They were great! I was honestly shocked at the things they were able to get clean (stuff I had tried myself to get clean for ages and deemed impossible). Moving is a nightmare and I had gotten like 2 hours of sleep, but the maids and the phone dispatch were all very patient and kind even though I was a stressed hot mess. My apartment was in BAD shape after 7 years (my spouse and I aren't great at cleaning in the best of times, and it had been an especially tough year). Things were definitely neglected, the worst culprit being greasy buildup on the stove, walls, and shelves. There were also hard water stains on the kitchen sink, and mildew and soap scum in the shower that I could never seem to vanquish. Maid Easy contacted me mid-way through the cleaning to ask permission to make this a heavy clean which doubles the cleaning time (and quite increases the price). I was a little hesitant, worried about a bait-and-switch, but I agreed to the bigger clean and I'm so glad that I did! Gaudelia and Michelle were excellent at their jobs. They showed me problem areas that couldn't be cleaned any further due to wear, offered recommendations on what needed painting over, and were very nice when I very nosily asked omg, how did you clean that? I tried everything! The end result seemed like a miracle, and I am so pleased with this service. I have already recommended them to a friend, and am looking forward to using them again for regular, non-apocalyptic service in my new apartment.

We have used Arizona Cleaning for about 3 years and are very happy with their work. I was comfortable enough with their quality of work that I recommenced them to my parents and they now clean their home as well. A very satisfied customer!

Lilia, Indira and Aylen did an incredible job performing a deep clean of my new home. I had just moved in and had several people in and out over the course of two weeks. This crew was extremely efficient and cleaned my entire house ceiling to floor in 2.5 hours. Highly recommend this service!

STAY FAR AWAY! I set up an appointment to get my house deep cleaned after I moved out to get it ready for upcoming tenants. My appointment time comes and goes and I receive an email saying that my appointment was cancelled and that I am being charged a late fee. I was shocked. I called and spoke with Amy, she claimed that they called me and texted me and because they couldn't reach me they weren't able to access the house. I sent my call log showing that there were no calls made and asked her to do the same. She said she would and never did. I follow up and call a couple of hours later, she then says that they tried to call but it didn't go through(which was just an obvious lie) and that they will be waiving the cancellation fee. She then claimed that the reason it was cancelled was because there animals and bugs in my house which was another blatant lie since they cancelled the appointment claiming that they couldn't enter the home because I didn't answer the calls they never made.

JUST STAY FAR AWAY. THIS IS A TERRIBLY RAN COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE AND INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD.

The team was excellent. They came on short notice and Mike the owner called me to let me know they were running a few minutes behind.
This was a move out clean on a decent sized home and they didn’t miss a thing. They were thorough and efficient and friendly and the place looked immaculate when they were finished.

I needed my place cleaned before the 4th of July. They were able to do same day services and in a timely manner. It was a very professional experience and I will be continuing my cleans bi-weekly!

Their service quality is very inconsistent. I had good service with one particular staff, but apparently she left the company and after that, I was simply unhappy every time. One of them was unbelievable. She did not even vacuum or mopped our house AT ALL (it was absolutely obvious, I vacuumed entire house as soon as I got home after working all day long.) None of the sinks was really cleaned. I was furious. She also left the house unlocked when no one was at home. She was here for at least for 3 hours (we know as my husband work at home), I have zero idea what she did over 3 hours. We had to look throughout the house if anything was stolen (nothing did not seem missing.) They don't have a good communication system or they don't care what they do; we have 2 cats and they knew it. But the staffs left the front door wide open for a while when they were bringing their things in. Luckily our cats did not run out but it was certainly possible. There are too much unprofessional experience and I cannot list everything here. I stayed patient but after multiple of these experience, I was just done. Unbelievable service, definitely don't recommend to anyone.

They were on time. They were here for about 8 hrs, as one was in training. It was the worst job I ever had. I found dust so many places that should have been cleaned! I would not hire them again . It was not cheap.

I have been using this company for almost a year. I schedule cleanings once a month since having two children under two. Some crews that show up do a great job. But the experience I had today was unreal. Two ladies come and I noticed that they have children in the car. I invite them to bring in what I thought was maybe two or three kids. No, they have six total children plus a baby that they planned on leaving in the car during the cleaning appointment! The kids came and sat down for maybe five minutes and then started taking out my children’s toys and throwing things and refusing to sit so I asked the ladies to leave and explained I would cancel this appointment and reschedule for another day. On top of this, they even asked me if I had a vacuum they could use! Anyway, They refused to leave and said that since they had drove so far, that they would just leave the kids in the car and continue cleaning. I said no please don’t leave them in the car I would just feel more comfortable if you rescheduled. They could not really understand me much. I got on the phone with the manager and they could not reschedule me until next week. When the house cleaners left, they left trash bags on the floor, some cleaning products in my bathroom, and some personal clothing. Because of this major inconvenience they offered me one free cleaning.. I accepted, but after this I will certainly not be using pretty in pink cleaning anymore.
