Shane is FANTASTIC! I called him on Friday morning and he fit me in on Monday afternoon. One of my windows was off track and I couldn't open it. He fixed it in minutes. He is fair, honest, nice, efficient, and knowledgeable! Great customer service, you could ask for nothing more! Everyone else wants to sell you new windows and Shane will fix them.
Thank you Shane for getting my window working, so now I can enjoy the fresh air!

Due to a nearby incident, one of my windows were broken. This is a first for me, but I needed a solution. Browsing through different options, I noticed the yelp reviews for this company were pretty high, but they didn't have too many google reviews even though they were positive. Taking a chance, I chose this company.

Needless to say, it worked out just fine. When researching, I had heard stories about extra fees or it taking months to get this kind of job done. Not the case here. Between my initial call and the window being repaired, I think it took about 2-3 weeks. The actual repair itself took about an hour. Price was fair enough, probably even better than some of the other quotes I had seen online.

Overall I would recommend them based on my experience.

I am terrible about remembering to write these, but I really wanted to make sure I wrote one for Shane. I used his services earlier this year for new window screens and a quote on a new patio screen door; I could not have been more pleased. When I saw Veteran Owned, I definitely at least wanted to get a quote, but as soon as I met him, I just had a really good feeling about him. He looked over everything I wanted done, and even said he'd be able to tune up my sliding glass patio door! Every concern, he had a solution for. He even told me 'I could tell you you need this and that, but you don't. You don't need new unless you really want them.' You rarely ever get that kind of honesty! I think I had one more quote that I was getting, but when he left, I just knew that I was gonna go with him. And I could not be happier with the work he did. He put new screens on my window, new screen in my screen door & tuned it up (rather than talking me into a brand new one!), and tuned up my patio door as well, and all for an absolutely reasonable price.

He works hard, he communicates, he's honest & polite; if you don't call him for at least a quote, you're missing out on an opportunity to work with and support a great business.

Also, for sure gave his information to a friend when she needed some repairs, and to my mom when her patio screen door was damaged. And I will continue to refer him to anyone I can!

This military veteran owned business will not disappoint. On a holiday, Shane the owner, arrived at my house for an estimate. On the day of the scheduled work, he showed up on time and completed the project as stated. Great company with a fair and honest owner. Called for a quote to repair a leaky window and replace another cracked one. The bid was more than fair and the quality of work was outstanding. Communication was thorough and service was very prompt. Would use this company again and recommend to anyone.
