Unfriendly staff, probably one of the most cold people I've worked with. The environment was toxic and uncomfortable. Avanti windows is better, they stand by their product, they care, and the install about 90% of the valleys new build windows. XO windows is not good. Had builders tell me so and they switched over to Avanti. If you're looking for a window company I can tell you XO is not the place to call. They won't return phone calls the managers and women in customer service are unfriendly and unorganized, everything is paper and a lot gets lost. That's a fact.

In my experience this company stands behind its products. Richard and Sylvia were great to work with. Richard displayed great professionalism and patience as he addressed a problem with water intrusion in our sliding glass doors. The company was prompt, courteous and competent. You cannot ask for more. So far so good with this outfit; you cannot ask for more. So far so good with this outfit. Kudos to them.

Installed damaged windows, tried to repair, doesn't return phone calls and when they do they tell you it will be 3-4 weeks minimum for any service. Six months in a new house and still have damaged windows that they installed and knew the trim had been warped and heat damaged. Run from this company

We respectfully declined to bid on your windows with no explanation of why. I provided window size, color of frames, trim, hardware. Do not use a company that will not give a quote without a consultation. From MY experience companies like that have 3 reason why they don't.
1. High pressure sales tactics
2. Priced to high
3. Have subpar products

I wouldn't use anyone else for my windows and sliding door , they just installed the patio screen door . They are courteous and professional .
All my windows and sliding doors were installed by them.

Drivers like whoever was driving truck #51 this morning are not smart and I courteous to other drivers. Cutting people off because you are impatient while pulling a trailer isn’t the best idea.. but given the lack of responses from the company they don’t care. I will more than likely report this to Adot since they have a USDOT number..

Don't stand by their product. They will adjust once and that's it. And use anything to blame you. My WINDOW broke so I'm told that negates why the FRAME doesn't operate correctly. I guess I'm lucky the guy even called back, but it took much pestering to get ahold of him. BOTTOM LINE: A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS YOUR FAULT!

UPDATE: After contacting the BBB, they contacted me to fix the problem. Their fix was to lean on the door, because supposedly there's a self adjusting bar inside the door. Of course that didn't work because the frame is still bowed. The door still hits the frame on close. All they want to do is argue with you, which tells me they hate their customers. I will be contacting the ROC and BBB again.

Morgan Taylor uses this contractor so you might want to stay away from this company and Morgan Taylor built homes unless you're okay with shoddy work and defective windows and doors.

Drivers are not respecting others on the road. Your business has obviously outgrown your parking areas and are crowding the streets as they prepare for deliveries. Drivers are not using parking lights, they blind oncoming traffic with their headlight brights on. Walking in and out of traffic without looking at oncoming local traffic. Ths morning I was cut off on Roosevelt because the driver didn’t stop at stop sign. Please remind your drivers to share the road, slow down, and be safe. Thx!!

Tony at XO Windows has been great with follow up after the installation of windows in my new home. The windows are beautiful and reflect heat amazingly well.

Tried to work with this company numerous times. Joseph is hit or miss with responses to emails and voicemails...mostly miss. Does not respond. Very poor overall. Suggest doing business with another company.
