He was friendly and took the time to explain what he was going to do.I peeked out the window and spied on him while he was treating my back yard, and he was more thorough than I expected.I'd highly recommend Urban, and if you live on the west side, ask for Tony!

It was finally time for us to get a pest control company to come out to spray as a precaution, as first time home owners. So many companies out there to choose from. To learn Copper State Pest only started in 2021 is mind blowing. Everything from scheduling to paying is as easy as it gets. Based on my research, this was by far the best bang for our buck due to the extensive spraying they do at your house. Alex came out to our house, and just like everyone else, we have nothing but AMAZING things to say. It’s important if you have someone come into your house , they make you feel comfortable. That was exactly alex. I am very grateful that I have found my pest control company for the future- I was absolutely blown away. Can’t even fit all my compliments in here.

Whenever they have completed their inspection they always let me know if they see anything i should be aware of. Nick was very professional and he let me know immediately when he saw something of concern, a snake in our courtyard. He also recommended that we have our dogs snake trained. Thank you Nick!

Western Exterminator provided a bug spray technician named Michael Rogers almost a year ago, to prevent any roaches, etc. from being in my home & my guest house rental. Michael is professional and knowledgeable. and he has kept both places pest free. He schedules appoints in dvance with me, & arrives on time. .

I found these folks through my Angie's List deals. I purchased their services for $99. They came and spray the entire interior and then power sprayed the exterior. I think they did a great job and plan on getting monthly service from them. I am very pleased with the personnel. They were friendly, polite, and respectful of my property. This is a business that you can have full confidence in.

I discovered termites. Needless to say I was anxious about the infestation, the damage, and the cost of treatment. Mike came out. He was prompt, efficient, and most importantly, reassuring. They will be out in 2 days to treat my home at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Watts provides personal and professional service--always. Our awesome technician, Austin, is very knowledgable as well as very personable. Watts came out and re-sprayed areas where weeds and Bermuda grass (very difficult to get rid of--we removed yard and replaced with 1/4 granite but little areas keep cropping up) reappeared just one month before our 6 month service expired and were happy to do it. We renewed our service and were reminded to call them anytime if we still are having weeds or the grass reappear.
