Best Residential Property in Phoenix AZ

Called on Monday for an estimate for some interior painting and spoke with Ralph (apparently the owner of the company). Ralph said he would be out the following day (Tuesday) to perform the estimate between 11 and 1 pm and would call me when he was en-route. He never showed up and never called to explain. I called when I was on my way back to work he said he could be there in 10 minutes and was totally unapologetic. I understand being busy, but he could have had the professional courtesy to let me know he couldn’t make it. I took 3 hours out of my day to be home for the estimate and he was totally disrespectful of my time. Very rude, I will not consider working with him in the future.

I worked with Gelber's and painted my apartment. I had the best experience with Gelber's J painting. The guys who came to paint were professional and did an amazing job. The building is old so nothing is even and the paint job looks great! I highly recommend and would definitely use them again if needed.

Gilbert's Painting provided high quality service and exceptional customer service. Ozzie and Joshua worked very hard. Steve communicated the activities to us and kept us informed. Graham was responsive to our goals of repainting our downstairs.

Randy, the owner, and his team were fantastic! They painted our kitchen and master bath cabinets using precat laquer and the finish is factory quality. Our 20 year old cabinets look brand new and we couldn’t be happier. Randy and his team were always on time every single day (took about 4 days) and they did a great job masking the areas (not a spot of paint on my walls, floors, or new granite countertops). They cleaned up when they left and you couldn’t even tell they were there. The cherry on top is his pricing is extremely reasonable, beating almost every other quote. Although I don’t expect to have any issues with our cabinet finish lasting a long time given the high quality materials and prep work they performed, but I can rest easy knowing that if there were to be any issues, Randy would take care of it. He is a consummate professional and was a pleasure to work with. I have already recommended him to friends and will certainly use him and his crews for any job in the future (they do more than just painting, check out their website and give them a call).

This painting service for a small interior painting job in my home, and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with their work. The quality of the painting itself was excellent. The crew paid close attention to detail and took the time to ensure that every surface was properly prepped and painted. They also took care to address any concerns I had during the process and made sure that I was satisfied with the finished product before leaving.

VanDerKolk did my iron fences. They did a fantastic job. Showed high-level of care and skill, and most importantly integrity. They did what they said they'd do. I would recommend them.

Peter came over last fall, assessed the house, decks and shed we wanted to have painted and gave us an ‘on the spot’ estimate we were happy with. It was too cold to do the work until spring but as soon as it started warming up in March, he got his crew over and went to work. This is a house built in 1900 and it had been 15 years since it was last painted. It need a lot of prep work (scraping, sanding and priming) before he could even start painting. Peter and his crew did a great job and gave us exactly what we wanted and were hoping for. The house came out beautiful.

The Phoenix Scottish Rite contracted CertaPro on a referral from a member of our organization who used them for a residential project he completed at his home. We have a commercial building that needed our exterior awning ceiling inspected, demo, drywalled, mudded, and painted. We worked with Aubrie P. & Haylee B.. Both of which were incredibly swift to respond, friendly, and helpful. All of which you would want when spending a large sum of money for repair work.
