Best Replacement Installation in Phoenix AZ

Got scammed by these guys, my AC unit is leaking and needs replacement. They came out on a Saturday 100 bucks up front just for that, another 80 to access, and 110 to pretend to fix it.

Prompt same day service and fair prices. Professional technicians. Offered a much better value maintenance contract than my previous service provider (who went out of business.....) Looking forward to continued high levels of service!

Vicente replaced our water heater and the shut-off valve. He was very professional and communicated to us very effectively. Even with the temperature over 105 he worked nonstop and impressed us by moving the old water heater that couldn’t be drained conventionally. This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Scoped sewer line for the sale of my house

I signed up for Hobaica's free home inspection for electrical and plumbing for my Mom's park model in ViewPoint Resort. Ian was on time, efficient and very personable. He found one of our hot water tanks was leaking and confirmed what I had called about, replacing an outdoor electrical outlet and fixing the light switch in our shed. We received a quote and were scheduled in a few days to have the work done.

Ian and Arron were a great team to watch. They worked first to drain and remove the old hot water tank and connections, then installed the new tank with all new connections, including a connection to drain the tank (if necessary in the future). I was also happy to have the outdoor electrical outlet and light switch in the shed fixed. That evening the porch lamp came on with the timer and I had the first shower from the new hot water tank. Thank you, Ian and Arron!

This was the first time we used Hobaica and I was impressed by the quality of the work and the people I communicated with throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

NVM installed our A/C unit in August 2013 and we can’t be more pleased with the service by several technicians since installation. Early Saturday morning I stepped into our bathroom and instantly found myself standing in water. There was a huge water balloon hanging from the ceiling dripping water onto our floor. After a brief cleaning I arranged for a large bucket to catch the water but didn’t puncture the balloon. I was upset that there was no service on the weekend but I did call NVM and left a message. After calling another service provider and paying them for no work I received a message from NVM that they would get someone there on Sunday. We stayed in a hotel on Saturday night and the tech arrived earlier than expected on Sunday. He was terrific and corrected the problem after having spent 2 1/2 hours in the attic. We were very pleased with the work and the professional way this was handled by NVM. On that day we confirmed our commitment to them.

Ryan was very thorough and double checked findings before giving me the diagnosis. Was knowledgeable and took time to explain his findings.

Ray was very friendly and made sure the job was completed....even coming back when I noticed something else was not right. Thank you!

An update to my review is necessary because I felt pressured to give a 5 star review. While our service tech was on time, courteous (up until the end), and explained everything, I was basically forced to do my review right then and there while he was standing in front of me pointing at my phone and directing me where to go. Talk about awkward and inappropriate! I understand these reviews are probably important to the techs because they are probably evaluated and perhaps even get bonuses based on them. However, to expect your customer to do the review immediately while the tech is right in front of you is COMPLETELY inappropriate. We have had SO many issues with Goettl and their equipment that we recommend people STAY AWAY from them. Our supposed top quality air conditioner has had issues practically EVERY YEAR we have had it, and we have had issues w/techs installing equipment that needed to then be removed because it broke or shouldn't have even been there in the first place and then put back on and then remove and then put back on again. It's been a joke. This year's semi-annual Sadie service check-up was no different. This time they couldn't even locate the paperwork for parts they themselves sold to us to confirm warranty info!! Recommendation...Go somewhere else for your A/C needs.

After not having any air conditioning for a while and using a different company last year with a high priced repair job that didn't last but a day, We met Tim with a recommendation from my daughter's friend, it was a wonderful experience. Tim was very thorough explaining everything to us. Brandon and his crew did an amazing job they never stopped until it was done, they cleaned the area where they were working and even did a paint touch up. We are completely satisfied and we will be using their services again when needed. They were both friendly and professonal, we highly recommend them to anyone

Sun Devil installed my 2 AC units a few months ago. They did a great job, they were timely and completed the job when promised. Their price is very reasonable.

The service technician Timothy was very professional, on time, friendly, and he represented his company well. Explain what he had done to test the systems what he found and what the repair options were. He also offered to have a sales representative come out to discuss replacing the unit. And set up the appointment for us. Could not of asked for more or better.

I had my brand new air conditioner go out and King Mechanical. Came out with in 4 hours and found the problem. A roof rat had eaten thru the wiring. King Mechanical found the traces of a rat. They repaired the chewed up wires, and i bought a trap. End of problem. Thank you so much Francisco and guys for acting so fast on this.

I had an excellent experience with Temperature Pro! The great pricing was what helped me to decide to use them, but after the amazing experience and the knowledgeable, friendly crew I'm a customer for life.
