Our home flooded Recently from a busted pipe and we had a ton of water damage. I decided to call Servpro of NW Phoenix and I am so glad I did! They were so quick to solve our problem! They were so helpful and kept us in the loop every step of the way! Their customer service is amazing and I highly recommend them!

I called these guys when my kid left the bathtub on and overflowed the bathroom when I wasn’t home. It started leaking into my hallway and my master bedroom. I told them I needed someone to repair the water damage that had built up. One of their techs came out right away and got everything done quick. They had a team of 3 or 4 guys come out and dry everything out, set up their machines, and we had a good experience with them.

The whole time they had asked if I had any questions and they answered them no problem. I had no clue how to handle my insurance stuff but they helped me through that as well. These guys are pros and know what to do, and they made me secure in knowing they had everything under control. Call them if you have any situation like this, you’ll be glad you did.

Tristan was very nice and helpful. He was on time and efficient and also willing to help with calls to the plumbing company for me.

Quick Restore came out the morning we called and did a thorough check snd assessment of our damage and gave us a couple of options. Later that day a crew came out and performed the necessary cleanup. We appreciated the quick service because we were leaving town. We were able to stay in touch with them while we were out of town and their equipment was in our home. I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.
