We contacted Bill's Pest Termite Control to perform an inspection before selling our home. They scheduled an inspector to come out right away. The inspector was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately we did need to have a termite treatment performed but they were able to schedule one right away and at an affordable cost and informed us the warranty will transfer to the new owners. The technician that came out and performed the treatment did a terrific job. I would highly recommend Bills Pest Termite Control.

Our service technician does an all around great job. The communication regarding the process, safety, and follow-up with past pest concerns is fantastic. We decided to use a pest control company to decrease the amount of prey that could attract scorpions. So far we have seen zero scorpions in the past two years, knock on wood. We've had ants pop up in the backyard but Insectek comes back out for free to spray issues between services. Highly recommend this company.

Sean has done a great job keep the pigeons away from our house. They are very persistent and pigeon work on our roof has been top notch. Colton does a great job with our general pest control. Treated our new house and got rid of all the crickets. Yay!

Service was handled quickly and a yearly inspection was completed and got a service report and invoice as soon as the work was completed. Have been a customer for many years and have always received personal care from the employees.
