Brandon and Regina were my initial phone contacts with Anthony's Plumbing, and I was dutifully impressed by their professionalism and willingness to help with what appeared [to me] an insurmountable puddle problem under my kitchen sink. Within 24 hours, a polite and confident young man appeared at my door and within moments had the answer to the leak. He called the faucet manufacturer (on my behalf) and within minutes had procured the broken piece, which is now in transit to my home. Wow! Exceptional customer service. It was then I noticed the name on his shirt: Anthony, the owner's son. Competent, knowledgeable, and proud of his family-run business. It doesn't get any better than Anthony's Plumbing. Highly recommended … will refer to friends and neighbors … 10 stars!

Macho Contracting & Alfredo truly helped us out this past month. They were very responsive and professional. We needed a septic tank inspection with paperwork and then a repair of the system. He was honest and very detailed in what was needed. When they arrived at the property, the employees were respectful and courteous to the home owners. I would recommend this company and all of the employees to anyone in need of plumbing work in the greater Phoenix area.

Ed is great! He came out to pump our septic tank. He was on time, professional, thorough and reasonably priced. He was very informative and took the time to educate us on our septic system. He also installed risers on our clean outs to make it easier in the future to locate and access.

My tech Orlando came by and I explained the problem I was having and he explained what he was going to perform. He was able to clear our plumbing issue and mentioned that the camera revealed that there may be another problem down the road. He gave us quote if we needed services at a later time. He was fast and very friendly; we appreciated he kindness and fast service.

Very professional. Unlike past plumbers they are actually courteous of your house and their surrondings. Which is huge with us when having people over. Robert (our tech) was also very professional an knowledgeable. Took time to explain further upkeep an maintenance I should do to keep my new installs running properly for longer. Vicenté came to repair the kitchen water/hose sprayer & and unclog the ? bathtub drain.After completing these items, wediscussed our need of a Tall Toilet.Vicenté said he has a fully stocked truck. Upon my consent, he installed a brand new tall toilet.I also signed up for their club membership it is a yearly membership Double and already paid for itself By reducing my price yesterday.I give Vicenté 10 STARS! Lauren was awesome in scheduling us for a pumping and pre sale inspection on our septic system. She even went out of their normal service area to make it happen. I called 9 other local septic companies before I called her. She now moves to #1 on my list. Dustin came out and did the inspection and pumping and left the property in the same way he found it. Amazing effort and superior service from a company we took a chance on. Thank you to the entire team! We will get our house closing done on time!!!

BEWARE! If you call to schedule a septic pump out, they may pass you off to another company and not tell you. We called to confirm our appointment a few hours prior and were told we didn't have an appointment with them. Then looking at the books they saw that they had passed us off to another company which was much lower rated...We even had the Mr. Rooter tech come out to check our valve 10 days prior! When you choose a company based on ratings, I expect to get that company! Too much to ask????
