Very knowledgeable guy here on how to get rid of bugs! Came in told him my problem and he was quick to help!

Doug is the man! Bring him your weed and he’ll arm you for the kill! He guides even the greenest of killers so you can save the cost of a professional for the day to day stuff. Pro’s are still needed for bigger projects. Cheers to weed free grass.

Was glad someone answered the phone but would have loved it if the person was not in such a rush to get me in to the store and just herd my questions. The person was still well informed with products.

Called ahead to snag some Cy-kick for a spider issue, and ended up having a 20 minute conversation with Doug the store manager! This place always seems to go above and beyond making sure their customers are fully informed on the products they are purchasing. I'll definitely be visiting again!

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE! Because; I just went today 11/07/19 to buy few stuff. The guy who tried to sell me (looks like the owner) had a big attitude when I asked about the product, to select the best out of what they had, my only reason to visit them without buying it online is to promote local businesses in AZ, but the attitude he had will not help his business going forward, I just mentioned that to him and walked away without buying anything and will not go there again. I found same identical stuff online, way cheaper and do not have to go through this pain of visiting them again.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Family owned and operated which is obvious from the excellent service. Good prices-you can get the job done right the 1st time. Well worth the drive (I do wish they would open 1 in the West Valley!)

Pretend your very best friend was a pest control expert and owned a shop... that's the experience you're going to have here! Walk in with any pest issue, and they'll present multiple options, won't be pushy, will show you how to use products and equipment (if needed), and will send you off with detailed instructions and documentation. If you have termites, just come talk to them first. They can save you thousands.

I've used pest control companies for yrs and it's just not cutting it anymore. I went in told them my concerns and they were so helpful! I wish I would have switched over sooner!

They have the products to eliminate any problems you may have. A bit pricey and they are Very Much into the Upsell. If you follow me!

Great experience all the way around. We've seen several scorpions since moving to our new place and I wanted something to augment our pest control company. The staff provided several options, differences between products, tips, tricks, and a handy sheet to help keep scorpions away from my 2 week old. They even helped load my purchases into my car. The last item was a paper bag with rubber gloves to help protect against the chemicals. I was expecting typical cheap rubber gloves but when I opened the bag there was a pair of really nice nitrile gloves in it! Top notch and top quality. Will go back again when I need more supplies!

Went in, and as promised got my sprayer lubed up at no cost. Even fixed the sprayer handle because it was squeaky. Got stocked up on granules for the lawn and good to go. These guys are legit, and always willing to help. Beats any cost of hiring someone to treat your house, when these guys can tell you just how to get it done. I always see results. Thank you!

There spray and chemical are of a professional nature. A far better buy, then let's say Ace, Home Depot or Lowe's. A sprayer will cost $42, and is easily maintained. The guys are knowledgeable . Highly recommend them.

We had a minor scorpion issue and different insect issues outside. Joe recommended to put down a granule and then wet it. After wetting it we found many bugs dead on our patio two hours later. We were amazed on how fast the product worked and continually works. We also used a recommended spray and followed the instructions of spraying on the ground and along the walls. We have been basically bug free ever since. We also used the outside spray inside and have not seen a scorpion since. Thanks Joe for the good products.

These guys are experts and can help with any weed and/or bug problem. Great products too. You can spend 10x as much having someone come out or do it yourself for a fraction of the cost and they will walk you right through it.

My wife and I had a serious fly problem, we couldn't open a door without having five or ten come in. We live around Pecos and McQueen and have never been bothered like this. We went to the store on Gilbert and Pecos for the first time and I am very impressed with the knowledge of the gentleman running this facility; he set us up with a spray and problem solved!! I will be going back this weekend for more and to talk to him about weed control. GOOD JOB!!

They are so helpful and knowledge of what you need and let's say after I got the bait for ants fire and carpenter 2 days later gone before I shell out money for stuff that didnt work and or never seem to last but after a few questions to find out if I had kids or animals they told me what to go with plus it save me money that the next step was a professional but now on I will go here before anywhere else so take my advice and go here you want be disappoint

The gentleman there is very thorough with collecting data of the pest issue and then basically prescribing with precise direction on how resolve the issue. I enjoy coming here when I need to.

Bug & Weed Mart at Central & Camelback is THE place to go if you have problems with pests. They will tell you exactly what you need and they don't try to sell you something you don’t. I went there thinking I needed to buy this product that costs $100.00. But he told me that for my scorpion problem, that would be overkill and sold me something that costs half of that! Now this is great customer service! Plus Joe is very nice and will happily answer any questions you have about your pest problem and the products that he offers.

Very knowledgeable but with all this stuff going on having to wait outside due to one customer at a time was not good.
