Arizona Glass & Door Connection

Beware of these people. They offer a free evaluation on their website. HOWEVER, the evaluation is only by photos to be sent. In my case, having to check the smoothness of the windows, it is absolutely impossible to understand from the photos what work to do. After a photo evaluation (via email) they ask you to accept a barcode. At this point they come in person to see the work, BUT they are asking $240 just to come in person and reevaluate the job! So there is no real free evaluation like they say on their website. I could call it a scam. I find all this very unprofessional and I repeat that on their website they say free estimate. No thank you!

After a home invasion that left a giant hole in my front door, I called AZ Glass and Door for emergency service. For $250 they came and secured the door with plywood, I had no further services provided due to the company being a nightmare to communicate with, and lack of follow through on the company's behalf.

I was told the night of the break in (day 1) that someone would be out to secure the door, and then would be able to get the quote to me the following morning, and would be able to replace the door the following day.

The following day (day 2) I had to call 4 times yesterday in order to even get the quote sent out, which was not even sent until day 3 at 10a (after I called, AGAIN, to request it), and even then, it was not the accurate quote I asked for. After receiving the quote, I spoke with a rep (around 10:30a, day 3) in order to request a revised quote for the accurate services that I wanted, and requested to know an estimate for when the scheduling could be done so that I would be able to have my plywood covered door replaced. I was told that they are not able to give me an estimated date for scheduling.

Following this conversation, I never received an updated quote.

I spoke with another [big name, competing] company around 12:00pm today (day 3) in order to request a quote, and asked when they would be able to come out to replace the door. I had someone out to my house by 3pm, explained my options, and provided me a quote on the spot, and reported they would have someone here no later than 12:30pm tomorrow (day 4) to replace the door. While the competing company is more expensive, they were a breeze to communicate with, listened to what I had to say, provided me the quotes I asked for, and were quick to provide the service I was paying for.

I would say they earned the one star, bc the answer the phone when its ringing, and provide emergency door repair. However, they either need to hire more people, or regulate their work a little better, as their follow up is horrific.

I never went inside the store. However I do go to the warehouse and the guy that works very is really friendly.

Our door was almost ripped off the hinges and was no longer able to be closed or locked. Arizona Glass and Door connection came out within a couple hours and fixed it that night even though it was getting pretty late. The tech was very friendly and efficient. I would 100% recommend them especially if it is a time sensitive issue!

I had AZ Glass & Door fabricate & install a custom piece of glass for a barn door slider in my master bath. Jon and his crew did a fantastic job of expertly installing a hardware kit (I purchased it from Stronger Hardware) they had never worked with before and mounting the glass. I am happy with the work and the price was fair. I highly recommend AZ Glass & Door Connection!

Called last week to get my window replaced. They sent a guy the next day to do an assessment. After the assessment they told me that it'll take 2-3 day to make the glass. I was okay with that. It's been a week now and still haven't received a call from them. I talked to someone on the phone and he just told me that they still need to order the parts. Now I have to wait another 2-3 days and so on. Not too happy with AZ Glass & Door Connection. ??

This place sucks! My window broke, I did not know what to do and I did not have time to search reviews online, was more concerned about finding someone who was open. So I called them on a Sunday night. They sent me some weird email agreement about payment, and I signed and sent it back. I was told this was part of my estimate. Well, after they sent out someone to remove my broken glass, for $353!!!!!!! RIP OFF. I could of done that for free. And, the estimated order was never placed. I called every day, and they said, oh yeah, it should be in your email. It never was. 5 days later I called them and told them to cancel the order, since they never placed it in the first place. I found another company to replace my glass. They felt bad that I got ripped off and forgotten about so they gave me a discount. Glass King is the name of that company. Stay away from Arizona Glass & Door Connection!

We had an unusual request. We needed a large bathroom mirror cut down to fit better over the vanity, in our recently purchased home. They arrived at the scheduled time, took the mirror off the wall, trimmed it to the size we needed, and remounted it. No fuss no muss.

The representative I spoke to on the phone was pushy and trying to force me into accepting their service, so much so I finally had to hang up because he wasn't accepting the fact I just wanted a quote emailed to me. This was on Sunday, today is Wednesday and I got an email of the quote at 2:13am this morning telling me to reply accepting their quote so they could render service.

This company is awesome. I work for a facilities help desk and they are always available to service and are quick to service and provide great customer service. We use them all the time. Thank you Arizona Glass & Door for providing such excellent service!!!!

Was terrible. I expected to get my glass on my door fixed from storm damage and they kept putting me off when they finally came out to fix it, almost 2 weeks later they had to know the door was broken too but didn't even ask if they could fix the door. Bad customer service.

Scammed. Was told one price and had to pay over $250 more just to board up a door with a 15 dollar sheet of plywood! $310! This company will not stick to its original price!

OMG there nuts, I asked for an estimate for a window screen and not a large window just a regular window and I was quoted $400 for the screen and installation, RUN AWAY!!!

Lame, wants to capture your email to solicit you / sell your information to others just to get a quote. Would not recommend doing business with this company.

Most horrible company I have ever work with. We have been awaiting for our bedroom window for 3 months, They cancelled the installation twice because they got the wrong measurement and now they don't know where my new window is.

You talk to a customer service in the philippines and cannot talk to any manager in the United States. I am reporting them to the BBB. Stay away from this company
