Best A/C Replacement in Phoenix AZ

Was recommended by a coworker and had a person come out for a quote. She (the owner’s daughter) was not very professional and not at all prepared for the in home quote/consultation. She was not rude or anything at all just did not seem very knowledgeable about the product and was not able to answer detailed questions we had. Decided to go with another company because my vibe felt off.

They did a great job installing sliding doors to a Den. The service was quick and the installers were very polite, worked clean and explained each step. Thank you for a great product!

I used True View to replace a glass in the window in my sun room. Very pleased, quick, professional, friendly and reasonable.

I was mowing my yard on a Sunday and a rock broke my Arcadia door into a MILLION pieces, it was a mess.

I called Sunny State Glass, they came over that day and boarded up the window for the evening, cleaned up the million pieces of glass inside my home and out, then ordered the glass. Within a couple of days the glass was installed and the door was completely repaired, like new. These folks are amazing, the workmanship was truly professional. The quality of the glass and materials was of the highest quality, the customer service was outstanding. They were there for me the day I needed them and they worked around my schedule. To top things off, the price great!

It started with Cody. He was professional and explained all of our options in a low pressure environment. Once we decided to go with K & J, they never disappointed throughout the project. The team kept us informed during the ordering stage. Once the windows arrived, they kept their word on the installation start and completion times. The installation team of Nick, Solo, Carlos, Scott, Gary, and Pepe were unbelievable. They were on time every day. At the end of each day, we came home to clean house. They even let our dog out during the day.

We kept waiting the bad news to start with a project of this size. It never did. They exceeded all of our expectations.

Jason, Dallin, and Jon came to install new windows in my home. They were professional, polite, and did superior work. The new windows look great. They had tarps to protect my floors, cleaned up every area and cleaned the windows too.

I am in the process of renovating my master bedroom. Part of the renovation included installing a large three panel window on my north wall. I had a small window already there. I had the contractor frame out the space in the wall for the window, but it was a weird fit because of the size and spacing of the wall. (This was an older home). I needed a custom fit window. Bought a couple of new windows from Krasiva recently. Great service and value. Salesperson Rodger was nice, showed us the amazing value, no pressure approach - felt very comfortable during initial consultation. Service techs kept a clean job and completed installation within timelines promised. Windows look great and we feel safer and house is more quiet too. We’ll use them again. We had Window World replace our windows in September of 2016. We have enjoyed a lower cost in cooling our home and we don't hear as much outside noise as we used to. Very pleased.

If I could give Red Rock 10 stars I would. If you are like me, and want to call around to get several quotes before making your decision, let me make this easy for you and just go with Red Rock. Especially if you are replacing skylights.

I purchased my first rental property in Tempe that has all original windows from 1960. The kitchen window was so giant, it took up the entire side wall of the kitchen, making the wall unusable for anything else. I wanted it removed, the frame shrunk down to 1/4 of it's size and I needed to replace an old skylight. Every person that came by to give me an estimate said what I wanted was either impossible (since no one else seems to replace skylights) or was not in my reality because the cost was astronomical.

Just when I was about to give up all hope, Thomas stops by and tells me not only is everything I want totally doable by his team, but it also could be done at a reasonable price! I felt like my prayers were answered. Blake did the install and he was great to work with. When it was all done, I almost cried tears of joy. The windows look amazing and completely transform the space.

Save yourself the time and hire Red Rock or at least add them to your short list to consider.?
