Best Window And Door in Phoenix AZ

The quality of their product (installed two exterior French doors) is mediocre at best; their workmanship is poor (improper installation of wood trim that warped and other issues); and their follow up for repairs and customer service is atrocious. Over seven months I could not get them to come out and repair some broken glass in one of my doors in spite of several calls. This was a huge purchasing mistake on my part! After only 5 + years, I am getting rid of the doors that they installed. I would strongly discourage anyone from having Desert King Windows do work for you.

I acquired many quotes for replacing my windows and Energy Shield was extremely competitive not just in price but the service received just in first meeting for quote process. Window replacement was scheduled with parts and workers being on time with a notification letting me know when they'd arrive. With my job I wasn't able to be there but my girlfriend complimented their cleanliness and how corgual they were. The windows look great and operate as promised!

Sketchy beware!!

One of the panes of the window integrated in our back door shattered and True View was quick to help once I found them on Google. Their staff was knowledgeable, kind, and upfront on pricing and timeline from start to finish. Also, Andrew and Brody did a fantastic job with the install. They called 30 minutes before arriving, were kind, cleaned up after the install, quick, and did a quality job. I highly recommend True View for window replacement services and would use them again. Would absolutely recommend, honest and up front throughout the process! My elderly parents had an attempted break in at their home, broke a large front window in the process. Had two other contractors out who told us that the windows needed to be replaced, Duane came out expecting to measure in anticipation of installing a whole new unit, but instead called and told me that we did not need to spend the money on one, and that he would replace the glass right then and there. Definitely one of the last honest companies out there! (The work was excellent as well!)

This is now our 3rd time using SI for our window needs.
At the beginning of our project, we received quotes from several window companies in the valley and we found our representative Greg Johnson to be very professional and honest.
We realized that although they are not the least expensive company - the windows are amazing quality and visually pleasing.
And it just so happens that each time we purchased, the windows were installed within the promised time frame. What’s not to love about that!
The installers were professional, courteous and clean.
We couldn't be more thrilled with our windows or the company’s overall performance.
This current install will conclude our project but we will continue to refer SI Windows to family and friends.

had a bit of an emergency Superior glass not only answered there phone and even called back in a very short time. As you know if you have had to deal with this kind of stuff is not common. When they showed up ON TIME the tech was very kind and knew what he was doing. he was in and out in no time and the window was set and clean. After speaking to some friends turns out i got a more than fair price. i would use them again

Would have given 5 stars but windows were a month behind schedule what deserves 10 stars are the installation crew Aaron's crew 3 guys total removed 9 windows and installed 9 within 6 hrs 2 were extremely stubborn installs aswell solid product cant head any noise outside mind you I also live directly under luke air force base flight line extremely pleased so far

I've used this company twice now. Once at our first home and again at our new home for a full window replacement and sliding door replacement. The install was delayed due to supply shortage (as is everything) but they communicated with me every step of the way. As soon as the windows were in stock, they called and set up the install. The full service install was supposed to take 3 days but they dedicated extra people to the install and got it done in two days. Would not hesitate to recommend this company

Good for business

I needed a 6 ft X 6 ft piece of 1/2 inch tempered glass installed in my master bathroom. I checked four local installers. The price from Dependable Glass was the best of four different glass companies called. The person on the phone was professional, friendly, and accurate. She said the glass would be ready by a certain date and it was. Three guys came and installed the glass in less than two hours. They, too, were professional and friendly. I am very happy with the whole process. If I need glass in the future, these are my guys.
