Brittany came out less than 24 hours after requesting a free termite inspection because I saw evidence of termites in my garage. She did a thorough inspection inside and outside my house. She was very patient in explaining the various treatment options and made several recommendations for me to chose. At first it seemed easy but over time it began to worry me that I may not get everything despite how much looking up I do on the critters. It was then i decided to begin a search for a pest slayer. I looked at many companies on Google and on Yelp, but late in the evening I finally stumbled across Urban Desert Pest Control. This company stood out the most in my search as it was mainly due to a few of the customer reviews! The reviews that were posted described a company that weren't entirely bound by your normal business hours time of need, and would go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Good sell so far, so why not, I thought to myself. So with that mindset I took a chance and shot a request over to get an estimate and waited to hear back as I went to sleep. I heard from Brad early morning the next day and scheduled the appointment the following day.When Brad showed up he greeted me in a professional and friendly manner. His attitude came off as confident, yet down to earth. I showed him the crime scene where i first discovered my guest and he began to inform me on various nuggets of info about what I am dealing with, how it could have gotten in and how it can be addressed. We went outside and got on the roof so he could showed me exactly where several points of entries were, mainly the exhaust holes. He then began to tell me the best means to address them and could tell i was a DIY guy and laid it out to me step by step. He offered to do the job for me but trusted that I could conquer the task given my ability to already take apart a fart fan and find the guest. No pressure was felt during the entire experience.I felt like i was dealing with the Hank Hill of pest control. If you know the reference then you can understand what praise that could be. Brad came to analyze the scene and relayed this information to me so that I could make an informed decision. The reviews showed me that he goes the extra mile whenever needed for his customers and only focuses on the customer. It is sometimes hard to find a great company like this now a days. Green Home has been out numerous times over the last year. For organic ingredients they’re are fair price, and the customer service has been accommodating and personable.Last couple times Julian has came out and has been extremely courteous, and communicative about any spots he’s paid extra attention to based on our needs.Highly recommend for environments where you’ve got pets around, or simply want a better solution for your personal health.

My interactions in person were great with the termite inspector and technician, but the office dropped the ball twice. The first time was when the first inspector called out sick and they couldn't get another appointment until later in the week. The second time was when the inspector said he would schedule the termite treatment for Wednesday, but when I called the day before my appointment to confirm it, they hadn't scheduled my appointment at all! They said they couldn't get anyone out to my house for another week. As frustrating as the cancelled appointments and failed appointment-making was, the termite technician, Martin, was knowledgeable and did the treatment as promised. If you're under warranty with TN and get termites they will treat it for free. From the time I discovered the termites myself and called the office for treatment it took 2.5 weeks to get a technician out to my home. It was a frustrating and ultimately relieving experience because they did follow through in the end.

Insectek has been very accommodating to my schedule. They try to keep their appointments. Most of the technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, thorough and consistent with all services provided. I would recommend Insectek.

Normally quite good service, this past time no appt. made, just showed up at my home and didn't check all bait traps or replace ones they said were missing. Extremely poor service this time.

I have had a great experience with Moxie. Donavin came to our house and did a really good job spraying for termites and making sure that he covered the areas where they could get into the house.

We had a GREAT experience with Trojan Pest Control. They were very responsive to our questions, were able to come out quickly, the technician was on time and very professional.
