Gave Phoenix roofing a call because my roof was in bad shape, they came out the following day and inspected my roof. They informed me of a few issues.
1, hail damage
2, previous roofers installed ridge incorrectly,
3, roof was starting to blister
4, had warped decking.

Thought I would be paying a lot of out of pocket to repair damages. Isiah informed me that my roof could be paid for by my insurance company. Gave Farmers a call and Phoenix roofing took care of the rest. Insurance paid for my roof and the code upgrades to insure no further issues.

Phoenix roofing is a wonder company to work with and great with insurance as they got my roof back to code and the only cost was my deductible which was mostly covered by collateral damages.

Value (best of 3 bids on job), Planning and Coordination were GREAT - using latest undercoating (PLATINUM - FT Synthetics) materials to ensure long lasting protection; followed through on all commitments. Spanish speaking crew was professional, capable & courteous. Project Manager (PM) visited site and inspected completed work as a means to Trust but Verify >:o) - The PM personally cleaned oil stains work truck left in driveway ! Great CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst sales behavior I have experienced in years, worse than a time share presentation. My time, patience, and ears were all violated No means no, regardless of my home value or what I can afford your product was 2 to 3x more expensive than similar contractors and all of your attempts to lower the price are nothing more than prearranged stages of reducing an inflated, outrageous price. The idea of selling a home out of state as a sales comment that I can afford the roof should never have been said, even with financing as an option why would I be paying for a roof monthly for many, many years after a 20k initial payment that pays off any other quote I have from licensed roofers? We do not need to talk as mentioned below as the forms of advertising the likeness of my home were all part of the planned presentation when I choked on the first price quote of 46k for a shingle roof when my other quotes were 14.5, 16.2 and 19k . The talk you need to have is not with me but with your sales team and your pricing department.
