Cole and Craig were great. They completed the repairs promptly, answered my questions and even gave me some great advice. As plumbing appt experiences go, this was a good one.

WEIRDEST experience ever. This company set an appointment, no call/no showed, then blocked us and ghosted us with no explanation. Now, as you can see in their comment below, they are DISHONEST too.... This is the last thing anyone wants from a handyman invited into their home. I'd avoid All Hours Plumbing at ALL COSTS.

**Update in response to the business' comment below: That is a blatant lie. We never refused to pay you for your time. On Sunday your tech recommended the temporary fix and when we called later that night to say the temporary fix didn't work, we set an appt for 10am the following day to pay an addtl $400 for the permanent fix. The tech texted us back and forth to confirm the appt then never showed. To block our phone numbers with no explanation and now lie to make yourselves look good is even more concerning. Updating this review to reflect the dishonest and sketchy business practices.

We called All Hours Plumbing this past Sunday when our washing machine began leaking to the first floor. They sent a guy out, put a temporary fix on the drain, then set an appointment to come back the next day (Monday) at 10am to finish the job. They gave us a price quote and everything. Well, 10am Monday comes and goes, and by 11am we're calling to ask where they are. Funny enough, both the technician and the main business line blocked our phone number. We call on our work phone and get right through to an admin named Ashley. She has no explanation for us, promises to call with an update, and doesn't. We call back and she tells us we need to find another plumber.

Another 5 star review. We were introduced to Heath when we were doing a massive remodel to our home. He has been the plumberr that has worked on just about everything that has to do with plumbing at the property. We can not say enought about how nice it is to have him working in our home and getting to know him.
In the course of this remodel we have had many people to do work on the house and there are very few whom we would have back but Heath is one. We can hgihly recomend him and if you are not sure about taking a recommendation through the internet just give a try and he will become your plumber for life.

We just had CLW out to the house to replace a water heater. This is the third time we have worked with them. Twice now the owner gym has come out when the rest of the staff was busy to make sure our plumbing emergency didn’t get any worse and fix the problem at hand Jim and his son Wes worked until 8 PM to complete the installation. The housing for a water heater was custom built for the old unit they had to make alterations to the housing and I was very impressed with the work they did! This was all done for the price they quoted me upfront in the timeframe they promised. There have been no surprises with any of the jobs done by CLW. I now feel confident that any issues that arise will be handled by professionals. Lastly, it is great to be able to work with a real family business. The craftsmanship is obvious in their work! Would certainly recommend!

We submitted a maintenance request through our apartment portal on Thursday, May 12 after some issues going on with our toilet.

I was contacted that afternoon by Aaron @ Plumbrite, who left me a quick, detailed message. I gave him a call back and he informed me that he had availability tomorrow morning - which is nearly unheard of! Aaron was on time and communicative about his arrival. After his initial inspection, he let me know what he saw and what he was going to go.

Within TWO HOURS the issue had been resolved and Aaron was out of the door. What incredibly professional, clean & respectful service. Would 10/10 recommend Aaron and the team at Plumbrite.

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

They consistently continue to impress. Having use them for one stop shopping, many times previously & you don't have the time to research all these service companies, George Brazil is the most professional, efficient, competent group, for any repair or installation, of the large ticket items that arise with your home repair problems. Last night, my under sink garbage disposal, started leaking severely. This morning I called there service dept, & the scheduler said it would probably be later this afternoon. I received a call from the dispatcher, that advised me as soon as one became available, he would call me 45 minutes out. Shortly there after, Chris, the service tech, called me & said he was a hr out When he arrived & surveyed the problem, he showed me my options & explain in detail, including cost, & what my option were! He completed the new installation within an hour, rolled up their signature red carpet, problem fixed to my satisfaction before noon! Nobody in the valley compares! JW

Second Opinion Plumbing were great! We were having issues with our hot water heater and it was time to be replaced. They were able to come to our home quickly and replaced our hot water heater in no time! They were very professional, affordable and easy to work with!

I called these guys at 8 am on a Sunday. I had to open my restaurant at 930 that morning. They had someone there in under 30 minutes, took the toilets apart, and fixed the in under an hour. Outstanding service. Pricey but it's a weekend emergency job so I expected it. Very happy

Mason showed up on time and was extremely professional!! Explained the issues after inspection and corrected the issues. Great work and great quality.

Discount Rooter is the greatest. Steve showed up on time and did a great job solving a simple plumbing issue. The price was reasonable and he was very polite, fast and efficient in solving the stopped drain problem. A great plumber and a nice person. I will call Discount Rooter again any time I need a drain clean service.

Edwards Plumbing did an excellent job on an emergency call. Water was shut off to house due to the problem and they came over right away and expertly took care of the issue. Thank you, Edwards Plumbing!!

Paradise Valley is a family owned and staffed company so we are going to get the same people on each visit who know us and we know them. Plus Paradise Valley Plumbing has been established here for a long time so we don't have to worry that they wouldn't be here the next time we call.

Tony DeMiguel and Bill Prokop work like hand and glove. They may be one of the best experts you can find for Rinnai Tankless Water Heaters. No wonder they are highly recommended by Rinnai for their products. Tony was easy to work with and was flexible and gracious to agree to also take care of plumbing for whole house custom water filtration system.

They worked relentlessly without missing a beat and every little thing was meticulously worked on to perfection. This company is great. When we have had a pipe break during termite treatment they were on the spot. During bathroom and kitchen remodeling AJ and his dad helped us as needed. If so.ething goes wrong they fix it, very dependable, knowledgeable.

Paul is a reliable and affordable plumber! We had five faucets we needed installed and all were done in a timely and professional manner. Paul answered all of our questions and also resolved a plumbing issue we had that two other plumbers were incapable of doing. We will definitely use Paul again if needed and will recommend him any chance we get.

So refreshing to have an honest plumber! Stevan was early to the appointment. He was extremely articulate and explained everything . After scoping the line with camera explained there was no issues with line and showed us the video. Other plumbers told us that the line was all deteriorated and needed replacement and told us it was all original cast iron when in reality it was 90% new ABS. Thank you, Stevan! Restored our faith that honest tradesmen do still exist!

Their employees used profanity, threw large objects from upstairs down onto my porch - luckily not hitting me, as well as left sharp screws & dust left over from AC job for my upstairs neighbor down onto my front porch for me to clean up. Horribly unprofessional employees.
