When I bought my house their were termites in the backyard shed which were treated. A few years later I noticed termites on my front yard fence which I killed. Recently I saw a lot of termite signs all over my front yard. So I contacted several pest control companies who listed a focus on termites.Several of them were more focused on selling me a solution before identifying if there was a problem. Furthermore the majority either didn't share much information about the different types of termites or confused them.However Chase for Bills Pest Termite Control was very helpful and provided a lot of useful information about the types of termites I had and the different types that posed a greater threat. After explaining the significance of the termite signs that I recognized he did an inspection. Upon finding no signs of termite activity in the structure he didn't try to sell me a solution to a non-existent problem.If I ever need or want any pest control services I am comfortable hiring Bills Pest Termite Control.

Chris was excellent. Explained everything answered the million questions we had about this unexpected horrible bug. Not only did he go above and beyond as far as custiner service is concerned. The fact they warrenty their product longer than anyone speaks volumes to the work done. Needless to say we were horrified, having 3 kids it was easy to take advantage of that fact and they did not. Heat is the best way to go. After the heat treat and spray of the entire house, they came back to spray new mattresses without question. We appreciate how quickly amd effectively it was done. I wouls recommend to anyone who has this problem come up. Its a process but his is the quickest route to go.

They came into my house and did an inspection and left all my lights on, left the windows open, moved all of my pots and pans out and then left them all on my counter without putting them back, and the simplest thing they moved my welcome mat and just left it there like someone threw it out-of-the-way, he took my mirror closet door off the tracks and left it off for me to put back by myself, lastly he turned down my AC to 72 and left it there and did not change it back. I came home from work early thank goodness and closed on my windows which was letting out all the cold air the AC was pumping out. Super unprofessional in my opinion. This man was in my house and left it a mess can’t believe how unconcerned he was about my home! NEVER do I want this company in my home again! We talked to the realtor who was working with them and informed them about the issues also.

I have used Western Exterminator for more than a decade. Their employees are conscientious and professional. And they do not unnecessarily push or cross sell services, which I appreciate.

I am extremely impressed with the service from Hawx. I had other quotes but they were by far the most affordable and they had the earliest service dates. Customer service was exceptional! My service techs were great as well; Ana B was very kind and knowledgeable, Mark was amazing as well, he answered all my questions and concerns at the time of service. He was also very careful and gentle with my yard which I appreciate. Overall a great company, I definitely recommend them for termite prevention and protection as well as any other pest control need!

Our Favorite Pest Control Company

Company showed up at my front door stating they were offering a neighborhood discount. The gentleman stated there services coverd everything except for one type of bug. Sounded to go to be true figured I'd give them a try. They stated Green Mango didn't have the same licenses to spray and treat my house. Well he lied I've got him on camera stating that and green mango confirmed they have the same capabilities. We'll long story short the technician showed up and was only at my house for 8 minutes and stated the whole exterior of our house was treated. Well over the next couple of weeks we experienced more bugs and a lot more spider. Customer service states the tech was at my house for 25 minute NOT my camera has him at my house for 8 minutes. So now that I decided to cancel they charge my card 300 dollars for canceling. STAY AWAY THE QUALITY OF SERVICE IS VERY POOR! SAVE YOU'RE MONEY! We use Green Mango they perform the service they offer and spend 30 to 45 doing it plus the they clean webs before spraying. I will write a review once a week and will contact BBB for failure to provide service that I paid for and didn't receive. 55 dollars for 8 minutes is a scam my cameras don't lie!
