Thanks to a pre inspection by Lyons during escrow, there were no surprises. The inspector and I were on the roof and I could see what needed to be done. After close and of course a patched leak by the previous owner started to leak again. I was put on their list and within days their men were there to put on a new foam roof. The tile portion was deemed to be fine by the inspector. If or more realistically when I have an issue with the tile portion I will definitely call them. During the foam process all of their employees were professional, kept me informed, 2 new pieces of plywood (flaking, and rotted), and new insulation in that area (insulation saturated with water) were required to do the job properly. The previous owners did a lip stick job with a handyman rather than a qualified roofing company. A slight design flaw was also discovered and corrected while I was renovating the kitchen. I could see a small ray of light. Their project inspector fixed that as well Thank you Lyons, my roof is now sound and water tight and thanks to your pre inspection while in escrow, there were no surprises....I definitely recommend Lyons Roofing.

This roofing service company did a wonderful job in re-roofing the damaged areas of my house. They spared time for proper inspection and answered my various questions before getting on with the work. If you need someone to repair your roof than look no more. I called because we noticed some tile on our roof that was about ready to call and within two hours give or take Josh had it repaired. He also took the time to repair other loose tiles along with checking the rest of the roof for anything that looked abnormal! Price was very affordable and I’m left as a very happy customer! (Realtor Review) I was notified on Friday evening just before a holiday weekend that the roof needed to have an inspection done in order for the appraisal to be finalized. Not only was this a holiday weekend but we were set to close the following Tuesday. I called a few roofing companies and while some did answer no one had anyone available. Alfonso with Castile Roofing called me back and was able to get my request to his guy Don. First thing Sunday morning Don was on location going over the roof as well as getting into the attic. The photographs that Don took were very thorough, he did find a few needed repairs but was able to complete them right away. Alfonso was able to get me the roof certification that he knew would be needed by the lender. Overall I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from Alfonso and Don and will 100% be referring their company to any of my clients that need an inspection.
