My wife text me a picture of a 2.5 inch roach in the kitchen sink and I lost my mind. Started calling for same day service but no one available. I talked with Spain and he told me to give him 30 minutes and he would see what he could do for me. As promised 30 minutes later he called me back and said that they would get me in today. Unfortunately my wife at home was also calling and scheduled an appointment before I could. Although I won’t be using them this time I know who I will be calling the next time. Customer service was above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you Spain for taking the time and putting in the effort to take care of me. You will be my first and only call next time.

As opposed to other companies likes Truly Nolen which give you only a 30 day guarantee (a bed bug can go into hibernation for up to 6 months), AZ heat gives us an 18 month warranty! They specialize in bed bugs, which other pest control services DO NOT. I recommend this company to anyone has experienced the nightmare of bugs. If you see a bug and you have the means then yo should go with the best!

I have to say I did not use the services of Moxie, i will in the future but their employee, Noah helped myself and a friend in need. We had dead battery at QT and he helped us get vehicle started and got us back on the road and out of the heat!! Thanks again Noah!!!!

Fantastic service. Fast, friendly and knowledge able staff. We used to have problems with lot of bugs all over my property and of course, scorpions. They've taken care of that. They will treat your home as if it was theirs. They are very careful on where to spray and will answer any questions you may have. Thanks to them, now I have piece of mind knowing my children are safe at home. Very recommended.

DJ really took the time to check before he started to make sure there were any problem areas to focus on, suggested extra protection around problem spots that I mentioned with sticky traps and additional spray coverage free of charge and even offered to bring my pile of heavy Amazon packages inside from the front porch for me!
