GREAT SERVICE!I just moved into my new rental home in January, shortly afterwards we found out our property was infested with ticks. I called Bill's Pest Control who advised they needed to do 3 sprays to get rid of the problem. You guys sent out Summer, and she was AMAZING! She was knowledgeable, honest, and she got the job done. She came when she said she would, she advised us what to expect, gave us some helpful tips, and the sprays were reasonably priced. Summer was the best woman for the job, and I will be recommending her and Bill's Pest Control to our family and friends. Once had some scorpions appear in a chandelier- they came immediately and swept through the attic, and protected the house with treatments. Also our back door was broken in and their employee alerted us right away.

He is very detail oriented in making sure his home inspection reports are what's best for the customer and purchase decision. He will make you aware of any issue the house might have so you are prepared with your agent and the seller.
I highly recommend Alex and will continue to recommend him and use anytime an inspection is needed. I also use Trojan Pest monthly at work and my condo to keep pests away. Ive used them twice this year been using Orkin for years. i have so many crikets its driving me crazy i called a week ago and they have no one for a week and a half thats 3 more days . I cant wait that long its so bad with the crikets will call tomorrow moring which is monday
