Best A/C Replacement in Phoenix AZ

We selected Desert King to update the windows in our home. There were some specialty windows that were required, a garden window (pops out like a greenhouse) and several architectural windows with angles. (Some companies that bid did not/would not do these specialty windows.) Desert King had no problems getting them.

The product is very high quality and the installation crew led by James did not rush the install, he made sure all was done properly for the long term. I am very pleased.

I am amending my review. Company contacted me and moved my stucco fix up to the 21st. Crew came this morning, on time, and got right to work. Not only did they do a beautiful job matching the stucco texture, they poured a concrete support under the lip of the door so it won't flex. They also need brought me a screen door. They were fast and friendly and cleaned up everything. Very happy now.
I am not finished dealing with this company, so maybe it's too early to post a 2 star review. The 2 installers showed up on time and got straight to work. We had already removed the inside mounding and threshold because we wanted to keep it. They did not score the stucco on the outside and so, of course it tore away in 3 areas. They told us the stucco repair crew would be out on Monday to repair the holes and drop off the screen door, which was sent to us broken. Monday morning I got a call to schedule stucco repair. First available date, May 23,over 4 weeks out. And sliding screens are on back order. Can't leave slider open due to no screen and when I am sitting on my patio I get to look at 3 ragged holes in the house. Very disappointing. Hopefully things will get fixed properly.

My entire experience with True View (from first contact to work completion) was nothing less than exceptional. They did exactly what they said they were going to do (pricing, schedule, quality, part ordering, installation and repair). Gilbert and Ethan were the two man team that installed the new balancers and adjusted the window locks. Gilbert and Ethan seem to love what they do and provided exceptional service. They were very communicative, easy to work with, professional, courteous, kind, knowledgeable and timely. I would definitely consider using True View, Gilbert and Ethan again should the need arise

We broke our window and I called a number of places without any success of replacing the window within a week or more. I had left a message with Sunny State Glass and they called us after 5 when most places close. They were able to replace the window the next day. Dwayne was so efficient and pleasant we couldn't be more pleased with his work and promptness. He will be out go-to-guy from now on. We highly recommend them.

My wife and I have worked with the guys over at Discount Window and Door for several projects. They are FANTASTIC!
Craig is as honest as they come and his attention to detail and care in making sure the job is perfect is something you just don't find very often. Kris and his installers are very experienced and hardworking. We had French doors put in to turn a bedroom into an office. Craig handled everything -- from ordering the doors and materials to scheduling the installer and then following up to make sure everything was perfect (it was!)

Kris worked on another project with me -- a total home remodel. He installed, hung, adjusted, and fine tuned door after door, making sure they opened and closed perfectly. He is really generous with his time!

We've had work done by other contractors before and you just never know what you're going to get. Even when the job gets done, you usually have to put up with some things that aren't quite right. That's not the case with Craig and Kris! Craig treats your house like it's his own home and won't be happy until it's JUST RIGHT!

Capstone replaced all the windows in my home , which included a a featured a double slider that is absolutely amazing. Crews we knowledgeable and always on time, and left their work area very clean. Highly recommend Greg and his crew!!

My 12 year old son plays soccer on our patio and he accidentally slammed his ball into our back window. I was in desperate need to find a company to repair it quickly. After searching a few different glass companies I was happy to find Superior Replacement Windows. A technician came out to our house within the hour. They where fast and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and we will be using them in the future.

We love our new door! Krasiva was easy to work with, and the door was delivered at the time promised. Kurt and Josh, who did the installation, were very professional and efficient. They worked to ensure the new door and trim were installed properly and looked great, as was the reinstallation of our existing security door. Jack Neilsen’s finish work on the door and trim was outstanding. He made the door come alive with rich wood colors. Thank you to all involved!

OMG!These folks repaired my window regulator and returned it in 48 hours during Covid !I paid $900 just for a regulator from Jaguar!For less than $300 I shipped with insurance my regulator and got it back with metal, not plastic functional parts!I will Definitely use them again!

So far so good. Ordered new patio door, picture windows and another window over our entry door which came to 1/3 the cost of the other quotes. I will update this rating after installation is complete.
Update, windows came in about 8 weeks early and we are very pleased with them. Due to my lack of knowledge about windows I did not realize the best insulator is vinyl and we think standing outside our home it looks like one of those window ads with the pretty windows. Saving now for the next group of windows to be replaced. And yes, they do a great job of insulating from the cold.

They just did my house in Peoria. Save yourself some time. Do not even consider any other company. I doubt any other window company can match this organization. Perfect from A to Z.

Great experience for a glass replacement on 3 windows (upstairs/downstairs) with installation team of Jeremy/Dustin - they completed the job with attention to detail and patiently answered all our questions. Also great experience with front office staff as they helped ensure best scheduling. Everything was finished with highest quality. Would recommend!
