Amazing company. Tech was knowledgeable and very friendly. Took the time to explain what they use and answer all my questions.

I originally called green home pest control as I saw their ad on groupon and thought it would be a good deal. They began to come out and I continually had to have them come back. Then I called and asked how often they were coming out they told me bi monthly I asked them to come out at least every 25 days as we have been told in the past that the chemicals wear off about every 28 days. They Never changed our service plan so today I called to cancel and they tried to pull this ohhh well your under contract with us and you owe us $170 of a cancelation policy etc etc etc. Well sorry Green home but since you never got rid of my bugs you were in breach of the contract from the first time you came out.. PEST CONTROL COMPANIES ARE HIRED TO REMOVE PESTS !!!

I have a termite contract with this company...this would be the 3rd time in less than a year they would have to come out to treat the same area for termires...and it not only did I have to wait over a month twice they called and canceled both times because the tech had an emergency and they would have to reschedule...this time I had an appr for Sept 8th..they called to cancel and want to reschedule me for Oct 23rd. In the mean time the damage to my inside wall is growing.

Everything went to plan and we continue to work with the good folks at TNP&TC. They've been clear, concise, and open with what they believe to be the best case scenario for our critter issues. They sent out their great worker, Sal, who was so helpful and easy to talk to. He explained step-by-step everything that he was doing and how it would help me with my issue. On top of all this, Sal was met with a bigger problem than expected from the ants (they had taken over more space than we anticipated) and the company completely honored their affordable price! This was our second visit from MasterTech. Zack is our technician. What a nice young man. He is friendly to our Dogs and is professional all the way. He also took the time to explain the different kinds of ants which I found fascinating. I really appreciate the level of customer service from MasterTech. Love these guys!

On short notice we needed a quick inspection and treatment. Donna was great. She worked us into their busy schedule, we are closing on Friday, wahooo.

Frontino is great. Dan shows up on time with a smile and so much kindness. He carefully listens to every concern. He is thorough in his response to any issues. As a newcomer to AZ, I'm just really happy that I haven't seen a scorpion with Frontino on the job. ;)

We have been using Russell Pest Control for 20 years. We have always been pleased with their service. They have sprayed monthly for insects, and checked if we felt we had any other potential problems. The service people are always prompt and efficient. For the past year and a half they have always worn a mask which we have certainly appreciated. We anticipate never needing any other pest control company.
