Outstanding customer work from my initial phone call, to contacting dispatch, and in to the timely arrival of the plumber. Upon arrival the plumber was competent and efficient. I would immensely recommend this company to any person for any project, big or small. I could not be more happy with their service.

Alexander was the repairman that arrived to my forever building to do preventative maintenance. He was transparent in explaining what he found and showed me pictures of what he found and what he did. He gave me info regarding my heat pump and what to expect in the winter months, so I wouldn't panic if I saw steam. He was respectful to my home and me. amicable! I look forward to building a relationship with him as my preferred technician. Thank you!

They are a great company. Setup an appointment, they contacted me back and got me in earlier. Lawrence showed up gave me the scenarios and prices so I knew up front what it was going to cost me. He showed me the issue and did a great job fixing my toilet. He even noticed the floor was uneven where the toilet sat and fixed that. He had a good eye for detail. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Lawrence and Home Angels. If I need work done again I know who to call!

Carl and Logan were great. got along with our loud and obnoxious dogs, and had all the parts on hand to work our combi unit on the roof. They were knowledgeable and were able to get technical with me when I had specific engineering questions about the fix and upgrade of my compressor motor, including monitoring the current draw before and after repair procedures and showing me the replaced parts. I always appreciate an honest and respectful technician, and these guys were that.

I would give Michaela & Andres ten stars if it allowed me to. These two saved me a large headache and solved my issue within 24 hours after another plumber worked on it for over a week, resulting in more issues. Michaela & Andres are both incredibly easy to task with. They tell it how it is, they get to the point, and they provide knowledgable guidance. I felt they wanted to help and worked diligently providing me with great communication, even on their off hours. Michaela & Andres will give you honest advice and clear communication from start to finish. Plus, Michaela is hilarious and a true to work with. I will only be using Andres & Michaela moving forward and referring them to whoever needs plumbing work. They are life savers!

Sewer was plugged on a weekend and they still where able to take care of us in a timely manner. The work plumber that arrived out was and insightful. Any questions i had where answered and he also offered various solutions for the issue. excellent experience with this company.

The installation team of William, Devon and Nico did an fantastic work of our plumbing repair. They were professional and offered options and suggestions as to the best approach. We were happy and would recommend the company to others.

I particularly impressed with the expertise and flexibility of Drew Nunez. He was able to accommodate our need. He is actually here to do the cooling upkeep but because it was already done by another company last April I requested him if he can do the heating instead. His response was you tell me what you need and that's what I'll do. The reason I requested that is we're not coming back until April next year and I want to make sure the heating is properly maintain prior to upcoming Drew is the kind of technician anybody should have.

wonderful experience with Jermaine and his team. My furnace installation went smoothly. They were on time, communicative, did a terrifc project and cleaned up before they left. Jermaine was great, he explained and showed me how worked once everything was up and running. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic experience! Adam, our technician, was excellent! He came early and assessed our problem. Then, Adam did a wonderful project installing our new water heater. He had a pleasant personality, was knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend him and his company!

Frederick was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and I have an old a/c-furnace unit that’s on its last legs. In trying to locate my problem, he took the units apart and took pictures. He explained in detail what he found and solutions to the problems. I got on their upkeep schedule to thoroughly clean the unit. We also discussed new units in which he was knowledgeable. I was happy he took the pics so I knew he wasn’t just trying to sell me a new one. I’ve been through at least three companies who have all screwed me over. I feel hopeful about this company as Frederick corrected one of the issues the last company caused. His professionalism won me over. I hope that runs through company and every employee is as good.

Techs were kind and kind nothing awful to say on the work and quality. As far as scheduling I’ve had to wait 2 weeks for a tech to come out and troubleshoot. looked fine. Then the system froze again and had to wait another week for a tech to come and tell me I have a short on the thermostat wire that runs to the condensing unit. Now I’ve been quoted for 700$ to run a 50ft give or take cable in the attic and have to wait another two weeks. I declined, horrible scheduling and quoting. That wire can be ran for a maximum in material for 100$. I understand there is labor involved but 600$ in labor that would take a maximum of 2 hours is outrageous.

I had the pleasure to have Jim Wallom to be in charge of my HVAC system maintenance. He was professional and instructive. His inspection of the system was detailed. Jim explained he was doing in a very simple way. He gave me many recommendations on how to make the system last, what needed to be changed and planned to be changed in the near future. It was a very wonderful experience. Thank you Jim!

Nichole did a great job. When he got here, he went over the whole process and kept me informed what what he was doing and what he found. Turned out to not be a plumbing dilemma but he was able to repair what the issue actually was for no extra cost. Great company, will be using them in the future!

my kitchen drain was stopped up - they got here right on time and repaired it. awesome work and tech was knowledgeable. I use them all the time and I am glad with them.

Tech Nic came on time and and accurately diagnosed the problem. He estimated the project and told us how it would cost. Tech Nic corrected the trouble with minimal restoration required. Outstanding plumber. I learned a lot from him.

Liam was helpful, and explained each process he and his coworker were and gave a heads up on cost each time. He also explained why they weren't taking certain action, and how I can mitigate in the meantime.

Jeremy and his team were great to job with. From the get-go, they were responsive, professional, and were able to diagnose the problem I was having with my water heater. We will be using them again in the future.

Their office is just a couple blocks from me so it's a logical choice to use them whenever I have a plumbing issue. We've had a handful of things that they've handled over the years. Always professional and prompt. It was worth it to buy the yearly membership to save a little bit on the cost of anything during the year.
