Called them to get help controlling scorpions. They sent a guy out. Im sure their average exterminator is better than the one i received. But i can only rate on my own experience. He didn't treat for scorpions only roaches and other bugs which my home doesnt have. He told us there was no way to be rid of scorpions, and if we saw one to kill and not to bother him. We saw 3 scorpions in a 2 week period after he came. Another guy came the next month. He cane and went without notifying us in the house. I have no way to know he was even there but for the bill i recieved. It said once again he only treated for bugs i dont have problems with. I xalled and complained, they offered 2 free months and to send a different exterminator the next day. That guy never came. So, after another few scorpions We decided to call another company. One who takes scorpions seriously. Their guy treated inside and out with strong chemicals and we haven't seen a scorpion since. Your milage may vary.

Seth the dispatcher was quick to help and quick to find someone that would inspect in such short notice and on a weekend. They go above and beyond to make there customers feel very important. I want to thank you for your wonderful service. Jahmaine came out to handle my gopher problem and he was most pleasant. He gave me a history lesson on gophers and there tunneling. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was very professional and explained in detail what he was going to do and why. A week later he returned as promised and removed the pesty gopher and showed me the gopher’s claws for digging and his long teeth. I was overjoyed that he caught this gopher as I have been trying for months to get rid of this varmint. I am definetly going to call your company if I have any rodent, bug, pests, etc problems in the future. Thank you again for the quick, efficient service and what I thought very reasonable pricing. I had called another company and they were 3Xs the price. Watts is the way to go.

He's funny and sooooo down-to-earth...you feel like he's a part of your family. He's extremely knowledgeable and his staff are amazing!
