We had every single window in our home replaced (24) by Desert King. We had bids from Anderson and Pella and am extremely happy we chose Desert King. From start to finish this has been a pleasant experience, from Frank who gave us the bid to the installers Jose, Alonso, and Franz. The installers were OUTSTANDING, courteous, professional, on time, and all-round nice gentlemen. James or Jason if you're reading this they deserve a raise. The windows are high quality, sturdy and are beautiful when installed. You won't be disappointed if you choose this vendor/contractor. Very, very pleased.

I was mowing my yard on a Sunday and a rock broke my Arcadia door into a MILLION pieces, it was a mess.

I called Sunny State Glass, they came over that day and boarded up the window for the evening, cleaned up the million pieces of glass inside my home and out, then ordered the glass. Within a couple of days the glass was installed and the door was completely repaired, like new. These folks are amazing, the workmanship was truly professional. The quality of the glass and materials was of the highest quality, the customer service was outstanding. They were there for me the day I needed them and they worked around my schedule. To top things off, the price great!

Very good response with a quick replacement

Analin, the windows they sale, is a excellent product and Craig was a no high pressure salesman, very nice experience. House is much quieter, windows keep out outside noise and air conditioning doesn’t seem to run as much. Installation was good but they had one very good installer and one inexperienced that did some below par work and had to be corrected, but they did make it right, so overall Very good experience.

These guys are great. They just did our windows and we couldn't be more happy.

Capstone Windows did a great job replacing 30 year old windows at our two bedroom casita in Scottsdale.

The sales and ordering process was clear and concise - with great recommendations to provide for the optimum value for the replacement windows, sliding doors and treatments.

The crew members were fantastic and took a great deal of time ensuring proper plastic sheeting and protections were in place, and their cleanups at the end of the day were admirable!

The crew’s planning of removal and replacement was excellent and was done such that there was never extensive time where the home was open to the outside (it was 114 degrees out). I was impressed with the safety considerations for the workers as well. Crew lead took great care of his folks.

Capstone went above and beyond on some little items that they didn’t have to do but wanted to make sure that we were pleased with the complete effort. These items were really appreciated.

So far I'm not the least bit impressed with this Company.

The owner, Thomas, came out for my initial consultation. He was not very friendly and was late as he didn't listen to my directions and went to the wrong complex. Maybe he didn't really care about my purchase because I only got two windows and one door done? He also did not bring a mask during COVID, and when I gave him one to wear, he wouldn't wear it over his nose.
I got many quotes and ended up going with Red Rock though because of all the good reviews on the product and their pricing. Nate and Cody completed the install today and it went great. They were very professional and hard working. My windows and doors look great, so far!
