Todd from Alcatraz Locksmith came quickly and not only re-keyed our door, he fixed the sticky deadbolt that had been giving us trouble for years! I would recommend this company for anyone looking for quick, friendly service.

Alon came out to my house after I locked myself out. He arrived about 35 minutes after I called him, which was perfect. Very prompt.

I had discussed getting in through the front door, which had a deadbolt, standard key lock, and a chain for extra security. Upon arrival, Alon found it easier to get in through the garage, and that wouldn't require new locks or any cutting of my door chain. Within 5 minutes or starting, Alon got my garage open and I was back inside my home.

Alon was a lifesaver and within an hour of calling him, I was back in my home (his commute over to my house + actual work was less than an hour in total).

I've saved his number in case I have to use his services again. Price was pretty reasonable as well - considering it was 8pm and on a holiday weekend.

Phoenix Lock & Locksmith team was great. They responded quickly to my call and showed up when they said they would. Fixed my 2 problem locks and even noticed another door wasn't closing properly so he fixed that for free. Great guy and easy to work with.

Stay Away this company is a huge scam! they have no employees other than a call center. They use the lowest cost random people that can find and have no standard for who they send tools they must have etc. They sent random person that didn't even have a key copy machine or correct tools to our business and then broke a $500+ push bar. This is the mess they left, screws hanging out and all!
