Walk-in shower remodel. In my brand new home we had a very dangerous walk-in shower. Slippery floor, step-up and step-down and glass wall that was very wobbly. Called Dreamstyle and a very nice young man came and we worked out the details of what we wanted. Next came project mgr to verify measurements were correct. Installers Robert K. and Johnathan P. came to remove and rebuild our new shower. Both installers were a pleasure to work with. They were not only nice, professional and very good at what they do. We no longer have to worry about slipping, but the best is we now have a beautiful walk-in shower.

In two days my shower was transformed into a beautiful walk in shower.Scott M and helper Ryan H were so professional, knowledgeable,polite and efficient. I needed to have a shower/bathtub converted to just a shower. From the initial design meeting to the installation itself was a seamless experience! I was called with an update as to when the materials for my project were ordered, and when they arrived. I was called to arrange a date for installation that met MY schedule! On the scheduled date, my stellar installers, Dana Gannon and Art Shell contacted me that they were on the way. They were courteous, professional, friendly, and efficient! All my questions were answered promptly and fully. I am very pleased with the finished project! It was a wonderful experience!

Branden and Oliver did a wonderful job with my showers. Their work is second to none and they cleaned up once they finished! I highly recommend this company! I also delt with Nate. He was very responsive to my phone calls and helped getting things done efficiently. If I had one complaint, I would have liked better communication. But what really impressed me, is all these of these men took responsibility and fixed any issues. Again, I highly recommend this team. Can’t wait to take a shower in my new install :)

Started the process in Feb 2022. I was told it would take about 3 months for materials to begin construction. 3-4 days for full remodel. Work began end of May. After demo began I was informed that one of my wall pieces was badly stretched. It was the last piece to arrives, so 3 more months to replace it. I had to make last minute alterations to what was in stock vs. What I ordered. The crew brought the wrong pieces the following day so 2 days now wasted. I had a small shower and large garden tub. Was removing tub for mew walk in shower, and existing shower to become open shelf storage. I also paid extra to replace my counter and sinks on vanity. The first crew was very unprofessional and refused to do any work that was not the shower. After 3 days they left and I waited 2 days for a new crew to finish. Showing up between 10-11am and staying until 7-9 pm over a holiday weekend. Yes I wanted it done, but really? So now 7 days in I was told the glass guys would come verify measurements. They showed up late so I had to have a friend meet them. 2-3 wks I was told for glass. It ended up being 14 weeks. Then on install they had to reschedule because someone called in. 2nd attempt they were short trim, and had to reschedule again. 3rd time now 16 weeks we finally are finished. Feb to Sep to get this done. I wrote to my contact about how disappointed I was in their professionalism and lack of communication. I have never received a reply. Customer service is NOT something this company cares about. My end product was not what I ordered, but it is a nice change from what I had. That is the only thing that was positive about my remodel.

Dreamstyle installation coworkers named Josue and Jose are amazing at professionalism, quality, fast-pace, and a hight standard of work ethic. Excellent installation! And then the closers come in named Max and Skyler to finish an easy touch-up. I appreciate their customer service skills and abilities to complete this project; going above and beyond! Sarah is very timely in scheduling, coordinating, and fixing any surprises.My husband and I love this shower! It's very easy to clean, the bench is such a nice feature, the valve awitch is in a convenient and better location, the dual shower head is the correct dual height for both of us, and the shower doors slide vety quietly and easily. We had our bathroom remodeling done 2 weeks ago and it exceeded our expectations. Everything form the designing to the finished product was so easy. They kept us updated the entire time on our materials and scheduled our remodel as quickly as possible. Jared and Francis did such a beautiful job and worked incredibly hard on our project. My installers, Brandon H. And Charles L. Did a great job. The installed my beautiful shower in less than a day and a half with minimal mess. That was the important part for my wife, as she abhors dust and construction in our home. Brandon and Charles were alway courteous and professional. Dreamstyle replaced the shower in my master bathroom. It looks beautiful. The work was finished in 2 days. Max S and Pablo A were friendly and very professional. Through the demo of old 1970s fiberglass shower I hardly knew they were there as I worked from home. A couple of adjustments had to be made, and they handled them like the experienced pros they are. The only downside is having to wait 36 hours to use it! My shower was transformed from a 1970s fiberglass yellowed monstrsity into a clean modern little oasis.

I never thought that my postage stamp sized bathrooms could look so good. I recognized water damage on the walls of the rooms adjacent to my master bathroom. Fearing mold damage, I contacted Dream Style. Max S and Skyler S spent several days solving my problems. I had both my secondary and master baths done for continuity. When Max pulled out the walls in the Master bath, he did find the mold damage that I anticipated. The project was not a simple one. My old house has walls that are not exactly square and the rooms so small that there were no standard sizes resulting in extra work - Max and Skyler pulled it off without a hitch.

We contracted Dreamstyle for a shower remodel at my mom’s house, and didn’t hesitate to contact them when we wanted to replace both our master shower and convert the guest bathtub to a shower. April was great with the initial measuring, product selection and contract. Two teams came in over a two-day period and completed both projects beautifully. Arturo C., Scott Wilcox and Robert H. transformed the master bathroom into a light and modern space. Nathan Garcia worked tirelessly, and he and Eddie G. created a beautiful, bright, safe and modern shower for our guests. We had Dreamstyle Remodeling replace two windows in 2018, and we were so happy with the product and the work that we had them back in 2021 to replace 17 more windows in our home. Cory and Justin were our two installers for the week this installation project took place, and they did a great job. The new windows look amazing, and the installation work has already been tested - two days after all the windows were installed, we had record rainfall - it was coming down in buckets - but all our windows performed beautifully. Despite the delay in the arrival of my glass doors, and the fact that I had to look at my walk-in shower for 3 weeks before I could use it, I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome in both of my bathrooms.I started out with two, yellowed marble surrounds, and two, 12-inch mini tubs that didn’t hold enough water to cover my body.I have ended with a beautifully pristine white walk-in shower and a soaker tub to beat all tubs!(I regret the lighting in the bathrooms didn’t allow you to see how WHITE they really are)We began with the master. Nathan and Dylan V. did an incredible job! They worked quickly and efficiently. Nathan ran to Home Depot twice to get some items that would improve the quality of construction, as well as provide the finishing touch on the project; very detail-cognizant.Both Nathan and Dylan respected my home and my time. Nathan was thorough in giving me the maintenance and care instructions, and when the guys finished with the work, they cleaned up the bathroom as well as the garage!Next, Robert and Jonathon worked with me on the guest bathroom. Moving from a 12-inch mini tub and told I only had one choice for a 17-inch tub, all I was expecting was a larger version of what I had. But when I saw Robert and Jonathon lifting off one of the prettiest tubs I’ve ever seen from their truck, I began jumping up and down with excitement and asked if I could sit in it. (silly me). This beauty even has arm rests! GEEZ!NOTE: I hadn’t asked for a soaker tub specifically, but Aaron really listened to me at the sale meeting time, when I said I loved bubble baths. He also showed me bubble glass for the first time, and I am happy every time I look at the glass shower doors…no one else I talked to had this glass.Robert and Jonathon had the demo done in no time, skipped my offer for lunch, and finished in 7 hours! I was again given cleaning instructions for care and maintenance. They were detail-oriented, did very quality work, and cleaned up like a dream!After a snafu with scheduling, Nick came a few days later. He installed some rubber stripping in the master shower that was missed when the glass doors were installed. He hung the grab bar and switched out the waste and overflow cap in the guest bath. He also measured, cut, and installed PVC quarter round at the base of the tub. He called me upstairs and shared his expertise, in that he felt clear caulk at the tub/floor seam would look nicer than the white. I agreed, and I couldn’t be happier with the result…it looks incredible! He also cleaned up very nicely.My only regret is that I didn’t ask him to hang the shower curtain; it makes me nervous that I won’t hang it at the right tension so as not to bow the acrylic, if that’s even a thing. I will call.I am so very pleased with the work that Dreamstyle did for me. I find myself going upstairs all the time, just to look at the bathrooms.Dreamstyle: Treat these guys right; you don’t want to lose them!UPDATEFOLLOW-UP REVIEW Sept 8, 2021After seeing and appreciating the expert job Nick did with the clear caulk he used on my guest bathroom quarter-round, I requested that he return and redo the quarter-round caulking in my master bathroom; I really wanted it to look as great as the other. Nick came back, carefully removed the white caulking, cleaned the tile and grout, then redid it using the clear caulk. The white caulk looked OK; it was something I could have lived with, but I couldn’t be more pleased. I am so much happier with the clear caulk against my dark, wood-look tile.Once again, Dreamstyle, take care of Nick; he is an intuitive thinker, and with his attention to detail, you need him around. My bathrooms are now finished, and once again, I will say that I am extremely happy with Dreamstyle Remodeling.

Dreamstyle Remodeling did an excellent job installing our walk-in shower including removing a bathtub, small stall shower and a short wall between them. We chose vinyl panels instead of tile to avoid cleaning grout. The finished shower is attractive and works well. The chief installer did excellent work, including coming back on a Saturday to finish the job.After we had signed the contract, Chris, a consultant, outlined the shower in painter's tape so we could better see the size. Chris suggested we make the pony wall a bit longer, plus some other ideas that improved the final product. We originally contracted to have a glass panel on top of the pony wall to be installed by a subcontractor. We discovered water does not go over the wall plus glass would require cleaning, thus we decided to delete this option. Dreamstyle refunded the cost of the glass panel.I would rate the job 4½ stars if I could because of two minor negatives: (1) The supplied shower hooks were just small knobs that would not hold a towel. We bought better hooks and towel rods at a local store that were installed for us. (2) When he patched the ceiling drywall where the old wall was, the installer did not get the texturing right to match the rest of the ceiling. (He admitted he was not good at texturing.) We had to hire a handyman to sand off the drywall mud and add the texturing. Thus we suggest other customers find someone else for this small part of the job.

If we have the need for additional windows or doors, I hope they are the installers again. The price of the project was reasonable and the financing provided was exactly what I was looking for. The warranty was also very good although I hope you never have to make a warranty claim.

We contacted Angie's list regarding having our bathtub/shower combo in our main bathroom and shower replaced in our Master bathroom. They recommended, Dreamstyle Remodeling. From the initial consultation to design to installation every commitment made was met. The quality of materials is excellent. The installation team of Nathan G,. Eddie G and Andrew W, completed the removal of the bathtub/shower and installed stand alone shower in 1 -day (as promised). Robert K and Johnathan P were awesome from stat to finish. I have Parkinson's Disease one of my main issues is mobility and a lack of balance. Both of these issues make the shower a dangerous place & thus , the reason for the remodel. Robert and Jonathan both took extra care and time (including getting me involved) with the placement of grab bars and the position of the seat that was installed. Robert also insisted that a different seat was installed than what the original contract required. The seat was an upgrade but he spoke to his manager and got the new seat for the original price in the contract. Robert was very caring of m situation and it really shows what kind of man he is. I would give both Robert and Jonathan the highest marks available for the work they did. My wife and I are considering another shower project in our home and I could only hope Robert and Johnathan will be available to install it! We placed an order with DreamStyle Remodeling in September 2022 - we had a GREAT experience with the sales representative, not pushy and was able to give us several options to receive discounts. Unfortunately, due to supply chain issues the delivery and installation was delayed almost 4 months. On the positive side, our project manager was proactive in frequently contacting with us during the delays to give us updates which was much appreciated. The installers, Saul & Jonathan, were absolutely AWESOME!! They were on time, did a very professional job with a quality installation (didn't even mark up existing paint!!), checked with us before, during, and after the install to make sure we were 100% satisfied. The doors themselves are very high quality, well constructed and have a lifetime guarantee! The front door color wasn't exactly what I expected but it will be just fine :)

I had four bathroom showers/tubs of varying difficulty remodeled through DreamStyle and overall I had a great experience! John and Luis completed the first remodel, they were quick and efficient and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Lyle and Will completed the second remodel, this project ran into a slight snag as the previous owners didn't correctly vent the sewer line. Lyle and Will stopped work and immediately told me so that I could figure out how to correct this issue. They also helped with installing the solution and the project was only delayed by a day. Raul and Eddie completed the third and fourth remodels. They really went above and beyond and helped solve some issues that arose during the install. They also provided input on how to really customize the install to maximize aesthetics and functionality. They even came in on their Saturday off to finish off the project (the master shower install took longer than expected). Overall, the crews did a great work, I'm really happy with the installs and the new showers look amazing. The crews were on time, communication was great, and the work took as long as expected.The biggest bonus for me was that there wasn't any scope creep meaning that even though there were some issues that the crews ran into they helped fixed them and didn't charge me a crazy amount extra. The overall quality of the product seems great as well - so far no issues! Would highly recommend DreamStyle if your bathroom needs an update.

My service techs when they arrived walked me through all the steps they would be taking and if I had any question or concerns we could address them as they come up. they did great work and was extremely professional. Our installation team was awesome!Jared W., Benny R., Magnus O. and Devion E.Were on time, worked very hard the whole time they were in our home. The tub conversion is wonderful! They cleaned up before leaving. We have another bathroom reno on Saturday and I'm sure we'll be just as pleased with that work as well!We had our second bathroom completed. This job was performed by Robert K. and Jonathan P.The installation teams were great.There were some issues with some of the materials. The shower doors for the main bathroom were short when we specifically told our sales rep, Chris C. We wanted the tallest doors since everyone in the household is 5'10 to 6'8.The shaving step has yet to be installed in the main bathroom.In speaking to our project manager Scott W.He determined that although we signed the contract which listed the shorter doors, we received the incorrect style. Normally, Dreamstyle, does not take back material if the customer signs the contract. Because we did not receive the style we originally ordered, the fact that we signed the contract listing the shorter doors, does not matter.We will be getting the correct style and height doors within the next two weeks.All in all, even with the bumps along the way, we are happy with the end result.

I hate my bathroom shower. I hate it with the white hot burning flames of a thousand suns. I spent a huge amount of money on this shower expecting an ADA type roll-in shower suitable for bathing a patient in a wheelchair. Nothing is as promised, and it looks and functions even worse as time goes on. Avoid Dreamstyle Remodeling at all costs. This has been the worst experience my husband and I have ever had with any home company in 35 years of owning many homes and rental properties. The shower is difficult to clean, dangerous, and uncomfortable for anyone to use. It is so inefficient that bathing my husband now has to include an extra 10 minutes of squeegeeing water back up the ramp onto the shower base. There are numerous failures; serious dangerous design flaws, failing caulk, and maintenance issues as well. These people act like experts, but I can now see the things they recommended were never going to work. The design was flawed to begin with. things that I specified in the plans were either changed during the construction or completely ignored. Water runs out of the shower and pools on the floor. A care giver wall that is 6 inches higher than was specified, so I have to stand on a 6 inch stool. I have slipped and fallen off that stool countless times. The materials are not what i expected, hard to clean and so fragile.The shower base is far thicker material than I was led to believe. When we met with the designer he inexplicably did not have a sample of the shower base material. If I had seen the shower base material first, I never would have chosen this company. They talked about a transition strip but it is really a ramp. It will never give you a comfortable level-entry shower. The base material is very thick, heavily textured and easily damaged. Maintenance is a nightmare. It always looks filthy, even after scrubbing with a brush. It is easily damaged just from dropping bottles of shampoo on it. The shower base is so much thicker than regular tile that it needs a ramp to adjust for the higher level. My husband is a quadriplegic, and rolling him into the shower up the ramp always puts lateral movement on his neck and head, and it causes pain no matter how slowly I go.Not only was nothing in the shower was done to the original specs as agreed upon, I now know I paid at least triple (300%) more than I would have paid a regular tile guy.After every shower, I have to squeegee a large amount of water that runs out of the shower and pools in the middle of the floor. When I called the company and BEGGED them to open the drain they covered over, (the drain that was under the tub and is still there) they refused to do so. As a matter of fact the quickest response ever from this company was the letter threatening legal action and a lien on my house. While I was calling and leaving messages begging for a simple hole to be cut, they were sending legal letters.This shower looks horrible, the base is chipped and dirty looking even after scrubbing. Not only was the caulking job the messiest I have ever seen when the shower was first completed, the caulk now has failed in numerous places. In order to sell this house I will have to rip out everything this company touched and re-do it all correctly. So much time and money absolutely wasted. Calling Dreamstyle Remodeling created a never-ending nightmare for me and my family.

Dreamstyle performed a custom tub/shower replacement. There was excellent communication on the job site and the team was very courteous.Update on review: communication post-install is poor. It's taken multiple phone calls, texts, and visits to address the tub hardware installation (yes the faucet and drain). Appts scheduled were no-shows or changed at last minute. Wrong materials sent to address the issue. When one item finally fixed 2+ weeks later, the drain wasn't tested and didn't work. Only found that out when I tried to use the tub. I informed the lead installer who came out. He admitted it wasn't the right part. So he knew it and didn't say anything.

My wife and I are so happy to share our experience we had with Dreamstyle Remodeling of Phoenix. We have been wanting this remodel for about eight years. We had a one but shower stall and a soaker tub in our master bath. We never used the tub, and the shower, well kept banging into the wall every time we turned around. We were so fortunate to have Sean and Beth Murphy as our installers. To start with they were here when they said they would be, they called first. Next, they went through the entire process with us, about how the shower stall and tub would be taken out. They also had to take out a window where one shower wall would be. We chose to have the window removed, as opposed to just putting a wall over it. Always a possibility of mold. They had to reroute some pipes, frame the new shower where the tub had been, put extra framing in where grab bars would be, which my wife needed. Sean and Beth always made sure we knew what they were doing. Really, they were just like family. It was such a pleasure working with them. The transformation was incredible. They also had my wife stand in the shower area to be sure the grab bar placements were right for her, as well as the bench seat height. Just a super job. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the great job the two person crew did on putting stucco where the window had been. After texturing, you would never know anything had been there. Sean replaced the sheetrock in the old shower area and made sure it was ready for me to texture and paint. I recommend the company and especially the install team of Sean and Beth, to anyone who wants a real first class installation.Mike and Jeanette

He looked at the drain and determined that wasn’t the issue. Unfortunately he had to take out a cabinet wall to get to the piping leading to the fixtures. He walked me thru the process and was able to get the the piping. Unfortunately he didn’t had the right part. He drove back to the main office and came back within a hour to complete the job, He was a pleasure to deal with and did a fantastic job!!!

This is actually a tough review for me as I think the people (installers) at Dreamstyle were good dudes and overall I guess I'm satified with Dreamstyle for what it cost. But I am in the unique position of having both Anderson Windows and Dreamstyle work on my home. If I'm going to be honest, if you have the money ,go with Anderson Windows. The is nothing horribly wrong with Dreamstyle and Pella windows, but the process, quality, and follow through experience was night and day different with Anderson windows. I had the majority of my home (more than 5 windows and Sliding doors done with Anderson which was VERY expensive. So for the last three small windows I was looking to hopefully save some money and Dreamstyle was at least half the price for the last than Anderson quote. So even though I got the savings, I feel quality , workmanship , and communication, payment options are more organized and better with Anderson Windows. They all have disclaimers about cosmetic damage to the home and stucco, but for some reason for these last windows with Dreamstyle there was a LOT more damage/repair needed than with ALL the installs of Anderson windows. (I have included some photos to show some of the mess left and also the minor inside putty and paint work I will need to do now that the window have been installed as an example.) Again I'm sure these windows will be fine and hopefully last as long as warranty claims, and for cost savings I'll live with it. But I really feel this is one of those cases where you sorta get what you pay for. Im just trying to be honest.

He was polite and very professional. He answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained the process. He explained that due to supply and demand their installations were happening in 6-8 weeks. Heath was able to arrange it so we could have an installation in 3-4 weeks. They came through and our installation occurred 2 week after signing the order. They put on a back patio covering for me, and it has been leaking from DAY ONE. I called them out 4 times (managers showed up to show feigned concern) to patch the leak in the roof as the water runs through the paneling, spreads sideways under the same panel, and leaks down the tongue and grove slots, running to the house to drip on my outside light and all the furniture and electronic appliances under the covering.

Pretty unusual experience with this company. They came out for a house that we are renovating. Their sales pitch is so over-the-top, and the sales person was extremely insistent and was really nervous and it was just a very uncomfortable situation. I was with that guy for two hours in a home that did not have the best air-conditioning. I made it clear that I had to get back to work and also my mom was watching our toddler at home but he just kept on selling and obviously was trying to get me a quote While I was in front of him.I literally had to just tell him that I had to leave and that he needed to wrap it up, like despite all my not-so-subtle hint he just kept on trying to sell and sell.I’ve had dozens of people come out to this house and provide bids for various projects. The two other people I had out for windows took less than 20 minutes. Don’t know why this took two hours. He told me it’s pretty standard for it to take three hours.I don’t like writing bad reviews but this was just a very unprofessional approach.

I was extremely excited about our remodel until a few weeks ago. The rep measuring our glass shower doors missed two scheduled appointments in a matter of two weeks, time we took off from work so this was very upsetting. No call no show either, we had to call the office. On top this the people that came out to do the remodel left a piece of a baseboard during the dry wall installation. My husband questioned why this was not removed and removed it himself but we have yet to hear from anyone as to when this will get fixed. It has been two weeks of me calling and leaving messages for the Operations Manager. I figured leaving messages with him would help but this has not been the case. I am a person who makes choices based on reviews but our experience with Dreamstyle has not been a good one and our wall and floor has yet to be fixed.

We had a.tub to shower conversion which took two half days. Installation looked fine and the products used are nice. John the installer was polite and respectful. We were told not to use the shower for two days. On the second day when I wanted to use the shower, one of the doors won’t shut. It rolls open, will not stay closed. Called the office and Project Manager, Noah, with no response. Husband called and also no response. It has been a week since install.and I can’t use this shower. I have some disabilities and would like to use my shower. Customer service is zero. What good is a warranty when no one responds?

I contracted to have a bathtub remodel to a shower stall on Jan 15, 2022. I called on 5-31-22 for a status update as contract says I will be updated every 10-14 days ( didn't happen). So I was finally scheduled for work to begin on 6-4-22. The work was done except there was no shower doors. They were finally located in back of warehouse and installed on 6-7-22. Upon completion of that work it was discovered that the door would not close because the shower seat was too far over towards the door. I made calls to Edward Garza about the problem and was told I would be gotten back to (never happened). As to my next option I am looking into small claims court. I, of course, am not pleased with this company that advertises everywhere, but has failed to deliver BIG TIME!Update: I discovered where to place a work order on my own ( no direction from company). and had someone come out in a timely manner to fix shower seat vs. door problem. I had to suggest the easy fix so as to not break the seat. The work is done and I am able to close shower door now. He also fixed shower head as it was spraying out over shower door.I even texted the CEO of the co., Larry Chavez, and likewise have had no response from anyone up or down the chain of responsible parties. Like all the other negative reviews I do not recommend this company for anything. I have to give it at least one star iin order to have this post.

My parents ordered a screened in patio from these people in March they just got it installed on Thursday of last week. Buyers be ware this company won’t fight for you with their vendors. They make every excuse in the book for why they are not installing yet. Managers don’t care about your time and experience with the company. Then they come and install and the installer moved at a snails pace it took him 4 day if they would have put two people on are Job it would have take half the time. They did not give him all the cord he needed instead of going to Home Depot and getting it the installer said we have to wait Til Monday I am sorry we waited for months and my time is just as valuable as anyone else make it right. This kind of stuff looses repeat business and we have three homes in same community but after my parent’s experience be a cold day in hell before we use these people so unprofessional

Very friendly, no non sense, and made the visit enjoying. He covered our options and put it all to paper. He covered the payment options and set the start date. He anticipated 2-3 days for the job and it was as stated.We next met with Shane Whitmore - Project Manager, He verified the measurements, and addressed any other concerns we had.Our start date was 3/3/21 when we met Lyle Patterson & William Holt - Installer/s. Both were friendly and professional, they also addressed questions about the remodel. The end result is very nice, and night and day from our old setup.As happy as we are, it did not come without some issues. In our case we wanted a larger shower area, which meant; the relocation of the shower hardware to the opposite end of the room, but also the use of the wider area where the tub once lived. We were assured this was not a problem and doable. It was not an issue of being mislead, but more an issue of making the customer happy. I get people can be hard to deal with, but we are the type of people who can handle No when appropriate. We want the job to be done right, and be design correct so as to increase the resale value of the home. We are not designers, nor are we plumbers, contractors etc.The issue was moving the plumbing, and widening the shower area. I cannot expect a design consultant to know what is in a wall, but would hope a project manager would have more in depth knowledge. When the installers arrived there was confusion with both our primary requests. Lyle plainly said, The plumbing cannot be moved easily due to load bearing walls and the slab did not extend far enough to support the shower pan due to a false pop out in the wall. It made perfect sense, but that left us leaving the shower basically the same and not seeing the gains we wanted. Lyle was understanding and confused as well, and helped us come to a resolution.What I had issue with was the fact that in step #1 or #2 a simple stud finder would have shown the load bearing walls, and also identify theunsupported pop out area. In my mind it does little good to tell the customer 'What ever you want, when whatever is seldom realistic.In the end, we have a new shower and drying area we can live with. Was it what we had wanted or envisioned? No. I think this situation can be avoided in the future through training and attention to detail. The design people should assess the project area in 360 detail so any questions can be addressed by a project manager. The project managers should actively work the remodel in their head to identify any possible issues that could change the scope of the job. If needed, use the many tools available to probe walls, voids, pop outs etc. This is the point in which needed changes or modifications should be addressed not in the future when the installer shows up.The products are very good quality and the installation was professional.My intent is not to be hypercritical, but rather to be clear as to what transpired, and offer comment on how I think it can be done better for the next customer.AZLB20-2208

Getting Dreamstyle back to finish calking and other things that did not get done properly has been a long process of yes we will be out and other excuses. I have recommended Dreamstyle to my friends, but am having second thoughts. They need a project manager to come and check the final work. Would save many headaches.

We decided to remodel instead of moving so we totally upgraded our showers using Dreamstyle. The design and materials are fantastic. Most importantly, the installation process was the best we have had with any company so far. The installers, Eugene U and Brandon O, were extremely courteous and professional. They provided ample information on what they were doing, offered suggestions and recommendations, cleaned up thoroughly each day, and were overall very pleasant to work with.They did a great job and were outstanding. Just moved here from TN a few months ago; needed new shower doors installed and Gene & Kenzie (and Dreamstyle) were recommended to us. Could not be happier! The guys who worked in my house were lazy. My stall shower needed a sub floor redo and they said it was fine. I should have tested it myself before they left as the water forms a large puddle and I have to push it toward the drain. I would have called but it took almost a year and a half to finally get them out to do our jobs. Dreamstyle didn't return calls and it was a horrible frustrating experience for a lot of money!!

I shopped around and went with dreamstyle for my shower remodel. Was not the cheapest but l like what they were offering. The contract I signed stated 12 to 18 weeks for delivery of materials to do the job was installed at week 14. My installers was Andeas and Gerardo they were professional ,courteous , kept me in the loop went over shelf and seat placement . Installers were awesome. There was some materials issue with the wrong drain pain and doors . But was solved by the project manager Scott. We agreed to have drain moved at no extra cost .. to accommodate the new drain pan. That was no problem as we talked about doing that before the contract was signed as an option anyways. The doors was supposed to be clear. But I personally was happy with the frosted doors as that was my choice to begin with before wife said clear.. job was done in 2 days only because had to wait on new pan to come in. Then the installers Andres and Gerardo cleaned up the whole bathroom including my mess. Can't say enough about those 2 they knew their job well. Was an overall super job was very satisfied.. thanks for everything

Second Update: The same day as my last update I received a call from DreamStyle letting me know they had my hand towel rack. They were just waiting because they didn't have the warranty replacement for the wand cradle in stock yet. I let them know I preferred to get my job completed and could wait for the warranty part since that is cosmetic anyway. We agreed on installation for the following Wednesday (today). The same technician came out as last time, he did a good job and was in and out of here quickly. So I am again bumping my rating up.This will likely be my last update unless the warranty replacement takes more than an additional month since it has already been that long. My overall impression is that DreamStyle does stand by their work, but for constructive feedback follow through seems to require more follow up from the customer than I think probably should be needed. To be fair, this may be more of a communication issue and a perception issue, the perception being that nothing was happening when the real problem was a lack of communication such as that my towel rack was in and my job could have been completed sooner. It is far easier for me to accept it takes some time for a warranty item replacement than the concept of spending thousands of dollars and feeling like my job wasn't completed. My shower is like a visit to a spa. I love the end results.First Update: I am increasing my rating as some of my items were resolved from the below review.My damaged header was replaced and looks great. The grab bar was also replaced with one close enough to match the rest of the fixtures and it is solidly on the wall where the previous one had become loose. The technician noted that my drain cover was off because the drain wasn't flowing very well and he suggested drilling holes in the cover after showing me that they are marked but not drilled by the manufacturer. I did that and it flows perfectly now, it just was not getting enough air to allow the water to flow. In this case the technician added value over what the manufacturer provided.What is still not resolved is the delivery of my hand towel rack that was missed on the order. At this late stage I would prefer to just get a credit for the towel racks and will order and replace on my own. I already matched the faucet and towel racks in my other bathroom myself and know Amazon can deliver what I need in a day. I remain perplexed why this is taking so long to resolve.I am also still waiting on a warranty item replacement for the wand holder which has had its finish just chip away.Original Review Below:I replaced my entire shower with Dreamstyle. The header at the top of the shower door was damaged with a box cutter when the technicians unboxed it. My hand towel that I was charged for was never ordered. I am partially disabled and the grab bar is a little loose and does not match the other grab bar. I avoided this review trying to give Dreamstyle time to correct but it has been months now and now the coating on the shower wand holder has chipped away from normal use. I will gladly revise this review when corrective action is taken and I am made whole.

They performed a tub to walk in shower conversion for me. Robert K and Johnathin P were the installers and they were fantastic! They explained the whole process, showed me what they were doing at each step and made sure we were on the same page throughout the whole process. My project was scheduled for a 2 day install and it took a day and a half. While supply chain issues delayed starting my project a bit, I did receive emails and text messages informing me of the status until it was resolved. I was not left feeling abandoned or forgotten at all. Wonderful experience and most important, I LOVE my new shower!

Shower replacement-almost 50% of items were wrong (wrong shower system, wrong doors, doors wrong height, missing shelves). Installers were great. Items missing, wrong model numbers - order numbers don't match part numbers installed or brought to install, incorrect sizes, and twice the install chaos. One month after the initial install we are still waiting to speak to the manager about compensation-says that will only be discussed when the install is finished-hmm. My wife and I had our bathroom shower remodeled. The installers showed up around 8:00 am and left about 12 hrs later having completely finished the job. It was great working with both Hunter H. and Jacob W, They were very professional and helpful. We weren’t certain about how we wanted the new niche in our shower and after talking it over, Hunter was able to make some terrific suggestions which helped to complete the design and ensure our satisfaction. They took care during the process to keep the rest of the house clean while coming and going and left us with no clean up afterwards. I am so happy with the end result. The shower is beautiful! DreamStyle Code: AZLB21-1445:When it came time to update the showers in our 1960's Tempe home, we looked at various ways to do so (tile, fiberglass, acrylic) and spoke w/several representatives of each. Estimates for all 3 materials came out to about 8k - 10k per bathroom and we ultimately decided acrylic was the best choice for longevity, cost, appearance.Our Dreamstyle rep. Jason Tate sold us on the whole package of why-we-should-do-acrylic and the various styles/choices available. Scott Whitmore was our project manager and was always available to answer questions and communicate w/us what was happening next. Between the first and second bathroom, the project took about 5 months to complete, but that was due to material supply issues, which we've all dealt with.Our installer was Eugene Urbanski and Brandon. Both were fantastic! Respectful of our home, polite, quiet, efficient, and cleaned up beautifully when they left. Eugene has some mad skills in all areas: demo, cutting materials to fit, plumbing, and install. He was always available to answer questions and offer tips/options that were available to us. Both men were professional and take pride in what they do - exactly what you want/hope for every time you have someone in your home doing any kind of work.Our two new showers are bright and beautiful and will last us for decades. We had our shower redone with Dreamstyle at the end of 2021. Besides installing the new shower, also included in the job was: tearing out a closet, moving the wall out, re-running electrical, and installation of a new door. The bathroom is spectacular now! We absolutely love the job that Josiah Reeves and Brett Lusk performed.We ended up having Dreamstyle return to remodel another bathroom for us this January. We asked for the same workmen, Josiah and Brett, because we knew they would make it look spectacular. We are so happy to have two beautiful bathrooms, and they are covered by a Lifetime Warranty!!!Our neighbors went with another company that also offers a lifetime warranty, and we were going to compare the jobs once completed. Since our neighbors ran into multiple issues during the install, and had to have that company out multiple times to fix issues after it was supposedly complete, there really is no comparison. We had a very good experience with our odd sized bathtub to walk-in shower conversion. We were told upfront that the project might take 10 weeks due to material shortages but it only took about 6 weeks. The company did keep in touch during that time.The project cost about $11,000 but that price seems justified by the quality of the materials and installation.Our installers, Jared W & Francis R, were fabulous! They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, and they were both friendly and respectful of our property and ourselves.I don't have anything bad to say about this experience.
