up drying machines and checked with us periodically over the New Year’s weekend. I also had Aaron’s number if we needed anything or had any concerns. These are great people to deal with at a very stressful time. Their supervisor Shane is also helpful and organized. I would definitely recommend ASAP.

Josh and his team (Andrew and Nathan) were able to come out same-day to evaluate the water damage we had and provided a written quote within 24 hours that I was able to provide to our insurance. Josh was available to answer any of our questions and was very patient and communicative while we were working through things with our insurance company. We ended up using another contractor for our job as it was more comprehensive than we originally thought. I called ASAP Restoration LLC to come out to my house to take care of a leaking water heater that had damaged my walls. Ed and another very nice guy came over, and took care of EVERYTHING!!! Ed was -very- kind, exceptionally professional, listened to every word I said, and was sympathetic to my situation. We called ASAP due to some visible mold we found in a rental unit after an old pipe had started leaking in a wall. They sent someone out in less than 24 hours and sent us a very detailed report of the severity of the mold found, with proper remediation protocol. It ended up helping us get out of our lease without a fight from our property management at all.

I arrived from an out of state business trip to discover my house flooded. I called ASAP and thankfully they sent out their best worker Rafael. One of the kindest and hard working guys I've ever been around. It was probably about a 3 to 4 person job and he mostly did it by himself, working his tail off for over 4 days. My wife and I did our best to get our belongings out of his way and he did all the rest. Absolutely amazing thumbs up to Rafael.

I had a broken pipe under my sink in December. ASAP was able to send a team out within hours to start water mitigation. I continued working with them for restoration, and their price was fair for the scope of the work. While there were some delays that occurred as a result of the pandemic, and some unique issues with the project, the owner, Josh, was very responsive and worked to address any and all issues. I am happy with the way the project turned out and would consider working with them again, but hope to avoid any more broken pipes!

OMG, I don't know were to start with ASAP, because I am that pleased with them! I spoke with the owner Josh and I loved how I was not pressured to use his company, he gave me so much information and insight about what I should expect, watch out for with other companies and alternative options..... he was very transparent and up front no BS about this guy :-) The guys Mike, Raphael and Julian that came to my home to do the work were very pleasant, thorough and got the work done fast.......very funny down to earth guys. They were even available to me during the evening ours. They even clean my garage for me!!! :-) I would recommend them to anyone that has issues with any leakage problems in their home because they are that good!

I recently bought a house with popcorn ceilings containing asbestos and needed to have them professionally removed. I got quotes from several companies but ASAP went above and beyond to make sure I got a great deal and they were able to start work the next day! Josh was very responsive and explained everything thoroughly. The prices were lower than any of the competitors and the work was done very quickly and professionally by a licensed asbestos abatement crew. I have already recommended ASAP to a friend with popcorn ceilings and he hired them for next weekend!

We had a plumber come by for a leaky pipe and as soon as they came in, they immediately started talking about having a restoration company come by to fix “all the damage.” They hadn’t even looked at anything yet so the hard push to their preferred restoration company was a big red flag.

I opted to hop online and call a different restoration company, one that the plumber had not referred, and am so glad I did. We had really excellent communication from everyone we spoke with at ASAP, and were so grateful to get an honest assessment from someone who had our best interests in mind. We had someone at our home within a few hours (Haley), and she was great. There are a lot of companies looking to take advantage of nervous home owners, so it’s a relief to find a good and honest company.

My wife and I are buying our first home. We learned in the due diligence period the home suffered a significant plumbing issue in 2016. Our realtor was able to get the 2016 report of work.

ASAP Restoration is an amazing company! I own a rental home in Arizona and reside in Florida. I have issues with water damage, cracked walls, and drainage at my Arizona rental home. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience I had with ASAP Restoration. Truly, the owner Josh and his crew made the impossible happen, and I couldn’t be more impressed.

An inspection on the home we were selling revealed an unexpected mold patch in a bedroom closet, a mere six days before the scheduled closing. There was no way I could envision the job being done that quickly, but when Josh heard of my extraordinary circumstance, he quickly assigned his best guys to the task.

Had to do my first insurance claim for a water leak that was coming from HVAC and leaking through my guest bathroom ceiling(yikes). Did a google search for water mitigation company in Scottsdale and was amazed with all the positive reviews for ASAP.

Josh did an excellent job of walking me through the process and letting me know what to expect. I was really impressed with Josh's customer service, which seems to be rare these days. Once Josh's team started the work, I was blown away on how great of a job they did fixing everything. I couldn't tell where the damage started and ended, they did that well of a job.

These guys are really busy and I was a little nervous when Josh said he could be there for a few days. I was wondering if the level of customer service would drop, but it didn't. These guys are awesome and really helped me out! I was getting scammed by a horrible restoration company, and ASAP Restoration was able to explain the scam to me and help me avoid it. Josh, the owner, especially has gone above and beyond any reasonable expectation of customer service. Additionally the guys they sent to my house were prompt, professional, and did a great job. We had a leak in a Powder Room, and multiple plumbers thought it might be coming from the Master shower. Other companies were prepared to tear down the entire built-in Master shower, but ASAP took a more conservative approach and found that leak was coming actually from a toilet in another bathroom! (imagine if we had torn out the shower and it wasn’t even the source of the leak?!)

ASAP’s plumber got it right in their process-oriented careful testing. ASAP also took proper care with setting up a containment barrier for removing drywall, carpet, and baseboards, and bringing dryer fans. They met with the insurance adjuster multiple times and worked hard on our behalf to maximize our State Farm coverage. When one of the contractors made a mistake and removed tile he wasn’t supposed to, Tony the Operations Manager absorbed the cost and made it right.

While we experienced a few hiccups, Tony always took our call promptly and never dodged the difficult questions. He was patient, he was thorough, and he knows the business well. He never made excuses or tried to backtrack up on his commitments, even given extenuating circumstances that others would have tried to weasel out of. Tony and his people didn’t. They are stand-up guys. That is what makes us a 5 star review.

We called ASAP Restoration LLC to get some answers today. Josh the owner talked with us on the phone for over 50 minutes to answer so many of our unanswered questions. Had an odd smell in my home after being on vacation for some time. Received a call from Josh and he was so helpful. He advised me on some steps I can take first before doing a mold test and sent me helpful articles to help me complete the process of elimination. I really appreciate how straightforward and honest he was.

It was our first water leak in our home and to be honest didn't know what to do. I looked around online (Yelp, Google Reviews, BBB, and just the general AZ ROC) and found ASAP to have a pretty good amount of reviews all 4 stars and above. So we gave them a call. I first spoke with Josh, the owner, who asked for detailed information and asked that I send him pictures of the damage via text so he could determine the size of team and severity it was. Then the appointment was scheduled.

The next day his team was out along with his ops manager, Dan, to assess the damage and begin their process. I was impressed with how clean oriented they were by using large amounts of plastic sheeting and creating zipper doors to protect the rest of my house from getting drywall dust everywhere.

Overall the process was about 3 days and Dan was even kind enough to let me bug him day or night it seemed like with any concerns/questions I had. We now have our house back in order and we couldn't be happier. We definitely be calling these guys back for any future needs.

Had an amazing experience with ASAP. Within an hour of making a call they were en-route to my home. Upon arrival the team of Shamrock, Julien and Casey set to work on assessing the damage and prepping my home (laying down walkways & securing the impacted area) for restoration. Had to share some good words about the guys at ASAP Restorations. I was out with the family for dinner and a show. Was gone for about 5hours. When I turned on to our street I noticed water running down the driveway. To my dismay a toilet water supply line broke. I had water everywhere .Went online and found ASAP Restorations and Josh. Told him what happened and he had his crew there no lie in 30 minutes. Those guys were ontime everyday, curtious, clean and new there jobs. Never left a mess. My hats off to Jim, Tony and the rest. What started out as a simple restoration turned into a downstairs remodel project, all handled by ASAP. I had a small leak from my upstairs master bathroom that penetrated through the ceiling down below into my dining room. I've never had anything like this happen in my house in the 12 years that I've owned it, so I pretty much just called the closest restoration company to my house that I could find without doing any research. Let me just say that I got lucky with my choice. The owner of the company, Joshua Rudin, answered the phone and said he'd come right out and take a look, which he did.

Josh is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He's an east coast guy (like me), so he gets right to the point and doesn't mince words, which I like. He explained the process and what needed to be done and made it all easy to understand for an amateur like me. I gave him the authorization to get started on the work to try to mitigate any damage. He had a couple of guys come out that morning and they set up containment barriers and fans and humidifiers. After getting my insurance company involved (because the mitigation and repair cost far exceeded my deductible), there were a few hiccups (mostly disagreements over the amount of water saturation in the wood and therefore, the amount of time to leave the fans and dehumidifiers running), but in the end, everything turned out fine.

While the walls and ceiling were ripped out, and knowing the house was already going to be a mess for the rebuild, I decided to do what I've been wanting to do for a while and replace all my downstairs tile (foyer, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and fireplace), redo the kitchen (paint the cabinets and replace the sink and faucet), and redo the powder room (new toilet, vanity, light, and mirror and paint the walls). Josh said that his company would be able to handle this job as well. This is where things got a little bit out of sorts - part of it was my doing, part of it was ASAP's doing, and part of it was due to circumstances outside of both of our control.

To make a long story short, I generally judge a job by the final product and for the most part, the final product for this job turned out very good. There were quite a few headaches along the way and it was a stressful process for me (mostly because I've never gone through this), but one thing I will say is that through the entire job, Josh was always available and very responsive. It did appear as if he may have been stretched a little bit thin as he had other very large jobs going on at the same time that kept him running around all over the valley.

The positives: Josh for the reasons explained above. In addition to that, Josh did quite a few extra little things on the job and didn't budge from his originally quoted price. Josh only wanted to make sure I was happy and tried his best to do everything to make that happen. The tile looks great, the powder room looks great, and the rebuild of the damaged areas looks great. The kitchen looks much better than before.

The negatives: The job took about 4 days longer than originally planned. The tile guy got caught up on another job and started my job a day late - this caused delays across the board. There were a lot of moving parts and at times, it didn't seem as if they were all going in unison. I'm a little anal retentive, and some of the details in the kitchen are not perfect - we installed handles on all of the doors and drawers and quite a few of them aren't level; some of the doors were re-hung improperly; the paint on some areas of the cabinets is dull, while on other areas it's shiny; and you can see brushstrokes in quite a few areas. There was paint splatter all over the counters and the kitchen was left pretty dusty and dirty.

UPDATE: Josh heard my concerns about the paint job on the cabinets and went above and beyond to remedy the problem. Now the cabinets, along with the rest of the work that was done, look fantastic. Well done Josh! 5 stars for you and ASAP.

This company was amazing at helping me restore my house Dan Dozier is extremely personable and gets things done promptly and efficiently. They contact you even while things are being processed to let you know exactly what is being done I had no worries while my repairs were being made because I was always in the know

We had a major restoration project in store after a slow leak was discovered in our bathroom, with water seeping into surrounding rooms. The water damage was pretty extensive. We initially got a quote from another company, but they were extremely pushy about filing an insurance claim. I had my reasons not to file one, but they weren't listening.

Eventually, I started looking for other quotes. ASAP responded within five minutes, and the owner Josh called me. The contrast between him and the other company was night and day. He was very straightforward and honest with me, and was very willing to work with me. Within an hour, he had someone out to do an estimate (at 10:30 PM). The next morning, a crew was out at my house removing the water and mold, and they moved quickly and efficiently. The drywall crew that followed was incredible. They had a pretty big project on their hands, but handled it with ease, and went above and beyond to make sure our house was in top shape.

From start to finish, the whole process was very smooth, communication was top notch, and the cost was affordable. Dan, who was overseeing the project, was awesome. He came out multiple times to check on the job and was very communicative and straightforward. I highly recommend these guys and will certainly use them again if I have another problem in the future.

ASAP Restoration did an amazing job at my house. I had two different claims that had to be fixed. A wall leak and a kitchen leak. They came in and did both in a very quick manner. On the wall you cannot tell where the old wall and new wall meet, everything meshes perfectly. In the kitchen they rebuild cabinets, and fixed under the sink. Everything looked wonderful. All the people who came in and helped were professional, timely, and kept me in the loop. The job took two days and they laid out what would happen each day and updated me as well along the way.

Absolutely fantastic service! I have never seen a company work so hard to complete a job before in my life. I had a mold issue from a leaking pipe in one of my walls. Josh came out and did the inspection to identify the problem. Once the lab results were back, which was ahead of schedule, he had a crew out to my house immediately. This is not unheard of by any means, but the fact that this was a Friday at 830 pm is. His crew was at my house until 2 am taking care of business. Josh was also back and forth from another job checking on the quality of work. He left his air purifying machines working for a few days and finally had another air inspection done. The inspection passed with flying colors and the crew came back with Josh to pick up their equipment. They were all very professional and courteous. I would recommend Josh and his company for any job that they say they have expertise in. Very knowledgeable people with a common desire to satisfy the customer.

We recently used ASAP restoration and they were very professional, have exceptional customer service and were able to take care of what we needed quickly. We were very impressed with this company and will use them again.

My wife and I have been in the process of closing on a new house. Just prior to the closing, the house had a water pipe break in the master bathroom such that the master bathroom and adjacent closet as well as part of the master bedroom experienced water damage. Upon initial inspection of the home, it was apparent that the company the seller hired to dry out the area was not sufficiently addressing the issue. I called ASAP Restoration and spoke with Josh, who I presume is the owner. Josh asked me a series of questions and could get someone out to the property the same day I made the call. This is remarkable as Phoenix just experienced a MAJOR monsoon storm in the last 24-36 hours, and Josh's company was already inundated with requests.

The advisor, Dan, who reviewed the property was extremely thorough. He spelled out what needed to be done very clearly and concisely. After he inspected the property, both Josh and Dan were quite responsive via email so that I could compose a list of repairs that needed to be complete to send to the sellers. This forced the sellers to switch renovation companies, which REALLY needed to be done.

While ASAP was very busy with other companies, they fielded calls both from the sellers and myself. They spent time drafting quotes/estimates and truly gave me, the buyer, a clear picture of what needed to be accomplished to ensure the home would be repaired correctly.

What is most unfortunate, is that the seller did not choose ASAP but another company. The reasons for this are by no means the fault of ASAP, but merely due to the seller’s preference to go with one of the company’s their insurance carrier was already contracted with. However, the information ASAP provided allowed us all the information we needed to ensure the sellers proceeded with ALL the repairs ASAP indicated and then some.

If we were ever to experience an unfortunate situation with water damage or similar in the future, I will be calling ASAP Restoration.  They truly know what they are doing and are willing to go the extra mile.

I had a wonderful experience with ASAP Restoration. The owner, Josh, was incredibly prompt, responsive, and knowledgeable, and he was my contact person throughout the entire process from mitigation through reconstruction. He made my emergency a priority and had a mitigation team at my home within three hours of my initial call. They stayed until 2:30 in the morning to do a quality job getting everything set for the drying phase. Josh then spoke with me regularly to help me understand the insurance process, troubleshoot the problems that arose with my air conditioner, and explain my options along the way. Did a (pre)lien on our house even though we paid on time and in full. Owner threaten to walk off the middle of the job if I didn't sign new paperwork immediately without reading it. Later he lied and said he wasn't even here, but we have witnesses. Very unprofessional behavior.

I have had to deal with horrible landlords who are refusing to take responsibility for my mold issue. Josh and his team has been there every step of the way, providing me with information and helping me communicate with my landlords and apartment managers. We had our water heater flood in the middle of the night and quickly tried to clean up the mess. The next morning a plumber came out to take the broken heater. The plumber recommended a gentlemen to us and about 3 minutes later he was on our door step. I felt very uncomfortable about the process with the plumber and immediately set out looking for a different company. I read some of A.S.A.P. reviews and gave them a call. I can't even describe how at ease Josh and his crew made me feel! He did such a wonderful job communicating with us and going above and beyond by checking on things throughout the process. We returned home from vacation and our water heater leaked which caused some substantial water damage. The insurance adjuster came out and gave us a couple of references for restoration companies. After both referred restoration companies came out and walked the areas that had been damaged I felt I needed another non-biased opinion. My wife found ASAP online and said they had very good reviews. I called Josh with ASAP to see if he would come out and give me a quote. Josh arrived the same day I called him and began taking moisture readings, taping off the damaged areas, taking pictures and measurements (the other companies only took measurements) . It was clear that the companies the insurance company referred were going to work off the insurance companies prepared scope. On the other hand, the information Josh was gathering was to put together a scope that fixed the damage. As with most water damage situations, the real concern is the damage you can't see behind and within the walls. With two young kids I didn't want to take any chances with the potential risk of mold. Josh walked me through what he looks for, showed me the moisture readings (which was 100% in many areas) and helped me understand the water mitigation process. After Josh was finished with his inspection, I knew he was the right restoration company for me and my family. Josh's interest is making sure you as the customer is taken care and the job is done right. Josh and his crew did a great job and finished as quickly as the insurance process allowed. If I ever have any restoration needs, Josh will be my first and only call.

I am due any day now with my first child , and dealing with these house issues is the last thing I want on my mind. After calling so many exterminators , bee removal specialist , home inspectors , I have never been so relieved in my life to call ASAP Restoration. When we walked into our rental property after our last renter left and saw that the base boards were coming away from the walls and the paint was peeling or bubbling in 4 areas of our home, our hearts dropped. Upon a closer examination, we were seeing a dark substance under the paint and were sure that we had mold. We knew we would have to call in a remediation company to come in. And we didn’t know what to expect or how long things would take. From the very beginning I knew that I had found the right company. The owner described the whole process to me and had the whole project set up and completed less than a week of my call.
My significant build back was completed in one day. The employees that came to my condo were on time, professional and highly skilled. My kitchen looks exactly the same as before the damage. I can never tell it happened in the first place and am so satisfied to have my home back the way it was. The bonus is that the refrigerator that leaked actually fits better in the cabinetry than before the water leak.

Like others, I was amazed by the positive Google reviews. I even read through a bunch of them to see if they were legit or if they looked like they had been written by friends of the company. Well, my experience was definitely legit. Made a call, texted my info, and had a return text saying someone would be at my house in 15 minutes. Did I mention that this is on a SATURDAY!! Gentleman shows up, I'm a homeowner in a panic, and instead of taking advantage of me, I get a clear concise outline of the situation and a plan of action. My situation ended up being smaller than most I guess, but it was reviewed thoroughly. Outstanding customer service in an industry that has people already in a panic. I would highly recommend this company. My experience was 6 stars.

Josh Rudin and his team at ASAP RESTORATION completely restored our home after it was flooded. We are so happy we ended up hiring them. They knew how to work with our insurance company and were always delivering a great quality job on time. Jason was our Project Manager and I know we couldn't have gotten through all of this without his help as well.

Everything from sheetrock to drywall and painting to door trims was well done. We got to know the staff well, and they were such nice people with good work ethic. ASAP also has great sub-contractors. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops. They recommended great quality products and have the right professionals for installation.

The whole ASAP team does amazing work. Josh made everything easy and is a delight to work with. If you have damage then you want the ASAP team helping you out, they will take care of everything quickly, but in a thorough manner!

Josh was onsite within a couple hours of me calling him. We had a hot water pipe that leaked while we were out of town, so he immediately called in an environmental engineer to test for mold, etc. and to follow the proper protocol for remediation. After the testing was complete, his crew came onsite and removed all the cabinetry, carpet, drywall, insulation, etc in the affected area. They were neat & professional and were careful with several items like marble counter tops for re-use.

I contracted with ASAP to remediate mold and water damage in my kitchen from a water filter, and to restore the area involved. When I contacted the company, Josh Rudin, the owner, came out immediately to assess the damage and discuss how to proceed. During the whole process, from the demolition and decontamination through the rebuilding of the kitchen, Josh stayed in constant contact with me. I felt confident that the job was being done with a high level of professionalism. All of the people who performed work at my home, including building cabinets, fabricating granite countertops, and restoring the plumbing, were excellent. Josh personally oversaw every step and communicated frequently with me to make sure that any of my concerns or wishes were addressed. I would not hesitate to use his company again or recommend him to others.

ASAP Restoration sets the bar in customer service and quality workmanship. We have worked with them twice, once on undisclosed mold and related reconstruction in our new home in 2011 and again in 2015 to investigate an unrelated potential issue. For both engagements, Josh went above and beyond during the quoting process to get us information we needed, reaching out to other service providers to get us holistic inputs and set our expectations. In the 2011 emergency, Josh instructed his team to begin work immediately once we agreed on the scope, working until well after midnight, maintaining the high level of customer service and outreach throughout. A few years later when we were searching for the corresponding photo evidence, Josh personally spent hours digging through his files to find what we needed. While we did not end up needing work done in 2015, Josh was nonetheless prompt, responsive (same day in-person quote) and thorough in his evaluation, calling us the same evening with additional information for us to consider.

I have had the best experience with this company. I had been living in my apartment for only 2 1/2 months and I became very ill. I noticed a mildew smell coming in badly, and I called ASAP restoration and was given advice of what to do and useful information. ASAP restoration had referred me to a company to come out and do mold testing within 24hrs. Come to find out there had been mold in the walls and was not properly fixed from previous water damage. I am so thankful to have made that call when I did, it was inhabitable environment to continue to live in with myself and children. I am definitely going to keep them for future reference and will recommend them to anyone in need! Josh was wonderful. It was my first time dealing with a problem like this and he was patient with me, answered all my questions and he was on top of everything, honest, and straightforward.

Josh had Randy come out and do several air trap tests and did a couple swab tests for mold in my apartment that I was concerned about. Very fast and responsive. Took care of the our water damage after our water heater leaked into our kitchen, laundry and kids room. Walls and baseboards were swollen, carpets soaked and now everything is back to normal and looks good as new.

Called to get a quote for some mold issues. He charges $100 dollars for a quote. I spoke to him on the phone and he quoted me up to $2500 dollars to perform the work but never gave me a written firm quote to perform the work. He used scare tactics to push us using his company. Very disappointed and feel we were scammed. He didn't even give us a receipt for the $100 estimate fee. DON'T fall for this!

We had water leakage and damage with the walls of our rented condo in Scottsdale. ASAP restorations were on the site within an hour of being notified. They set out to work immediately to mitigate further damage. The walls were opened, source of the leak located and remedied within hours. Josh took the initiative to investigate further if there was further damage . Identified all the damage areas and restored the condo in its pristine condition. ASAP took all the necessary steps to coordinate with the insurance company, the tenant and the property manager to ensure to ensure there was no delay in the restoration, protected my best interests at the same time minimized discomfort and trauma to the tenant. The work was completed in record time at a fair cost. You may depend on Josh whenever a ca;amity strikes. I would hire his services again in a heart beat.

I called ASAP at about 9 PM expecting to leave a message or talk to an answering service. The owner Josh picked up the phone and was at my house within an hour of my call. He assessed the situation and after I agreed to what needed to be done he jumped into action. He left a few fans and a dehumidifier for a few days to dry things up and he called each day to be sure things were going well. A few days later he collected the gear and gave my former flood area a clean bill of health!
Josh was very conscientious about everything he did. When he removed the bottom part of the drywall he measured as to leave straight cuts, simplifying the future repair. He also cleaned up every single piece of debris and vacuumed the area when he was finished. Nobody wants a flood but when it happens you want ASAP to clean up afterwards!

If not for the honesty of Josh I would have spent about $15,000 for a mold remediation of my home that was not needed. His company collected double the air samples of the first company & all came back negative! I can not say enough to recommend Josh & his ASAP Restoration company!

Wozzers! We came home from a 2 week vacation and 90% of my house located in North Scottsdale was flooded. I immediately contacted my home warranty company, who dispatched a plumbing company. Approximately, 5 minutes after the plumber arrived, he asked if could use the restroom. I was extremely shocked of the conversation I overheard, since the door was ajar.

I learned immediately that homeowners can’t necessarily trust plumbers to refer honest and reputable water damage professionals because the plumber is more focused on how much money they can make by placing a simple phone call. This plumber spent almost 15 minutes in my restroom contacting numerous restoration companies to see who would offer the most amount of money “referral fee”.

I was extremely curious if this was normal business practices for restoration companies, so I turned to the net immediately to gather more information while my husband started taking photos of the extent of damages with his cellphone. I called several water restoration companies and was amazed to find out that paying plumbers, roofers, hvac companies, etc. an average of $1000 to $2000 per valid lead is the norm.

After we placed our emergency call, Josh Rudin personally arrived at our site within 15 minutes, assessed the damage, and had a crew in place within 2 hours. In less than 3 days, including a weekend they worked, we were not only up and running, but the area looked brand-new as if nothing had happened.

We experienced major water damage to our entire house due to a reverse osmosis system failure. I phoned ASAP and Josh was there before the close of business that day. He immediately started the water mitigation process which was a huge endeavor. His crew was in that night and worked thruout the night to pack the entire house out, demo the water damaged areas, which was extensive, and place the necessary equipment to contain and remove the remaining water. He and lead contractor Tom Hewett were equally diligent in their rebuilding of virtually the entire house. Josh, Tom and the various crew that Josh contracts with did an exceptional job in all aspects of this process. ASAP Restoration comes with high marks!

This company was called in to remove water from a sewage flood on mother's day. In my opinion the owner was very unprofessional and the job was not handled appropriately. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!

This company has an operations manager named Tony who does a great job of managing his team. Everyone in this team is professional and knowledgeable about their jobs. I had a leaking washing machine that flooded the majority of my house. Tony communicated with my insurance company and coordinated the best outcome for our family. While I was at work he and his team communicated with myself and my wife in what the next step was. This company and their team (Leo) are my go to when it comes to water restoration or home disaster stuff. I highly recommend these guys to friends and families all day.

I would highly recommend using ASAP for your restoration needs. We had a leak in our bathroom and they responded quickly with equipment and set us up to have everything repaired quickly.
