The guys here are great and is possibly the best service I’ve ever had for a locksmith issues. They always have everything in stock.

I called this company because so many of their reviews were so high and they clearly make an effort and care about their product (i.e.: they *have* an active Facebook page).

Whoever answered the phone when I called was anything but customer friendly. I am moving into a new house and need my security door and front door rekeyed. I asked for an estimate and was told it would be the service cost plus $10 per key hole. I don't know about you, but I don't memorize things like how many key holes are in a door I've unlocked once... when I asked a clarifying question to figure out a closer estimate, the tone of voice and abrupt reply were both very condescending and, again, short. I had to figure out what I don't know and ask several follow-up questions to PULL the information out of this guy. I will be finding a different company to do business with.

From my experience, my guess is that this company filters out their bad reviews and only posts their good ones. #speakingofintegrity #annoyed

They came out and created a replacement key for my car, doing an excellent job while charging less than others. Excellent service! I would suggest it for them.

He was really attentive via this business, and he arrived on time to rekey several locks for me, which he accomplished very fast, and I even received some new keys that were better.

The men and women that work for this company are curteous, professional and have a sense of urgency. My locksmith called me to tell me he was on the way, he arrived when he said he would arrive and was very quick to get started without rushing the process. He displayed a sense of urgency and gave a proper time frame of how long the job would take him to complete. Mordy was personal while working asking some questions to get to know us a little better. We were able to connect in the short time that he was here that we both have a love for Brooklyn, their thin crust pizza and The Big Apple. I would highly recommend this company and Mordy as your locksmith if you are ever in need of these services. They are excellent and well worth the price.

Extremely responsive and capable of assisting with a complicated/unusual lock system. The entire time, there was excellent communication, and I was extremely happy with the quality of care and expertise. Would absolutely utilize again in the future for lock/gate difficulties.

Rick was a life saver! I locked my keys and phone in my car in a parking lot at Walmart in Avondale. When I was able to use a random persons phone, I found him and he drove from Sun City and rushed to me. I had my 3yr old son with me and had to pick up my other son from after school care. He came quick, and unlocked my car even quicker. He is such a friendly professional guy. I would highly highly recommend him! He deserves a 10 star!
