Awesome service! They came out and helped with a BMW when nobody else could! It was late Sunday night and all the close locksmiths- even the ones who advertised BMW owners as their primary customers- said it would have to be taken to a dealer. These guys came to us and fixed the mixed key fob signal and saved me a ton of money! !

Daniel is fantastic! I would recommend him to anyone, family, friends; and anyone else! Literally called him up in an emergency situation (as my other car is in the shop) and I am on a time crunch and could not locate my key in my house (toddler problems ?) Daniel stated no problem he would be here. He came out and no longer than just a few mins under 10 he had my jeep completed and I was able to head out. Thank you so much!

Metro Lock did a good job replacing a old lock on an Arcadia door that needed a key from the outside. They were persistent on finding the outdated part and repaired it beautifully. I took off one star because I thought the communication could have been a bit better as I had to initiate calls for followup but they always responded when I did. As a property manager I will no doubt need key or lock services at some point in the future and I will call them again.

This guy, locksmith master,s REALLY knows his stuff. And he's a great guy with a witty sense of humor. He went out of his way to help me. I highly recommend him!

Good price very quick service

These gentleman are experienced locksmiths, I had ZERO keys for a utility / service bed. Called manufacture of utility bed, discontinued keys and no key cuts known.

Called several utility bed distributors, and known lock manufactures to try to trace down a key to no avail.

Went to TWO different locksmiths who attempted and failed.

Called these gentleman who told me to come down, within 10 MINUTES or less, he had made a key by using a blank key and a file. Highly impressed from their level of SKILL. Gentleman who was working on it was a veteran in the business with 27 years of experience.

One of my latches wasn't working properly, owner fixed it right on the spot.

Highly recommend, and saved me from having to rekey 6 locks!

Great service! We locked ourselves out of our house; in the heat! Mordy came and rescued us in no time; replaced the locks for a great price and made sure we were happy before leaving! Hopefully we don't need to use a lock smith again but this would definitely be the company we would call!
