Came to my Biz about 6 weeks ago & diagnosed leaks in office windows & told me they can fix & will get us a quote. Never heard from em again. Been trying to get call back ever since. Promised prompt call back every time. NADA but windows still leak and now likely mold mold. Thx!!!

Quick and friendly service, didn't expect to get my mirror cut on the spot. They even have veterans working for them. This was my second time using them, and I will continue in the future.

After living with 30 year old single pane windows, I decided to invest in new high quality double pane Low E Vinyl windows. I had a lot of choices for window dealers and brands. After a lot of research, I decided to go with ABC Glass Co.

Where do I start.......totally professional. They came out and measured and estimated. Windows were ready in less than 2 weeks. BTW...this was 20 windows, basically a complete window makeover!

They were on time for each day of the install. In little more than 2 days, the windows were in and the crew came back to clean up and touch up....all the details were taken care of. I now have a home with high quality windows (Milgard) and the home is a lot quieter, the windows don't rattle like the old ones.

Overall, a great experience with ABC Glass Co. Seriously, when you make an investment of this nature for your own home, go to this company. They will impress you with their work and provide you confidence that you made the right decision by going with a great, established, highly professional glass company.

I was over charged for a piece of glass for a window I broke. They cut it too small and when I called to let them know and try and return it, they refused. I actually had to bring the glass back AND pay an extra $40 to have them cut it correctly. NEVER will I go there again.

All the staff here are professional and they provide a good product at a fair price. Does not get any better than that for me. That's why I have been using them for years.

ABC Glass recently replaced a curved pane in a decorative window. I appreciated their professionalism and expertise. The installers wore masks and were conscious of the front door with my pets. Oustanding product and service!

ABC Glass charged me a restocking fee even though I used them for 9 glass jobs totaling over $4000. The restocking fee was actually because the manager did not want to refund onto a credit card and have to pay the card fee. By the way we used most of the refund on a 9th job and he sent a check as the refund for the balance so he never had to pay that fee anyway.
What happened is we broke a window at a customers house and called ABC glass just like we had 8 other times. They got a quote together and ran my card for the total. After a fee days our customer actually wanted to pay for the new glass because there was not enough proof that my company had actually broke the window in the first place. So my customer ended up paying for the glass with her credit card and I asked for my card to be refunded. The Manager said no way, it could only be used as a store credit or he would charge me the card fee of 4% for refunding my credit card. REALLY! after all the jobs we had already paid them? I took the store credit and used most of it for a 9th job. At that point I took all of ABC's invoices I had and called other glass companies. I sent over the info on each job and asked for prices from them. You know what one of the other company send back as quotes for the jobs that ABC had already done? 1/2 price for all but one job! I couldn't believe it. I was being charged twice as much money as ABC's competitors and this store manager was going to loose me as a customer over maybe $15 in credit card fees. I would not recommend ABC glass to anyone after this experience. I will never go back. By the way after being in business for 21 years as a landscape maintenance company and having to pay for about 80 broken windows, I am a customer a glass company wants.

I hired abc glass to replace a broken exercise mirror. They came measured and said they would call with price. Called with price, I agreed. Scheduled the mirror install... Mirror they installed was too thick (thicker than existing mirrors it was being hung next to). Reordered the mirror, they came to install it and someone had ordered it 10 inches to short. They reordered the mirror, came to hang it, hung it yet it bowed out in the middle. Clearly they did not stick it to the wall well enough. Called and scheduled again for them to come back out. They came back out....they explained to me that the existing mirrors were bowed a little (but odd this overlooked initially) but they could push it (the new mirror) onto the wall to match and hopefully it would stay. Which it did. They explained exactly that they were going to do but no guarantees it was going to be a perfect match. Fair enough. After 1.5 months + the mirror is installed and they have the nerve to charge me full price. Not even compensate me for all of my wasted time being home for the appointments. They have the nerve to claim we got a $150 discount because they had to fix our existing mirrors on the last visit (which is a lie - the workers clearly were trying to cover their butts for doing fast, crappy work the first time) which is totally not true. I call the office to discuss my frustration and the lady agued with me on the phone, interrupting me and 100% backing her employees lies. To top it off they hung up on me! I call back and they hang up again! I call again and a man answers, I ask to speak with the owner. Of course he wasn't in and is suppose to call me back. I'm still waiting. NEVER in my life have I had a company SCREW up so much and not even try to compensate me for the EXTRA time it took out of my days to get this job completed . I cannot believe a business can operate with workers who lie and office people who are so rude. Who hangs up on someone? We are adults...lets act like it!

Went to pick up a piece of glass that had been specially cut for my employer. The service was wonderful and they are very efficient and professional ????

Great place! I needed a simple cut and I got it in just a few minutes. I even screwed up my measurements and they helped me out without the extra cost for my error. It's not the closest place to me or the most convenient from my location, but this is the only place I'll buy glass from.

On Monday October 27th I brought in a piece of glass from my dining room table that I needed to have replicated. Since it was a 1/2 thickness i was told they needed to out source that. They would call me with a price. The following day they called with a price, said they needed half down to order it and it would take 5 - 7 days. After 7 days I heard nothing so I called. I was told it would be in on Friday and they would call me when it arrived. Friday came and went and no one called. The following Tuesday fifteen days after I originally dropped off the table piece I called to check on the delay. I was told that they were unsure of the reason for the delay but they would get me an answer. I would much rather they get me my table so I can stop eating off my floor! Done using ABC Glass. Next time I will call DEF Glass.

I waited 5 days for them to come out because they were recommended. After coming they refused to do the work because the window was near a pool, which they had been told about up front. Horrible company.

ABC Glass representative is color blind, I ordered Bronze, they installed a Black Sliding Glass Door, Told My Wife she didn't need the screen over the south facing stationary 8' wide glass door, in Phoenix. when they were removing the one that was installed. They did not install a new one, I had to do it myself, however it most likely would have been BLACK if they did, I had to change out the BLACK screen on the moving section of the 8' screen to BRONZE myself, Bugs can crawl in under the door between the door and frame, light shows thru at both ends about 3 wide, appears track was cut back too far from factory, BLACK frame installed with ALUMINUM colored Screws !!, I'll have to paint them myself, Frame is bowed due to the frame was not shimmed like a Journeymen Craftsmen would have installed it, Quality of installation is like a 4th grader !! I should have taken heed to the previous reviews, I thought people were just complainers, I didn't even address the lack of finish on the interior that I had to finish myself !! I paid full price and got a Half Ass Job in return, save yourself some heartache, do your homework. I'm a retired General Contractor,

Contacted ABC about a glass door for a new shower. Got the quote and had a date for measure and asked for Certificate of Insurance. Owner said he would not do business with me if I wanted a COI.
Guess he lied when he said he carried insurance.?
