Best Replacement Installation in Phoenix AZ

I looked at a few different window companies as I have a home that needed 8 new windows. I needed good, solid windows at a reasonable cost. Wow! I got that plus more! From the first visit, the folks at Desert King Windows were awesome! They weren't pushy sales people, they explained their windows features and benefits and I was shocked at how much we got for the price compared to others. They were just installed and we couldn't be happier. They delivered what they promised. The install guys (Nick & his partner) did an amazing job and cleaned up any mess. I ordered my French Doors and a Doggy Door in May and was set an install date of Aug 13th. I was warned that door production was behind and my doors did come in a week late. However, my issue is that it took 5 weeks for my install to get rescheduled, even with me calling every week for an update. When I finally got rescheduled, I received an install date of Dec. 9. So I was quoted 12 weeks. What has happened: 12 weeks lead time, 1 week delay on the doors, 5 weeks to get rescheduled and another 11 weeks for the install. What was quoted 3 months is now at 8 months, if the schedule holds. I am very disappointed. I will update on quality of install once it happens.

UPDATE: So I was contacted by the new Operations Manager shortly after my post and it appears the previous manager had made an error on my order and the company thought I needed a whole wall removed. They apologized for the error and promptly had me scheduled within the week. The crew was very friendly, answered all my questions and were quick with the installation. The only reason for 4 stars is just the bit of frustration and hassle I had to get things done.

I recently had AZ Valley Windows install some new windows at my home. The original builder had skimped and went with really cheap windows. AZ valley windows was able to provide me much better quality windows at a very affordable price! Upon installation, the windows looked great and drastically improved the look of the house, both inside and outside! The installation crew was also very professional and courteous and they did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves!

I would absolutely use these guys again and will also use them for kitchen cabinet refacing later down the road. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

Sunny State Glass is the best. Needed an emergency repair on a Saturday. They went out of their way to repair my daughter’s window. Excellent job. I couldn’t be more pleased. Would recommend to anyone in of window replacement or repair.

The front window of my house cracked during the last big wind storm. I called several places to get estimates, and Valleywide responded the quickest and they had the best price. I scheduled them to replace the glass, and they were excellent! The 3 guys that showed up to do the work were on-time, courteous, efficient, and friendly. The replacement window looks great and really cuts down on the heat (good thing this week because it's so hot). I highly recommend Valleywide and will use them again for any other glass needs that I have.

Craig, Kris and Paul were great to work with for all new double pane windows. After contacting Craig (owner) on the weekend, he was able to quickly schedule the consult to measure and come up with a quote. Kris (installer) came for a second measure to ensure all measurements were accurate. The windows took about 8 weeks to be made and arrive from CA. Upon arrival, Kris and I were able to quickly schedule an installation date. Kris and Paul (installer) were amazing to work with day of installation. Incredibly professional and quick! After 2 weeks with the new windows installed I’m seeing a marked difference not only in temperature but also in sound buffering. Overall, I would highly recommend Vision Window & Door!

An excellent experience from start to finish. We replaced all of the windows in our house. Greg gave us good information so that we could make an informed choice, and also gave us an excellent price. Work was done professionally, the house remained as clean as possible considering a large amount of drywall repair needed, and the finished product looks great. We'd happily recommend Greg and his team to friends and family.

Jason & Dallin installed my windows in my house today and I must say these two gentlemen were very courteous, hardworking and efficient. They set themselves up as well as cleaned up after themselves, gave me proper advice for care of the windows after install, and were just all around professional in their duties. Tried calling several times because I needed a window replaced but the phone just rang and rang. They happened to be right near me so I drove by their address and the business that's there is Diamond Granite??? Obviously I went elsewhere.

From first meeting with John to explain and demonstrate the windows to Kurt, Josh, and Mike who installed the windows, my experience with all these people have been exceptional. They have all been very professional in their dealings with me.
Now since the windows have been installed, the first thing I have noticed is that it's much quieter from outside noises than what it was before. I am delighted with the windows and the job done. Thanks!!
