Best Replacement Door in Phoenix AZ

I spoke with someone in the office with how many windows I was needing (12). There was some confusion if they service my area, although while on hold, as she was looking into it, the hold informational dialogue states they service all of Arizona. She came back on and said a salesperson will be getting back to me. No call back, so I called again and left another message. Still no call back and it has been over a week. I am happy they are so busy during this time they can pick and choose their jobs, but have some common courtesy and call back potential customers, or if you don't want the job, maybe refer another company. If this is any indication on their customer service skills, better to know now before the job starts.

This is the 2nd time we have had aged windows replaced by Energy Shield & will schedule replacement of the rest. First experience was great. The 2 installers that came out yesterday were really impressive. They installed 5 windows, one was the big front window, in approximately 6 hours. It was 106-degrees with high humidity. They were so quiet except for expected occasional equipment noise, that I was able to work without interruption. Looking forward to getting the rest replaced. We really appreciate the noise, heat & dust reduction we have with these windows.

Not a great experience. They sent a salesperson out for an estimate he took over an hour and a half and quoted me over $45k for 6 windows and 2 slider doors. I highly recommend shopping around and doing your research when looking for windows.

True View installation team, Mario and company, were great. Installed our Simonton windows and slider as promised. They did a very professional job. They took their time and wasn't rushing through the installation. Cleaned up after their work. I highly recommend True View and their professionalism, to include Chad, Mario and crew. AMAZING company. Personable and fast and the fairest price we found. Actually saved us over $300 vs their competitors price who dangled us for weeks to get a repair for our sliding glass door that shattered. Called Sunny State glass, they gave us a quote over the phone that made us really happy, and they were out the NEXT day! Quick, easy, professional. Highly recommend!

I contacted Valleywide Glass at 8pm about a broken window I had on the front of my house and they had a new one installed by 12pm the next day. Alric and Michael were awesome to work with and really appreciated their service!

Analin, the windows they sale, is a excellent product and Craig was a no high pressure salesman, very nice experience. House is much quieter, windows keep out outside noise and air conditioning doesn’t seem to run as much. Installation was good but they had one very good installer and one inexperienced that did some below par work and had to be corrected, but they did make it right, so overall Very good experience.

I recently finished getting new windows installed from K&J. They were one of a number of different companies I contacted and who visited my home. Right out of the gate, I found K&J’s sales representative, Cody, to be honest, very competent, and understanding of my needs and budget.

I have to admit I was a little concerned because K&J’s rate was MUCH better than some of the other offers I received. They were around $8K less than the top bidder for my install. However, every interaction I had with their company was beyond stellar. The two gentlemen who showed up to finally install my windows were the icing on the cake. They were extremely professional, respectful of my property, and clean. They finished the job in record time, with exceptional quality, and left me with beautiful new windows that keep both the heat and sound out.

The quality of Marvin Infinity replacement windows exceeded my expectations. Don't waste your time contacting other replacement window companies like I did.

We had 8 windows replaced by Krasiva Windows in 8 hours which has made our house quieter and cooler. Krasiva sent two young men who never stopped working, smiling, and answering questions by our neighbors as they installed our windows. They cleaned up after installing each window so there was no mess or sign that they replaced our windows. We were pleased with the product and the work.

Did a great Job! Very polite, Very professional - Replaced a old window that did not open, to a updated window in bathroom that opens-(what a concept) :) Now we can finish red gaurd for walk in shower! No mess when Job is done. Will use again! Highly recommend.

Had windows installed by window world. My bathroom has to be re modeled due to water damage. After opening the wall. We noticed the old window frame is still in place and there is a 1 1/2 inch gap between the bricks and the window with no seal. Which let water into the walls and under the tub. All the wood around the window was roted and cast iron tub was rusted underneath. Thank you window world for the extra work that was created from poor installation

Red Rock windows provided the same exact windows of other companies for $2000 less. Because the windows must be custom made, you cannot expect to place an order today and have them installed tomorrow. As soon as the windows were in, delivery and installation were scheduled. We were impressed with the installation contractor Red Rock used. If we ever have another window or door to be replaced, we will be using this company again.

Good for business

Just had C.J. and Ricky replace a broken window. Dual pane glass in a 30-year old frame with a worn-out gasket, so they had to spend about half an hour applying silicone. Now that it's done, I can't tell the difference from the original. Great team and a great job. Thanks!
