These guys were amazing! I was quoted $1200 for evap coil cleaning by a company through my home warranty. I was told they would have to disassemble my AC unit to get to the coils A and it was a two person job. That seemed a little much. I called Penguin Air to a second opinion and was told that the top of the ac comes off and it’s a standard cleaning. I was charged $294 and the service was amazing. Anthony, Josh and Sky were absolutely awesome and I will be calling Penguin Air for any of my HVAC needs!

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

First I want to thank Caesar for his great work and being such a professional with replacing my garbage disposal. He did such a great job I felt this is possibly the company to install my entire house water filters. Nelson you and Caesar understood exactly what I wanted and you delivered exactly what I wanted. Please note that my request was a tall order and most plumbers were offering other solutions that didn't meet my requirements.

She explained everything that was going on and made recommendations for future items that need to be addressed as well as fixing the issue we had today. Wow! This family business is AMAZING. They were sent to me through Fidelity's National Home Warranty program. I had a one-off anomaly issue where my thermostat was not talking to my home security system. Others were stumped by this and couldn't figure it out. Father and Son team, Mike and Tim, stuck with it until they figured it out and rather quickly I might add. Top notch service. Very professional, efficient and friendly. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Had a problem with my unit—not only did Jennifer get me a next day appt, but the tech arrived within the allotted time. I had heat in 30 minutes. Apparently, the tech was kind enough to also bring in the 5 gal jugs of water that had been delivered—without my asking him to do so. What a nice surprise!! Thank you Jennifer and Frank?

Excellent response time and outstanding customer service. We have used them several times and each experience has been great! Our home is on the market and our thermostat went out. Yes this is a fairly easy fix but when you're working around multiple schedules and the first 100 degree day it's great to know you can count on them to get you back up and running and at very fair prices!

We had fast, dependable service. James was a good listener. He was patient. His advice was explained well as to what he could do to fix our problem. He wore a mask at all times and covered his shoes when he entered our house. His workmanship is wonderful. We are more than pleased and are grateful for the prompt service. We travel a lot and don’t have time to wait around for companies to fool around with prices , nor they themselves setting the dates on when they can come take a look at my AC so we're more than happy these people were fast and efficient when they came down on our own time to set up our new AC unit.
