Best Custom in Phoenix AZ

Overall good experience. They are a lot less expensive than the big name competitor. Their installation team is great but does leave things a little messier than I would have liked, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Overall they are a good company that I would use again.

Terrific communications through entire process. Installers were courteous and professional. Our new windows look great. We can tell a big difference in how cool our home is after only one night. But what we didn’t anticipate, our home is much QUIETER. We’ve not heard an airplane since the installation yesterday. AND / The replacement cost was modest. Thank you, Energy Shield staff. Quentin

We had some doors that were in pretty bad shape , out of square frame, gaps all around and hard to latch. Called AZ VALLEY & WINDOW who sent out a salesperson who arrived on time and explained all about the doors we chose. Agreed on the price and stipulation that doors would be installed about 7 months later. Installation crew showed up on time, removed the doors and installed new doors in a timely and very professional manner. Did a walk through to make sure I was happy with their work and answer any question. Job site was cleaner than when they arrived. Very happy with the job that was done. Thank you all for a job well done.

Our master bedroom sliding glass window wouldn't fully shut. After calling +10 service providers, the best I was able to get was an appointment for a technician to come out a full 7-8 days later. In the Arizona summertime, that just wasn't going to work.

Then I called John at Valleywide Glass and was able to explain the situation to him. To my delight, he was able to have a friendly technician at my doorstep literally 75 minutes after I first called him!

Valleywide Glass was able to have my issue 100% resolved in less than 2 hours after calling them. That's pretty much as good as it gets.

I called around quoting prices, and Duarte Glass had the most affordable prices. I called and same day in just an hr and a half they were at my house ready to install my window. We will definitely use this company again and we recommend to all our family and friends.

There is no doubt this company deserved 5 stars, from pre-sale to installation crew and post sale follow up this company is excellent in all domains.

Cody met me at my house on time. We went through windows and door options and he send me a proper quotation promptly. After looking at other companies that offer the same product. ( I opted for the Daylight Max from Simonton windows )
But I really chose K&J Windows for their high rating and customer satisfaction. Price were competitive within $100.

The day before the office called me to confirm morning installation. The crew arrived even early and completed the whole process of 5 windows within 4 hours. They were professional, polite and courteous. Windows were washed and they vacuum before they leave.

I highly recommend these people, time will tell now how good are my new Simonton windows but I sincerely believe I can count on K&J windows in the future

I chose Infinity From Marvin by SI Windows Phoenix after collecting estimates from their competition. They weren’t the lowest priced but they were competitive. I had toured Marvin Windows last fall while visiting a friends cabin in Warroad Minnesota and I was very impressed.

I was even more impressed by how quickly Greg Johnson(owner of SI Windows) responded to my inquiry and how quickly he provided me with an estimate. I hired him and we set a date.

His crew showed up when he said they would and finished the install of 20 windows 2 patio doors and a double sliding patio door in 5 days. As they were finishing Alden from Legacy Stucco showed up and repaired the stucco around the windows that had been replaced. Next Hector Lopez showed up and did drywall repair on the interior of the house.

Greg has a great crew and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Thank You to SI Windows Phoenix and their installation crew. Thanks to Infinity from Marvin Windows as well.

They have a high priced door but you receive what you pay for. Service is great, doors are great quality and look amazing. The family owned feel is really obvious by the attention to detail and responsiveness. Would recommend!

Great experience overall! Mickey did a nice job going over the different products and options. Geoff, Chris and Brandon did a fantastic job installing the windows. Very professional and efficient. I highly recommend them and will use them when I install more windows.

I have a vacation rental in Phoenix and needed some repairs done fast. Superior Replacement repaired a sliding glass door and the replaced the glass the very next day from making the call.

The Krasiva weather shield vision 2500 are the windows we felt would be perfect. They look outstanding and make our house look so much nicer. The installation only took 1 1/2 days and went perfect with no issues no problems. So happy with the company and product.

We needed to replace an irregular octogonal skylight. Freelite provided us with a custom solution that they installed without any problem. All that for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. I would recommend them without any reticence.

My homebuilder uses them to install bathroom mirrors and accessories (towel rods, toilet paper holders, etc). They weren't able to install them prior to us closing on the home and it's been a nightmare getting them to come back. First time they came the master bath mirror was cut wrong so they couldn't install. One of the installation crew stole my neighbors dog that day and refused to admit it until he was told there was video evidence of it. He left to bring the dog back and then they haven't been back.. no showing 3 appointments (12-4pm windows) now with no apology or call to reschedule. I called to verify they were coming today and was told yes but again - no show. Save yourself a headache and avoid this company!

What a difference!!! No more drafty and noisy windows. They work great. The installation crew was very professional and courteous. We are now looking forward to the savings on heating and cooling, and the new windows really enhance the look of the house.
