Not a great experience. They sent a salesperson out for an estimate he took over an hour and a half and quoted me over $45k for 6 windows and 2 slider doors. I highly recommend shopping around and doing your research when looking for windows.

My sliding door was shattered in a break-in on a Saturday morning and this company is the only one that actually responded with a live telephone call and sent one of their awesome techs out to board up the broken panel that same day. The glass panel was replaced in less than two weeks, the service was excellent at all times. Have you ever known service people to clean up ALL of their mess and then some? I would very definitely recommend this company every time!

the whole experience was fantastic. the installers did a great job and kept the work place clean. they made sure all areas were covered during installation and cleaned up after they were done. Greg kept me informed when the crews would be arriving during the install. cant wait to get the other windows done.

Don't waste your money. Poor customer service, no quality control, and/or integrity in their work and all for just marginal windows.

We had a custom shower enclosure and another glass screen installed in our bathrooms as part of our remodel. There are not enough positive words to describe our experience. This company and the people we dealt with are A+++. We had Lance and Sean on the first install and they were great. Robert and another gentleman whose name I forget were on the second part and great as well. Michelle in the office was just a gem to work with. She kept us informed every step of the way and everyone worked very hard to meet our tight timeline. Thank you to all.

I am very disappointed with window world,The same technicians that are on the commercial are the same guys that did my installation.2 winters after the installation of 3 windows i found my rooms were colder than the previous years and utility bills higher.So i did some investigation and took the trim off my windows to find no insulation on the windows.When i called and they sent a repair tech he insulated 2 windows saying the 3rd was ok and not needing it. So i had to insulate it myself.The clicker in all this is that 4 YEARS LATER THE VINYL WINDOWS ARE TURNING A YELLOW HUE BECAUSE THEY CANT LAST IN THE ARIZONA HEAT.Never recieving an apology or a discount for my high utility bills I feel because we were speaking spanish at the time of the installation that we were hugely discriminated against a proper install and there fore a better review.thats right when you have to use the race card its a dam shame.But thats how it is with company that dont care about the extra added costs they made you have because of a unproper installation.Im glad i did not have them do my 7 other windows....BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

I've used Clayton Glass and Accessories for four houses and wouldn't consider any other source. Great prices and selection brought me there but their customer service keeps me coming back! After a panel broke at a rental home Clayton Glass went above and beyond to get me a replacement. Problem being the unit was installed in California. The happily supplied the glass specs to a local source and provided me the hardware for replacement at a very reasonable cost.

We’ve had our windows for a couple of weeks now and immediately noticed the difference in the house after the installation was complete. Our gas bill dropped about 50-60% since the installation! The salesman was awesome, the installer did great work, and the exterior of our home looks so much better! We will be using LEI again for some additional windows and doors and we will recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

The windows we ordered and they installed look outstanding! The installers were very professional and very knowledgeable in answering any questions we had. They showed us how the windows work and how to take care of them for the future. Additionally, they treated our home w care and the finished product came out looking great. We will definitely be using Renewal by Anderson again for other replacement windows.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Didn’t even bother to try and help my dad and I get a glass for a home project. Worst customer service

My car's window was damaged and eventually broke, so I needed a new one. I don't typically write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to do this one. I reached a lot of different businesses, others quoted me a price I couldn't afford. I eventually phoned Phoenix Mobile Car Glass at that point, and they not only returned my call but also came to my house the very next day with the component at such a low price. My ? glass repairs were completed within a few hours after they washed and cleaned my vehicle and replaced the shattered component. I had a great time working with them.
