Best Window And Door Replacement in Phoenix AZ

Desert King is AMAZING. From start to finish was smooth and seem less. We were in a home with single pane metal framed windows, and they were terrible. Desert King came in and helped us find a beautiful energy efficient window that met all our needs. Would definitely recommend!

Customer service was awesome from scheduling the install to the techs actually completing the job. We had all our windows replaced and the installers were on time, courteous and professional. They really cared about the quality of the install process. The windows have made a huge difference in noise reduction from outside as well as improved our energy home effeciency. Would I have AZ Valley Windows install my windows again..... NEVER.

I decided on Marvin windows and the main headquarters in the Phoenix area said that there were two approved installers in the west valley - Lifetme and AZ Valley Windows. For various reasons I chose AZ Valley Windows. They came to my home to give me an estimate, speaking in their window replacement vernacular. I wanted the window frames to match the Marvins we had installed in our new sun room 10 years ago. I was told that was not possible since these were replacement windows - and only with original installations could the frames match what was there - (found out that was not true). The two men involved told me that they (sun room windows) were NOT MARVIN windows - even after I showed them the bills and the rest of my 10 yr. old file.

At the end of the installation the replacement windows were much smaller - being inset - than the originals they were replacing. They furiously pounded the original metal frames into the sides of the openings and then installed the smaller replacements - using MUCH caulking all the way
around the inserts (instead of stucco) and putting WIDE frames on the outside to cover the gaps, leaving the (14) replacements looking out of place on the outside. It only took two days to install them their way - and to do it correctly would have taken much longer. Apparently they did not choose to do it the correct way, nor did they give me the choice.

When I complained to the owner, he made up stories as to the reason why they were installed that way. When I checked up on his facts I found out they were not true. He has never answered my last email.

Two days after the installation was complete, Marvin removed their recommendation.

Would I hire them again..... NO, NO, NO!!!

I contacted Chad for a quote on replacing all our home’s original single-pane windows and glass slider. Chad was very quick to respond and scheduled an onsite visit for measurements. He provided us quote with a few different options of brands & styles and answered all our questions around their differences. The office team was also very nice and scheduled us with Mario for installation. Mario was great and worked meticulously to ensure everything was installed properly. Without the proper installation of the window/slider, you will not reap the benefits of their energy savings. The windows and slider look amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. Great staff and great price.

After coming home and finding it burglarized, I contacted Valleywide glass to board up the window they broke. I contacted two other places my insurance referred me to however they didn’t answer. Valleywide called me right away and arrived within less than 45 minutes from calling them. The guy who came was really great and efficient. He worked very quickly and even provided us with advice we can report to our insurance. The cost was actually less than what I expected for it being an emergency last minute call. Thank you for helping me feel somewhat at ease after having a horrible day.

My wife and I have worked with the guys over at Discount Window and Door for several projects. They are FANTASTIC!
Craig is as honest as they come and his attention to detail and care in making sure the job is perfect is something you just don't find very often. Kris and his installers are very experienced and hardworking. We had French doors put in to turn a bedroom into an office. Craig handled everything -- from ordering the doors and materials to scheduling the installer and then following up to make sure everything was perfect (it was!)

Kris worked on another project with me -- a total home remodel. He installed, hung, adjusted, and fine tuned door after door, making sure they opened and closed perfectly. He is really generous with his time!

We've had work done by other contractors before and you just never know what you're going to get. Even when the job gets done, you usually have to put up with some things that aren't quite right. That's not the case with Craig and Kris! Craig treats your house like it's his own home and won't be happy until it's JUST RIGHT!

We got quotes from 4 places including K&J. Cody came out and right off the bat I knew this was going to be different. The sales people from Window World, Anderson, etc. were like used car salesmen with uncomfortable urgency and aggressive sales pitches. Cody with K&J is obviously an expert with windows and doors, and he was patient and detailed in generating the quote for exactly the windows and doors we wanted. We had many questions and changes and Cody was patient and knowledgeable with his responses and advice.

While other company's quotes looked like scribbles on a pre-printed form, the K&J quote had every window and door clearly described and pictured to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The Milgard windows are very high quality and we already notice an improvement in heat, noise, and energy efficiency. Final project price was thousands of dollars cheaper than the other companies.

Installation took place on the promised time and date. Installers were respectful and professional and completed the work with good attention to detail, the windows were installed properly with every trim piece and caulk seam perfectly applied.

When we moved into our home we knew that there were 3 windows that needed to be replaced. The seals were broken and the screens were a mess.
After meeting at the home show we had Greg from Marvin come out and look at what we wanted to replace. He gave us great advice and good education on the differences in windows. There was no pressure and he answered all of our questions! Was patient with all of our decision making as well!!
When installation came I was nervous about how this would work on a stucco house. Kenny, the installer was amazing. He was conscientious of the dust created and protected the house from it. He worked quickly and kept the work space clean. He insulated all around the windows and caulked beautifully. It was truly a very professional job.
The windows are amazing, cool to the touch when it is 112 outside I can feel the difference in my office dramatically. It makes such a huge difference and it is a great feeling knowing they are good quality windows saving my energy costs.
Our experience with Infinity from Marvin by SO Phoenix was great and I highly recommend them and their product.

My husband and I were very pleased with the whole process of choosing these windows.I contacted Lifetime Window and Doors to have a salesman give us a quote. Chris Bird came down the next morning. At that time we were only going to replace our patio door. As we talked I knew that LifeTime was running a discount, but I didn’t know that you could get 24 months no interest if paid in full by the end of 24 months. Once we heard that we decided to have Chris quote on the whole house. We are so happy that we did. It was a noticeable difference right away inside the house with the new windows. We ordered the windows in May and they were installed July 6th.The communication with the home office was always very clear and concise. Mary and Shaylan were constantly sharing current updates on the status of our new windows.Jose and Jacob were are installer. Chris said that it could take 1 1/2 days to install with three men. It took Jose and Jacob 1 day to install 7 large windows plus our new patio door.We went with the Anlin Windows which are vinyl and love them. I am pleased that we have a LifeTime Warranty on our Windows and Patio Door as well as this screens.The Anlin Company knows how to make Windows for the Arizona hot temperatures that keep the heat out of the house. That’s what they specialize in!! You get what you pay for!!

Absolutely phenomenal experience, I was in and out under 45 minutes and saved over half of what I was about to give the Dodge dealership and the staff was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this as the first stop you should make if you are having power window problems. Two thumbs up!!!

Freelite did an outstanding job at our home; we needed more light in the study; they came out to assess the situation and together the decided on the size and the location. This also necessitated some roof work (this was a flat roof). Their subcontractors were each efficient, pleasant, and diligent. The job was accomplished quickly and well and we couldn't be more happy.

Red Rock Windows and Doors are a professional company in hands of very good and direct people. The best thing for me is that I had a minor issue with a screen they didn't install, it didn't matter if it was small they were ready to hear me out and find a solution for me, excellent post-sale service.
