We thought Desert King Windows were a great company and recommend their products, service and installation. They respond in a timely manner and communicated well. We love our new sliders and has eliminated the heat problem with these new doors.

I had a great experience from start to end. We got a quote right away, no delay with scheduling someone to give a quote. The sales person was very informative and not pushy. We had French doors installed and they look great. I’m very happy with the quality of the doors. The price was right in the middle, not too expensive but not cheap. The people who came to install the doors were on time and got it done in a timely manner. I’m very satisfied with my new French doors. They do not paint or stain the doors, therefore I have to look into someone doing this. I would recommend this company .

Derek was fantastic. He went above and beyond a typical job. My HOA needed information and a signature from Derek. He walked with me to the office and filled everything out. On the day of install, he was on time and took care of the work swiftly and well. My original window was cracked. Now, with the repair, it's so clear that I feel like I could put my hand through it as if it really wasn't there!

Found Sunny State Glass through Google and I am so glad I did. Dwayne was responsive and provided the best options to replace a broken window. Came out, took measurements ordered glass. Requires 50% deposit to order, 10 days later he was back to install the window. Very happy with the job and the customer service.

I called to see if I can get someone to come out and take a look at my sliding door, due to that one part of the dual pane sliding door broke. That was at 9 am today. They had Zach and John come out by 10 am and by 11 they were all done, the price they quoted me on the phone is what I paid. They were really professional. Picked up after they left as well as sweeped and cleaned part of my patio, they just did it. You can tell they care about their work and the quality of work they do Thank you so much!

Absolutely outstanding job--both scheduling and installing. We made an error in which windsheild was needed. The installer handled the situation very professionally and immediately contacted the office with the issue--by the time he had left the neighborhood, we already had the appointment rescheduled for the following day. The returning installer was again extremely professional, neat and made sure the new windsheild was clean -- inside & out! Hopefully we won't need a replacement (at least for a long while) but I know who we will call-Univeral Glass of Glendale, AZ. NICE JOB EVERYBODY--

The fact that it took 4 times and 18 months to get my windows correct. Can I also add that I was fined from my HOA because of it as well for not being in compliance. I think that says enough.
