He was unable to snake the drain and sent a second plumber in the morning who was able to free the clog with the water pressure machine. This company is one in a million. I will admit they def do overcharge. I was quoted 225 by another company that, unfortunately, couldn't make it out until the next day, and ended up being charged 325 by them for the same job. I was too exhausted from trying to find someone to come out that at that point I didn't feel like trying to negotiate so I kept it to myself but did think of the pricing reviews on here. Other than that they're organized well in having someone out to you as quickly as possible with updates. The technician was very knowledgeable, clean, and quick.
