After having a slow, drawn out experience with another roofing company and not getting any results, we were searching for another roofing company. Through family connections we found out about TSM and it was highly recommended to us. We called them and they promptly sent Sheldon Murphy out to inspect our roof and afterward, he sat down with us, gave us a quote and answered all of our questions. We decided right away to go with TSM and were impressed with their timely and well organized way of setting things up to begin the process. The shingles were delivered and the roof was started and completed the next day by an amazing crew who did a great clean up job as well. A couple of days later Dustin inspected the completed work and made sure we were satisfied. Craig and Debbie at Brown Roofing are awesome! They have been very responsive. I received 4 quotes for my roof. They came in second least expensive but in the end I believe they would be the least expensive because of all the extra costs that I would of had to pay in the end for the extras. I didn't pay a dime over the estimate Craig gave me. Craig came out to my home every morning to check on the work and answer any questions. Great work and all up to code, which I could not say for some of the other quotes I received. Customer service is exceptional, Craig has even scheduled himself to come out after my solar panels are installed to make sure the solar company doesn't mess up his work.

Had a great experience with Ky-Ko Roofing this past month. They completed the tile portion of the roof followed by foam on the remaining sections. Just completed finalization on the entire replacement of our 24 year old tile roof.
Very pleased with their service and quality of work: from the beginning contract bid process by their Project Mgr Charlie Ethington , to the concluding inspection required work from Supt Luis Batres.
Everything was done as scheduled, resulting in a great appearing new roof.
The pricing was competitive among other estimates received.

For the COVID-19, concerns, was able to keep a safe social distance, particularly since the work was done outside.

Great friendly service

Home Inspector identified stains on eaves after recent heavy rain. Recommended an expert inspect for leaks. Alex (manager) was very courteous and made me feel very comfortable about their inspection process. Their technician Chris inspected the roof and repaired flashing. He was very kind and honest with his inspection in which he detected no leaks. This company has INTEGRITY with TRUST!

Great, friendly professional service. They re-roofed my tile roof and back patio cover. They were able to save me a ton of money by reusing the majority of my old tiles then they matched in new tiles where needed. Everything under the tiles was all new materials. I had gotten a few other quotes from other roofers and they were so much more expensive and they didn't provide me with such a great cost saving solution. What a fabulous company.

Replaced the roof .. first took off the old, creating the new on-site to fit, and cleared out all the debris. Project lead was friendly and professional. It seemed like everyone worked well together. Warranty their work (they were unsure about the skylight, and there was a leak the first rain, but they came right out and fixed it. No issues since.)

We are very pleased with the Roof work done by Precision Roofing LLC. Excellent crew - Zared and crew would show up before 8am everyday. The quality of the work is outstanding. John the owner was always available for discussion and very courteous. Would definitely recommend Precision Roofing LLC.
